I was referred to this place and was impressed! Honest, fast and customer service oriented.. Sherri took care of everything fast! She had my BMW light fixed after so many other places couldn't! For half the price I would have paid at the dealership...PSI loved that I was able to pick-up and drop-off my car after hours!

I had not heard of Addison Automotive until I was sent to them by Dallas Lease Returns to have my 2015 GMC Sierra truck looked at for a squealing noise I heard when starting the engine. They diagnosed it and replaced the starter and rear brakes / rotors. I had it back first thing in the morning. I was stunned to receive the call that it was ready at 8am. Sherry was just so awesome. I got the sense from her that she GENUINELY cared about making sure I was taken care of. She was extremely kind and personable! I have a few other vehicles that need some love and attention and I'm looking forward to bringing them in for maintenance and also looking forward to the friendly banter with Sherry! THANK YOU SHERRY!!

I've been going to Addison Automotive for over the past 6 years to service our Fleet of 7 Trucks and they have never let me down. You let them know what are some of the issues your automobile has been having, they run their diagnostics, fix the problem and returns your vehicle back to you in a timely manner unlike other mechanic I've used in the past. Customer service is upfront and friendly and they keep the communication line open which is very important in line of work I do. Over all if you need a Great/Honest repair shop Addison Automotive is the way to go!!

I ve dealt with a lot of auto shops and no one compares to Sherry. The level of care and going out of her way to try to help her customers is second to none. She assisted me with a truck I purchased and giving me advice as to dealing with the dealership who sold me the truck. In addition to that, helped me find other alternatives to getting my truck fixed. And of course the work they do is top notch as well.

Honest Review Here!!!! My check engine came on , on a fairly new vehicle I recently purchased. My anxiety was through the roof because I did not have the money to get my vehicle fixed, and Christmas is literally in 6days . When I tell you that Ms.Sherry is heaven sent. She knew exactly what she was talking about from the moment I spoke with her. Not only were they able to work with me, but they had my vehicle fixed in no time. I felt like it was my duty to leave this review, because I know it s someone out there who is indecisive on where to go or who to trust i HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDISON AUTOMOTIVE!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Sherry at Addison Automotive and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. As a female car owner, it's often intimidating going to auto shops, but Sherry made me feel right at home.From the moment I reached out to Addison Automotive, Sherry took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the issues my car was facing. Top notch shop! Everyone in the shop was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed a problem that the last 2 shops couldn t figure out. Highly recommend and will be taking all my cars and trucks to them in the future.

Amazing work! Did a weekends worth of work on my own but couldn't quite finish the last bit on my own. Trusted Addison Automotive to finish he job and they didn't disappoint! Sherry did an amazing job with contact and communication through the entire process in just one day and had my car ready within a few hours. This place is over priced. They will charged you a diagnostic fee that ranges from $65-$130 (they will try to finesse it to be $130 for whatever they are diagnosing on your car). As far as coming up with the cost of maintenance they will charge you base off of what their computer calculates the price should be. It seems like whatever program they are using it is set at highest price possible. Honestly the dealership was a lower price, but I made the mistake of choosing convenience over cost. $130 for just a just front wheel alignment sounds conveniently enough to wash out my diagnoses credit that I was able to use towards my vehicle repairs if I choose to move forward with my repairs.As far as my personal experience they did replace my front struts for $1,400 that took about a day and a half to repair my vehicle. In my opinion I am surprise they couldn t get it done in a day especially since they already diagnosed my vehicle prior with what they believed was wrong and the maintenance was done by appointment, but they might of been busy.When they diagnose my vehicle I had to show up in person before they closed because nobody was answering my call. I also had to call them a week later after they told me they will follow up the next day to give me info about price/ when to set an appointment.To add the cherry on top on my experience they did not fix the rattling noise that is going on with my vehicle and I personally do not want to go back to them and get nickled and dimed all over again.

This place is one of the best auto shops in Addison by far, very honest nice and trustworthy, not to expensive and they definitely got my car right, my second time using them and I must say I'm never disappointed in their quality service, if ur looking for reliable honest work look no further.

I expected to pay 600-800 for an alternator or so. Instead I paid 92 for battery terminals. Honest people.

Fast and professional, they kept me updated through the entire process. I believe the person helping me was Sherry, she was so sweet and helpful. She took care to make sure that all my concerns were addressed. I was also able to pick up the vehicle after hours, which was very helpful with my schedule. The shop did a great job of getting my car running. They replaced the connector and sensor now I'm on the road again. The Chevy dealership told me I needed a new motor which was false.

Great service, very detailed in making sure my son's car was working fully functional before leaving. They called us and checked up on us even after to make sure we had no other issues. A great price for ensuring we are safe and all issues were addressed with vehicle. Would recommend over and over again. You will not be disappointed in the service you get. You can't put a price on safety for your family. A lifetime customer.

I went in for a diagnosis of what was going on with my car. Sherry was so lovely and honest, she explained to me what was going on with my car (it was the catalytic converter) she went over options and I got the best price I would have found for the repairs. I didn t go through with the repairs only because I decided to get something new I wasn t prepared to put that much money into the car I had. She was so kind when I picked it up and even recommended someone to help me find a new vehicle which has been wonderful. Good people know good people. I will be using her for any future car repairs or check ups. Thank you for your service and making me feel comfortable and confident in my choices

Had a very dead car battery replaced and an oil change done. Everyone I interacted with was intelligent and friendly. The reviews here are accurate. Will be going here for all my auto needs. I also left my Ray Bans sitting on the dash mistakingly but when I picked up my car they were right where I left them. Very trustworthy folks here.

My boyfriend has had his catalytic converter stolen several times. This shop has taken care of his truck in a timely and professional manner. They do great work and I would highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with Sherry and her staff. She is a remarkable person! She did a pre purchase inspection on a car I was considering and was so thorough and fair and helped me evaluate my purchase in a way I couldn t have done on my own. I shared my story with a friend, and she already knew about Sherry s reputation for excellence! She s taken her cars to her for years at someone else s strong recommendation! Very over priced. I called to ask how much it was for an oil change and they told me $80 over the phone, but I got a surprise bill of $109. The Hyundai dealership only charges me $80. I will definitely be doing the drive back to my regular dealership.

This is the best automotive repair shop in Dallas. Sherry and her automotive team are the best! They are friendly and they are very prompt about their business ethics. They take care of their customers very well and also try to get your vehicle back to you s soon as possible. They have my business for all of my vehicles and future vehicles.
