Amazing service!!! Very quick and efficient and they went above and beyond to show outstanding service. The stall attendant (Trevor I think) saw a problem with my coolant pipe and alerted an Assistant Manager named Ronnie. He came and checked it out and it was melted and unusable. After checking it out, Ronnie WALKED down the block to the O Reilly and purchased a new part for me!!! They installed it and had me out of there super quick for a great price!! So grateful to these guys!!!

Had dv oil changed and they forgot to put oil in rear differential which they say they did my mechanic said no way when I directed the noise I heard they said heard no noise but they put oil in it which was to late and want pay for their mistake cost me almost $5000. To replace rear differential I even got a lawyer involved do not use them

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ve loved using this place before but went to get my oil changed, got my oil changed then left and went straight home. And parked the car over night we got up this morning got packed to go on our trip and left. We got 5-10 minutes from our house and my car started shuttering, would not accelerate - s we turned around called vavoline on our way to them because my car was fine before I got my oil changed (my car only had 50,000 miles on it) we got there and my car died in their parking lot they ran the codes with the machine and said it wasn t their fault that it s a computer fault (codes read that it was a miss fire on three cylinders) coil packs, which can be caused from over filling the oil, which we pulled the dip stick and it was way over full. They denied ever doing it and then walked away and completely ignored us, as we also struggled to get my car on a trailer because it wasn t running and now we are stuck paying on a car that doesn t work and they denied any help.

The following always happens with Jeff.I get full synthetic oil change for my truck. My truck has the Hemi and holds seven quarts. Jeff charges me for 7 quart oil change then he also attempts to charge me for two extra quarts which is 19.98. We go round and round and round and round about how you can't charge me for two extra quarts when you already charged me for 7. He tells me that the 7 quart oil change price includes only up to 5 quarts, when clearly on the website it says 7 quart oil change. It also says 7 quart oil change on the receipt. I have to fight with him every time to not pay for 9 quarts. Check your tickets before you pay for 9 quarts. I've come to this location many times, Jeff seems to be the only one that practices this billing technique. I will not be back.

I went to the VALVOLINE on Buffalo Gap and 27th and had my oil changed in September and they never put oil back in my car. Called them up they never responded back until I went up to the shop. They finally sent someone out and look at my for 5 minutes and left saying Billy will getting in touch with me and I haven't heard a word from them. It is going on almost two months since they came and lied about getting back in touch with me. I am telling all my coworkers, family and friends not to go to any VALVOLINE oil changing places. This company is so unprofessional and I will never recommend anyone to go there and oil change. They have a change of workers every two months and no one on staff is not trained well

These people are awesome. I'm so far from home. Needed a oil change badly. Jeremy is the man's name. Awesome individual. Got me a free car wash also. It will definitely be worth your time to visit these people. Very affordable Very friendly Very professional

Initial battery issue was not handled well at all. However, after re-addressing it with the Manager, he was helpful and offered a credit on my battery. I will update one the credit is received

Worst service I ve had in a long time. Lack of integrity and skills. The service workers strip the screws on my skid plate causing me to have to get them drilled out and replaced elsewhere. They then lied to me saying they didn t have the right tool to remove the skid plate (yes, I m serious). They did remove 4 of the skid plate screws and failed to put those back on. When I went back after getting pictures of what my skid plate to ask for my screws to be put back they said they didn t have any. They failed to own up to the mistakes they made and didn t even says they were sorry.Service: Oil change

Upon arrival I was immediately signaled into the middle bay and was greeted by Jeffery who was professional and respectful through our entire interaction however I did not get a chance to meet his coworker Christopher due to him being in the pit working from underneath I don t typically leave reviews but I felt these 2 gentleman deserved a little praise for performing TOP NOTCH service 10/10 would recommend!! y all killed it Thanks From Accurate Air Solutions Plumbing

I called to ask if they had the oil for my car and they said they did and so I needed to come right over and they would get right to me. I went and sat in line and then they had me move to another line where I sat for over an hour and never got my oil changed. I finally got disgusted and left. I would not recommend this location.

Update: 2 emails over a couple of weeks were sent as the reply suggested...nothing. It's just window covering.I wish we had paid attention to the 1-star reviews, because this location needs to send their bay boy to splash guard school. We had our oil changed. The whole next week, we were iced in. Last week, we went out for our first adventure. Half way home, it sounded like our undercarriage was being beaten like a stepchild. With a reduction in speed, the sound lessened. We limped into the nearest town where an amazing tire shop put the car on the lift. Yep, the splash guard was barely hanging on, damaged but at least not shredded. Yesterday, Friday, we were in Abilene and had the opportunity to go by and address the issue with management, Mr. Impersonal, himself. Apparently, there is ZERO customer service after the sale. Management advised us that (1) they don't reimburse for services, (2) they don't credit for future services, and (3) they don't reimburse for any expenses incurred to fix their mistake at another facility. BTW, these great admissions were offered before the subject of reparations was ever broached. Once you leave the bay, you are on your own...you've been warned.Service: Oil change

Have been going to this same place for oil changes and inspections for many many years. When they changed to Valvoline the business definitely changed and not for the good. Last visit I sat in line for about 10 mins and was waved up to the middle and ignored but the two outta lines got greeted amd talked to. I just backed out and went down the road to the Conoco and they had me in and out in less than five minutes. Very disappointed I will now have to find another place to do business with they used to be so great.

I waited in line for over an hour, people that were coming after me were leaving before me, and finally someone noticed me and moved people around and got me in, once I was in they were super friendly and sufficient. I will be back.

Ended up waiting about an hour, which I understood since it was busy . But I was told I would receive a discount because of it and never did. Every other visit here has been perfect, polite and professional crew that does a good job.

Came here for a vehicle inspection and all went smoothly. 15 min wait time for an inspection is still better than nothing. It's advertised as no wait time but everyone should remember that there will always be times of high demand and places will be backed up if demand surges randomly.06/08/2023Came here again for another vehicle inspection and same smooth process. This time no wait and was out in less than 7 minutes. Thanks again guys.

The staff at Buffalo Gap Rd location, identified a problem (that they did not create) and fixed it. They were honest and worked with exceptional integrity. They were very professional and genuinely cared for my situation. I highly recommend this location!

First time I went I was there being worked on for 1.5 hours. They took forever to try to replace a back light, didn't get it done, and took forever trying to figure out how to reset oil change indicator, all that and they didn't figure it out. I only went there because I thought it'd be super fast, was there a total 2 hours.Went again today, pulled in only 1 person already in doc, while there 15 minutes there were 4 guys standing around the computer and no-one was doing anything, didn't touch the car in the doc...I could see they were going nowhere slowly, I went ahead and left while I could only because I had kids to pick up and couldn't get stuck sitting there. It worked out ok, because no-one ever even acknowledged I was there.

This location could benefit greatly from more training.Pricing was competitive. Less than 5 minutes before vehicle was in bay. 45 minutes in bay. There were long periods where no one was touching the vehicle.After sorting some initial confusion about the engine not being original to the vehicle, service was underway.Technician wanted me to read him the VIN - clearly visible through the windshield but with no barcode for his scanner - handed him registration papers containing VIN instead. After some time, I was told the VIN was invalid... He had typed it incorrectly.I had to show another technician the location of the oil dipstick.On my receipt, the chassis lubrication points were marked as "Sealed" when in fact there are 14 places with grease fittings underneath. I am also pretty sure they didn't check the transmission fluid level, as the engine was off the entire time until I drove it away. The receipt indicates that it was checked, however.When service was done, I found oily smears all over the front of the hood and fenders that I spent the prior day waxing. The new oil filter was slimy with oil. There was an oily smear on the side of the oil pan adjacent to the filter. I wiped it all off myself in the parking lot, as a line had formed to get back inside.Service: Oil change

Take all 3 of my vehicles too either of the other branches. Too many excuses here about why they can't do something, from no drain plugs, no filter, our lift can't pick up your truck, your eyebrow tint is illegal, like magic tint doesnt know their trade only he does,as well as a simple our computer is down an hour before closing. I've heard em all here and convinced alot of business is turned away. I tried to give em another chance but they have personnel issues. It's a crying shame when you stop at oreilleys to buy your own drain plug so they can't turn you away with that excuse.

The do wonderful work. But this place is always packed and somehow I always get stuck in the slowest lane. My average wat time has been an hour and a half, just to get in. So, I'm gonna try Take 5 next time.

The team on Buffalo Gap Rd is always friendly, courteous and quick. They make the stay in your car oil change easy. It's like Chik-fil-A service but for oil changes. The coupons and car wash are great incentives for loyal costumers, as well!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
