It is evident that taking good care of your customers is of the lowest priority for your dealership. I brought my car in during early January for an alignment issue and irregular wearing of my tires. I was told it was fixed, only to then ruin a set of brand new tires in less than two months because the alignment was NOT fixed the first time I brought it in. They claimed they had quoted me a part, which I was told was not an immediate need and being unfamiliar with car parts, was completely unaware that it had anything to do with the alignment. The safety of my children and I was absolutely compromised when this issue was not fixed the first time I brought it in. $4800 later, I will dissuade EVERYONE I know from doing business with VW of Abilene after getting completely screwed over by the service department. Thank goodness for Brooke, who put forth her best effort to vouch for me and provide my history - to no avail. I have repeatedly had my car serviced here for over three years, only to be completely taken advantage of. Albert had many opportunities to make it right, but he chose not to and to nickel and dime me instead. I feel sorry for the people who have to learn the hard way like I did.

Everyone at Volkswagen is so nice and helpful! Dennis was our salesman , and he was very helpful and patient throughout my process of buying my first car on my own!! He is wonderful!

Honestly this has been by far the best car buying experience that we've ever had, hands down! Duane (Hutch) Hutchinson is the BEST salesman that we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Such a wonderful person! We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new ride. He will work with you to find what suits your needs. Everyone that we have come across in the dealership has been so nice. Special Kudos to the secretary Roxanne! Such a sweetheart.

They fixed me right up in a very reasonable time and price. Cleaned her up real nice too. Brooke contacted me and kept me updated. Love this place.

This place is pretty good, but the problem is that there are no new cars. I realize it s a tough time, but I cannot give a 5-star review when there are zero new cars of what I actually want. That said, the communication from their team is good and I feel like they re doing the best they can with what they ve got to offer. Either way, it s worth a shot to drop in and say hi.

My car buying experience wa wonderful! We called to ask for assistance in locating my dream car and Adam came through . Everyone involved was professional and helpful. Will definitely contact again when I m ready to buy another vehicle. My dad also just worked with Adam and was pleased too.

What a great experience working with our salesperson, David. From the very start he was so kind and helpful while my son and I were looking for his first vehicle. He provided us with options, but when we found what we wanted the process was so easy. David even pointed out things that I didn t notice. His communication was great throughout the buying process and even went out of his way to help surprise my son with his first car!! It was a great buying experience.. thanks David!! Highly recommend!!

Good experience, use to using my Amarillo VW location, only thing wasn t able to use myEnterprise lease payment option had to pay out of pocket , is a company car , they weren t set up for it, all went well , very courteous!!They washed my car a bit , Amarillo location has free snacks and drinks , this guys don tBut coffee was good, nice waiting area!!

We had a great experience in buying the Atlas. James was helpful, easy going, and gave us his cell phone number and said if we had a question we could call anytime except between 8:00 pm and 5:00 am. we are well satisfied with the car and dealing with James.

Had a great experience with the service department! Quick service and a vehicle for me to use while I waited. The staff was very friendly and was able to get my vehicle in for repairs quickly.

Brooke was a wonderful service writer. Kept me updated with answers the best she could. Service on the other hand was HORRIBLE! My car has been in and out of the shop for the same thing for 2+ months. I lost oil in my car, replaced the oil pan. 6 days later the oil pan was cracked again and they accused me of hitting something due to fresh flesh on the bottom ( I went to the shop, pulled the fresh flesh and it turned out to be a dragon fly) I argued til I was blue in the face about replacing the 6 day old oil pan.. they finally agreed to do it. The oil pan cracked 1-2 more times after the car going back in the shop every week because they thought they fixed it. Getting a loaner car through them was ridiculous. Definitely recommend using Lubbock VW over Abilene any day.

David and team made our experience pleasant, quick, and easy. We appreciate the team not being pushy or overbearing. They were all very willing to work with us in coming to an agreement. Great experience overall and would be a returning customer should the need arise.

Our salesman Jason was phenomenal. He was kind, knowledgeable and amazing to work with. He even sat with my husband in our new Jetta and explained all the things VW has to offer. He is a joy to work with! Highly highly recommend! Also Brandon in the finance department was fantastic as we were finalizing things our kiddos started to get wild. He was patient and kind with us and the kids. Plus, he's got a great sense of humor. Will definitely go here for any of our future vehicles. 5 stars all the way around!

I was Helped by salesman Dennis, and he was right. The new Volkswagen Atlas sales it self.He wasn t a kind of salesman who pushes you to buy. He actually wanted to find my wife and I the best vehicle and within our price range perfectly. No extra credit checks the entire financing process was quick and smooth everything about Volkswagen of Abilene is completely Amazing.No scripts and no Hassel.I know it may sound like a fake review and too good to be true ,butI just wanted to send out the word as honest as I can. I had an EPC warning light come on, called Brooke almost afters hours. She told me to bring it the next morning, which I did and she had my car back to me by lunch time with a replacement part being installed. So happy!

Albert over in the maintenance department was a huge help! He did what a business should do when something may have been missed on their end. He was able to explain what was going on and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Give this man a raise!

Had been having some reoccurring issues with my car. I had a loaner car waiting for me at drop off and they worked hard to make sure my car was fixed as quickly as possible. I wasn t able to pick up car before they closed, and they allowed me to pick up car and drop off loaner after the business had closed.

Atlas was brought in for a vibration in the wheels. The service rep could not replicate the issue. The service rep had the rear tires balanced and charged me 70 dollars. This did not fix any issues I was having. I have been having vibration issues for months now with this vehicle and this is the third time this dealership has tried to fix it.

Super expensive and didn t explain any issues I had with my car properly. Also charged $114 for an oil change when the estimate I got (it s on the receipt) was $20. Customer service isn t great either.
