I have been to several Valvoline's for oil changes. I happened to go on a busy day but the staff was very accommodating. This was the most thorough and I felt everything was checked out despite the wait. Thank you for your help!

My college age daughter went to get her vehicle inspected today (April Fool's Day), and her experience was not good. The young men at the place did not treat her with respect at all. They made her think she had a punctured tire at one point as an April Fool's joke and kept the joke up to the moment that she almost got out of her car before they finally admitted they were joking. When the man who had her paperwork started to hand it to her, he pulled it back in a joking manner before handing it over. She said the men at the place (all of whom are around her age) swarmed around her vehicle even when they were not working on it and made her feel very uncomfortable. In fact, she said when she left, her face was red, and she was sweating through her clothes. The kicker is that the place did not charge her for the inspection, which indicates to me that they knew they had crossed the line. I am furious.

Don't expect details such as air filter checks etc... they have no knowledge and if they do check it go behind them and tighten the screws bolts check the clamps. Mine needed to be changed and they told me they were going to check it. They did not

Slow oil change place, nice folks, good price but, procedures need review. They have enough employees to do multiple things at once and get cars moving. Don't go if you are in a hurry, to this location.

I visited Valvoline for the state inspection driving a new camper-van. The African American lady told me to get out so she could test drive. I told her a test drive was not required and she insisted it was. Thus, I left and went to the Valvoline on S14th and got the inspection with no test drive. I will not go back to this Valvoline and do not recommend this Valvoline location.

Got done fast @ 45min they changed all 4 drive line fluids. They were very professional.

They ran out of the synthetic valvoline oil that I use call auto zone had them deliver some. But here's the kicker it was sum genetic store brand and they only brought 5 quarts my truck takes 8. Where you think the other 3 came from ??????. Then to end it they tryed to play with the discount. Giving me a discount I already had and still charged me valvoline prices for generic oil. Will never attend this place again.

Valvoline was pretty packed around lunch today for oil changes and such. I only needed air. The rep, i think his name was luis, not sure. He was very helpful in expediting my less timely need. I know he didnt have to do that. So I am giving him a big Thanks for his accommadation!Stay Safe.

I needed my wipers changed and they got me in and out quickly. I went not long after they opened up so that may have made a difference.

Excellent customer service the manager or shift leader was giving encouragement to the entire team everyone was super helpful they went above and beyond what was required of them which was a basic oil change and it actually seems like a very healthy work environment definitely will be back and I haven't even finished my oil change yet!!Service: Oil change
