Came in to get an oil change, and almost 2 hours later still nothing. There was no line when I arrived. Car has been sitting in the bay since I got here. I walked around the store and went back 45 min latwr and they still hadn't started on it. Cashier was extremely nice and polite. As you can see, this place is not bombarded. Poor service. Wouldn't recommend this place for an oil change.

Terrible place to get any auto care lady at the front desk acts like she doesn t want to help anybody has a poor attitude they had nobody in the bay and said it would be 3 hours for a tire change went back later and they said they couldn t help me cause they were about to close. Called a few days later for an oil change had me on hold for 50 min I eventually lost phone reception tried to call back and nobody answered

Had an appointment at 9am and by 10:30 we went to see progress, our car had not been touched. Mind you there was no other work being done on any other car. We are now leaving at 12:40. It takes too long in my opinion. The cashiers were kind but I cannot speak on the workers in back. The tires are on and the job was done, I just wish I knew it would take all day.Service: Tires

I've been sitting here for two hours and they haven't even started on my car. It's an oil change. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else

My husband and I came here May 26 at 9 am for an oil change. The tech was Juan G. It took 2 hours. We had been here once before, where they underfilled the oil, so my husband checked the oil level about an hour after getting home and it was overfilled this time. We tried calling the auto center about it, but were left on hold for 20 minutes. We drove back to Walmart to get the problem fixed. They wouldn t give us a refund and said to come back May 27 at 7 am to redo the oil change. Evening manager said he would notify the morning manager about it. Came back when they said and nobody knew what we were talking about. One of the younger techs checked the oil level and said it wasn t overfilled, but he didn t put the dipstick in all the way. My husband showed him that no it was overfilled. The tech wanted to pretend like it was just because we were driving, but my husband, my dad who is a mechanic, and an evening tech had all checked the oil level when the car wasn t being driven and it was overfilled. Thankfully an older tech named Roger said they would redo the oil change. They redid the oil change and overfilled it again. At that point, we just wanted to take our money somewhere else to get the oil change done correctly, but they still wouldn t give us a refund. If this auto center can t even be trusted with an oil change, I wouldn t trust them with anything else.Service: Oil change

Got an oil change on 03 -09-23. My car has been leaking oil since then!!!! Would not recommend you go here especially if you're a woman. A mechanic told me they didn't put a drain plug crush washer. If they correct the problem I'll change my review.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I called this specific store and asked if they had the tire size I needed because my tire had a bubble and a nail in it.. they said they did so when we got there my husband got off and talked to the boy.. turns out they didn t.. I live over an hour away and we were disappointed.. we even double checked they had the product.

A friend of mine tried to get air in her tires and they refused to service her and another car there. They said that they weren t able to service cars and that customers are supposed to do it themselves. However, we called customer service and talked to Cary and she said that they are supposed to do it for you. She came at around 5, two hours before the Tire Center is supposed to close. Both my friend and the other woman they refused to service are black, so this whole thing is upsetting. Very unhappy with Walmart and this incident and will be lodging a formal complaint.

A (Black) friend and another young Black woman were denied air pressure tire service (a service that is free/provided for you) at this location and were told to do it themselves. I personally called and verified that this service is free and done for you by the employees, not yourself at their air station. No explanation or excuse other that we have the stations for you to do it yourself .

Very kind man helped me with air pressure! He saw me pull up and immediately offered to help me (but in no way made me feel he s doing so because he thinks I m helpless). I appreciated the company!

Best place for tires and for oil changes. Cheapest you'll find in town, & because they're corporate, they're pretty reliable. They are very limited in what they do--but they'll tell you if they can't do something and recommend other places you can check out.

Left my oil cap off, oil splashed over engine. Couldnt take planned trip to Waco, because everything was closed by this time(couldnt buy new oil cap). The og cap ended up being under my hood (luckily didn't fall through)But they seemed irritated and surprised when i asked for a refund.

They were very good at changing my tire. The only fallback is the two and a half hour wait. Great prices in tires though!

If i could put zero stars I would! First of all, service was terrible. Employees are all so rude, they care more about social interaction with other employees rather than their customer service! Went to get an oil change & they had asked if we wanted an air filter we had said no they changed it & charged us for it anyways! Ridiculous! While my boyfriend was trying to speak with the women ( I know her name) she had told him to wait a minute so she could finish her conversation with her co-worker which was not work related what so ever ( they were talking about her Facebook page) So we went back to resolve the issue, the employees were beyond rude with their tone of voice & trying to help us. Told us they could switch them back but 6 cars were ahead of us mind you my car had already been there for two hours. Terrible service, very unhappy will not be going back.

8 quart synthetic oil change and wasn't charged. They didn't change me since they didn't have the air filter but replaced the oil. Happy since it saves me alot of $$ and is good business

They did not answer the phone when I called but when I went to get my oil change the guy helping me was very nice and helpful

Walmart Auto Care-They changed the oil and filter on my car and checked the oil level in the differential and they checked the tires and I am pleased on the service and it did not take very long to do the services.

Purchased 2 tires through the Walmart app. Then I brought 2 wheels to the Walmart service center to install the Tires. When I got to the register to pay or the mounting and balancing of the tires they attempting to charge me the entire price for the purchase of the tire .

My Trailblazer broke down in the pharmacy drive-thru and the Walmart auto care center was all the way on the other side of Walmart and one of the employees brought over a battery charger with a dolly can't get my truck started again

Unit able to help fix a flat. Had to wait there for thirty minutes and ended up having to take it to pep boys because of inexperience.
