Start to finish with Yousef and the team at AutoPlex was simple and professional.Everyone was very nice and after the purchase, Yousef call and checked in with me. He also notified me as soon as my tag was in. Would definitely purchase again and also refer.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Addison Autoplex. Jose was great, I had not made an appointment, I found a car online I wanted to test drive. Then deciding I wanted to buy the car, two tires had no tread, Jose had them switched out for new ones. I simply asked, there was no hassle. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I'd definitely buy another car from there. Shout out to Jose!!!!!

Test drove and bought a car same day. Jose was fantastic and helped me through the whole process. Would recommend this place over all of the others I have visited in the past month car shopping.

I had a great experience with Yousef! I showed interest in the Jeep Wrangler and he offered to do a video call to walk me through the details of the car. Although I didn t end up making the purchase, Yousef was very helpful in laying out the purchasing options for me. I will definitely recommend Addison AutoPlex.

I had just bought a vehicle from AutoPlex 3 days ago and let me say this the truck is treating me very well nothing out of the blue. The gentleman, Jose who helped me did an awesome job, has the patience with me taking my time browsing their lot and test drive different vehicles. I saw a post on an f150 and took it for a test drive and felt that it wasn't for me. So I asked for other trucks that are available and is in my price range and the features I want included. He was able to show me multiple truck and went through the features with me. Paper work was easy he walked me through step by step on what needed to be done. They are good people and has a good variety of vehicles. I would definitely recommend a friend to AutoPlex.

I bought my very first car from here today! The staff was ALL so helpful, (specifically antrique) and nice. They explained everything to me, because I m 18 and a first car buyer. My car was missing a rear view mirror, and my coolant was low, and they fixed both things! 11/10 recommend for any NEW buyer wanting a great car!

Jose was on top of everything. Called him Saturday morning and he had everything processed super fast. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable. He even drove to Houston on his off day to deliver the vehicle to us. 5 out of 5 customer service! Ask for Jose if you're looking for something, he's your guy.

We found a 2017 Jeep Wrangler that Addison Autoplex had listed. Not living in the Dallas area we had extensive conversations with Jose getting a better idea of the condition and details about the Jeep. Jose even took the time to FaceTime us to walk around the vehicle giving us the confidence the Jeep was everything it was described to be. Our experience from start to finish was exactly what we hoped it would be. Jose and the owner were exceptional in how they made everything easy and efficient.

Jose was an excellent help with getting us set up in our new (to us) family van. The AC still needs to be fixed, but they ve already made arrangements to fix it and get it running right with no more leaks or function issues. We really appreciate them working with us! Go check them out. Very laid back and easy to work with!

3/1/2024They got a one star, because you cannot leave a zero star!I live out of state and made clear my offer was cash and I would need the vehicle shipped, which they offer. Addison AutoPlex told me they could give me $200 off, then after sending the deal sheet, they informed me that another customer was to place a deposit, however, I could send a deposit to secure the vehicle in question. So, while I was trying to get documents to my financial institute, they were going to sell the vehicle out from under me. This does not count they lied about the $200 dollar savings, which I discover when I broke down the cost on the deal sheet. They only gave a $100 savings, after upping the price $300+ dollars, claiming the add cost were fees, yet they were not listed on the deal sheet. This conduct is highly unethical! You do not treat people that you expect to buy your products, spending thousands to support your business and then do them dirty by hiding extra cost. Dealerships get away with these unethical practices because people do not check to see what they are being charged for, therefore, they get away with it.

I looked online at a whole lot of cars for 3 days straight, and then planned a trip 3.5 hours away to look at cars. I let Jose know I would be there around 10:30 and showed up with the car I wanted to drive already running out front and nice and warm inside. It was a very low pressure environment. Not a lot of uncomfortable selling going on. The cars speak for themselves. Because of their location, they don't have much walk-in traffic so they know people have searched the cars online and have an idea in mind when they show up. Because of their lack of walk-in traffic, they are also priced aggressively so don't expect much wiggle room on price. The car I bought was missing one seat knob that slid it forward and Jose ordered it and had it shipped to a dealership close by for me to pick up. If you're like me and like upfront pricing without the high pressure salesmen, Jose is your guy.

After going through the process of purchasing a car here, it's unfortunate that I have to give a low rating to this dealership here are the exact reasons why.Overall, my experience here was not enjoyable. It felt like there were gaps in communication, I often felt like a leftover customer that the dealership had to deal with, and I never felt like the dealership wanted to go beyond the minimum; it usually felt like a "What's in it for us?" situation. Hours long waits for text responses (sometimes days), typically poor follow-through on calling back or getting back to me quickly (Unless it was for payment, then they were swift about messaging me), text messaging with the rep was not professional it felt lethargic and casual and, at the end of the purchasing process, I felt more like a fast-food customer and not a valued customer who paid 100% cash for a vehicle. I particularly saw a lot of inflexibility with smaller requests. Two items worth mentioning:1) The car I had purchased had been smoked in heavily and one of my requests upon purchasing was to eliminate the smoke smell. The rep/dealership's offer to this issue was to simply leave the windows down. This might not seem like a big issue to some, but to me it sends a bigger message. It says "We'll do the bare minimum". In response to my request, there was never a "Hey, we'll get the interior washed and detailed so that the smoke is 100% gone when you pick it up", or "We're going to wash the seats and do all we can to get rid of the odor." There never was an offer to take an extra step to accomodate this simple request for a full-cash paying customer, it was a bare minimum offer. (I washed the interior myself and the smoke smell was 100% gone afterwards ... They couldn't have offered that?)2) One of my additional requests was to fix a cracked screen on the display monitor and they agreed to fix the screen, but it suddenly became complicated because the replacement part would take several weeks to arrive and I didn't have time for that, I needed the car soon. I ended up caving and saying I'll fix it and that was that. I wish they had said, "Hey, we'll still fix the screen for you because we know you requested that, but we don't have the part yet. Just bring it back in a few weeks and we'll knock that out for you." That would have really pleased a customer to read that. So, several inflexibilities and seemingly slow timing made the experience not so great. The tags came in a month and a half late (which, to the dealerships credit, that's likely not their fault), communication was lackadaisical, and the philosophy seems, just from my experience, to lean towards convenience vs. meaningfulness. So, that was my experience at Addison Autoplex. I know others might have different experiences, but I can't in good faith recommend this used car dealership to anyone at this point. I know the dealership might respond to this comment with an apology that my experience was poor, however this does not aid, justify, or resolve the experience being what it was. Unfortunately, I say look for used cars elsewhere.

I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from them a little over a year ago. Little did I know that after I drove off a lot this car would have multiple maintenance issues and I found rust on the vehicle. If you are looking for a place to get a car that is unreliable and deal with car salesman that are liars, this is the place for you.2/22/2024 Update: You all can view the previous response from Addison Autoplex. Mind you, I have spoken with management, and they were more concerned with my review than they were about actually addressing the problem (waste of an hour of time). No worries, as you pointed out I DID get this car maintenance regularly AND whenever something broke (which happened often, I can send you the long list). You sure about the Carfax conversation? Please do not insult my intelligence because it did not happen. In fact, one of the other reviewers mentioned a fake Carfax report. Only option I had from you all was to pay the down payment with a credit card or debit card so lets be real here.Which brings us to where we are now the car sitting in my driveway as I now am looking for a new car. Also, please explain why if someone leaves you all an dissatisfaction they get blocked on your Facebook page? Does not seem like assisting clients with issues after the sale.No worries, when you sell lemons I ll find a way to make lemonade. If you pay attention to the lower ratings from customers you will notice a trend NO ACCOUNTABILTY from the dealer (it is the customers fault). So I will say this again for anyone that reads this BUYER BEWARE and have a mechanic on hand after you drive a car off the lot.No wonder they try to get you to leave a positive review immediately after you purchase.

Extremely excited about Addison AutoPlex. My husband and I found a vehicle we liked while the dealer was closed. That next day, around 10:45am , they gave us a call to let us know that specific vehicle was in the shop. The communication was really appreciated. We then let them know we had another vehicle in mind and were able to see it right away. Once we saw and test drove the vehicle we were well along on the purchasing it. The entire process took 2hrs. We came in with a loan from our Credit Union and instead of trying to push their own line of financing on us. We also enjoy the fact that they have a 5yr complementary maintenance contract with PepBoys, Firestone, and Take 5. This program allows us to get discounts off many services including oil changes, rotations, alignments and more. Thanks again to Yosef (from the country Jordan). I remember because my husband s name is Jordan. I probably spelled his name wrong, but we still appreciate him!

It's taken me a while to write this review because it has been a lot. I was looking for a vehicle nationwide, and had found one here at Addison that piqued my interest. I Reached out, and spoke to a sales guy. I had been burned before buying out of state, so I asked about getting a pre purchase inspection. They suggested a place and said I could trust them since I would paid for it myself, pre purchase inspection came back and said the car was perfect, and they scan for codes and hidden codes and nothing was wrong with the car except that it would need new thrust arms.I spoke to the dealer about this and said that I'd be happy to purchase the car if they'd work with me on the cost of the arms, I didn't expect them to pay for the repair, just reduce the cost of the arms. They rransfered me to the owner who became irate that no one shiukd have allowed me to (pay for my own) get a pre purchase inspection until after I had filled out loan paperwork. Giant weird red flag.I decided it was not a major thing, they helped me get my loan, I rented a car and drove 6 hours to get there on a Friday evening. I got in the car, did a quick test drive around the block, seemed good. Signed everything and left. Within 10 miles, got a code for the headlights. Within 30 miles I got a code for the lane departure camera not working, which also kills the cruise control.I called my sales guys cell phone and he said we'd talk about it on Monday. I called on Monday and he said someone would get back to me. No one did. They knew I lived out of town. Called Tues, someone will call you back.. No one did. Also, i called the pre purchase inspection shop because I was a little aggravated that they didn't tell me the headliner was sagging, or that the tint was so bubbly you couldn't see out fo the back window.. They said they don't actually pre inspect things like that. But evidently they didn't inspect the codes for headlights, or the camera for lane assist/cruise control.Driving back home, slight smell of coolant.. No big deal, they probably just topped off all the levels.. Back home, I have had the car for 4 days, and the air strut blows, I call the guy again, they actually get a service manager to call me ba k and he tells me that they have shops they deal woth down here, and they'd try to get someone to assist me. Never heard from him again. Called Addison was told someone would call me back. Obviously, no one did. While getting the air struts fixed (3800$), the shop let's me know that the steering knuckle is actually bent, and the alignment is tearing up one of the wheels. I go over and rhey show me that someone had just rammed in a bolt that did not belong into the steering knuckle.New steering knuckle 1500$ new control arms and thrust arms 1200$ install 1000$ ontop of the $3800 strut fix.At this point the car I just bought has been in the shop for almost 3 months. Get it back, buy new tire, get an alignment, things are finally good. Fuel pump hose ruptured, turns out someone fixed it at some point with a cheap hose. 2 weeks in the shop. Now I've had the car about 5 months, and for the past month I've been chasing the coolant leak that has made the heat stop working. Now I know some things might be happenstance, wear and tear. But I feel that someone should have told me that the vehicle had been in an accident. Someone shiukd have told me the lane assist didn't work, and the headlights tell you there is a malfunction everytime you drive it. I feel they sent me to a pre inspection place that they knew, who would lie to me.So I've spent over $8000 in a few months fixing this car, and still have no cruise control, no lane assist, and still have headlight errors. Plus horrible communication added ontop. I'd had rather then just say 'too bad sucker' than to continually say that someone would get back to me, and they'd try and get someone to help.

As a single female, shopping for a used vehicle has not been fun. That all changed when I called Addison Auto Plex and Jose answered the phone. Both he and financing guru Mehdi took fantastic care of me. They were professional and had no problem with me taking the car to get it pre inspected. It was in fantastic condition!! So happy I chose Addison Auto Plex. Thank you!!!

I was in the market to buy a Toyota Prius right after 4th of July they were all selling right away. I am in Corpus Christi. It expanded my search throughout the whole state and that is when I found Addison Autoplex. The had a Prius which looked great at a good price the only problem was they are 6 hours plus from my house. So I called them as soon as the opened and asked if the car was still available, they said yes it was and that they would hold it for me. I told them it was going to be over 6 hours until I got there and were they sure they would hold it. I was speaking to the owner and he said if I was going to make that drive then he would certainly hold it for me.As I was driving up with my wife we got a call from Enrique who worked there and was being assigned by the owner to assist us. He was just confirming we were in route and asked about our ETA but was very nice and said don t rush see you when you get here. When we arrived we were greeted by Enrique and the owners who gave us some cold waters and then brought us to the the car that looked just like the pictures. We took her for a test drive and she drove great so we said yes let s sign papers and pay. They put on paper plate and even stayed late to make sure we were able to finish the paper work. The only hitch (a minor one) was when the paper plates were expiring the new permanent plates hadn t come in yet but when I called them they apologized and said they would get us another set of temp plates to print which they emailed immediately and make sure that the permanent plates came soon. The permanent plates arrived shortly after with a hand written note from the owner saying sorry for the inconvenience and they even through in some money for me and my wife to grab lunch on them. I was super happy with the gesture.Overall the car runs great. I have been driving it a lot as me and my wife love to travel. I even completed a 6 week Roadtrip from Texas to Connecticut to see family and friends all along the way. I couldn t be happier with the purchase and experience at Addison AutoPlex and I recommend them to the highest degree. Thanks guys and have a beautiful holiday season.
