Outstanding service! The guy's at Whitten did a fantastic job on my car and in a very timely fashion without charging me an unreasonable price. My car drives SO MUCH BETTER! Drew and his staff were both very knowledgeable and friendly, and I just can't say enough about my experience at Whitten Automotive. If I could, I'd leave them a six star review. Took our van in for spark plug replacement and an oil leak. Drew and his crew (lol the rhyme) took their time on my precious gremlin transporter and gave us a fair price. I continued to smell the burn off under the hood, and he double checked everything free of charge for me. I greatly appreciate his care for our vehicle, I have two little ones and one on the way and I feel safer driving it now, for sure!

These guys are just the best. I had a crazy issue with another company messing up my wheels, and Drew was so on top of things. It was really close to the holidays and I needed to drive home, so he was trying all he could to get my car back on time, and called a bunch of places to try to help me figure out what happened in the first place. He genuinely cared about the safety of me and my car. I really can't say enough good things about this place!

I use my vehicle for my job and the fuel pump went out. The dealer would have taken 2 to 3 days. These guys had my truck fixed in 3 hours, and for much less $. The area around the front driver side tire has been making a knocking sound for close to a month now. Along with my service stabilitrac light. I dropped my GMC terrain off and within 4 hours they called to inform me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. No sounds no knocking and that the light never came on. So after paying close to $70 for them to tell me that nothing is wrong with it the thunking sound is even worse in my light came on as soon as I started the vehicle. They then had to refer me to pep boys so they could fix my alignment, since they do not do that at whitton automotive. So pretty much paid $70 to be total lie, and I'm no mechanic but anyone can tell there's something wrong with the vehicle.Service: Auto maintenance

Did a great job replacing the transmission in our 07 Chevy Tahoe. All of the costs were relayed to me upfront and there were no surprises when it came time to check out. H.A. Is a great guy and his staff treated us with the upmost courtesy and respect. Definitely the best mechanic I've used in Abilene.
