I had such an amazing experience at Travis Auto Group. They were friendly and extremely easy to work with. I have bought many vehicles from all over and have never been to a dealership that actually valued the customers as much as they do. Wes did an awesome job getting a deal together for me and was very knowledgeable about the auto industry. Working with Mark & Wesley was an absolute pleasure! They are extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, The buying process of my Tahoe was a breeze! The best part they stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. My husband and I have purchased 10 vehicles in the last 10 years and this is the only dealership that we have been to that we would actually WANT to go back to. Hands down, the best dealership around. These guys are awesome. Mark and Wes took fantastic care of us and made us feel like family while we were there with our 2 young boys. These are real people treating you the way you should be treated. None of that fake sleezy salesman stuff ;) Thank you Travis Auto Group for making it a wonderful experience for our family!!!

Found a very beautifully kept dodge charger RT for sale online. I was given prompt and readily available service throughout the entire online car buying experience. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and never left me wondering what was going on even though I was buying online from another state. 10/10 and would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a high quality vehicle. Not sure where to start with this dealership. I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara lifted on some nice wheels and tires. Great for about 3 months, then suspension started cracking and popping brought back to have them look at it and got told it s a Jeep thing . Ok fair not known for the smoothest ride. 5 months after that the Jeep would randomly shut off while driving down the road. Had it towed to Travis Auto Group several times. Was handed a hand full of fuses and was told if you run through these bring it back got too much work to figure it out right now . After 3 visits and weeks and weeks without my Jeep they found an electrical issue and repaired it. After that the Jeep was never the same so I decided to trade it in to them for a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. Car ran and drove decent for a whole 6 months before the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I got the car towed to Dallas where I m told it needs $6000 worth of work. Don t mess with these people they sell lemons for way over priced.

Out of the six times I have purchased a vehicle in my life this is the first time I actually liked the people I was buying the vehicle from. Mark Sanchez and Air Force vet Wes facilitated the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had. These aren't the sleezy, sweaty palm, fast talking, salespeople that you come across at most car lots. They are stand up folks that sell quality used vehicles at decent prices. if I need another used vehicle no matter where I'm at in the country I'll be calling on them first.

Found this great auto dealer listed online. Reviewed a list of in stock vehicles and fell in love with a recently traded in BMW. We contact Wes via email and later reached out via phone and scheduled a test drive. They had the vehicle ready for us when we arrived and allowed us the opportunity to test drive it by ourselves. After the test drive Wes helped us finalize our purchase by finding a suitable lender with competitive interest rates. Our purchase was easy and painless. Absolutely the worst place I have ever bought a vehicle. If I could give it no stars I would. They sold me a vehicle that was not truly fixed on the engine light coming on, and I had it in the shop 2-3 a month every time I turned around. Would not recommend them for anything.

I have read all the wonderful reviews about Travis auto group and the happy customers who PURCHASED a vehicle here but I have to praise TJ in the service department. He is the BEST, most helpful technician I have dealt with in many years. I have had repairs and maintenance performed here and he is the most knowledgeable, thorough and helpful person you could wish for when dealing with scheduled, as well as untimely, auto repairs. He is patient and willing to go the extra mile to help anyone in a tight spot! PLEASE stop by, meet and talk to him the next time you have any repairs or maintenance that is needed on your vehicle. You won t regret it!

It was a fair price and really fast service to buy my Jeep last Saturday. Test drove then went to my son's soccer game by the time I was back everything was done and I was on my way within 15 minutes.

Very trustworthy dealer. We purchased this car from out of town, did everything over the phone. The entire process was so easy and fast. No extra fees, no outrageous prices, the car was exactly as described and as pictures showed. We worked with Kris, he knew we were driving long distance and went in on a holiday to deliver it to us. Couldn't have asked for more, highly recommend.

I live in San Antonio and I had been searching for a clean, low miles, 5th Gen Camaro and saw one I liked on the Travis Auto Group website. I reached out to Tucker and he informed me that the vehicle I was interested in had just sold. Tucker took my info and said he would contact me if another Camaro came in on trade.A few weeks later Tucker reached out saying they just took in a very clean Camaro SS that met my search criteria. He sent me detailed pics and answered all my questions on the car. I had a car to trade in and we were able to to get the majority of the deal done via email and text.The day I drove in from San Antonio they stayed open late to complete the paperwork and go over the car with me. First class service and buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Tucker and Travis Auto Group.

I am not surprised to see so many excellent reviews of customer experiences shared here, especially with sales rep Wes King. Purchasing my 2019 Honda Passport from Travis Auto Group and from Wes has been hands-down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had!!After starting my own small business this year, I was very much in need of a larger vehicle. I wanted another Honda and so went first to the Honda dealership. They were helpful and friendly, but I had to hold in my shock that an extra several grand was going to be tacked on to the overall price of any new car "just because". I couldn't afford that! And I don't know anyone else who can either.Luckily I happened to see just the car I wanted online at Travis Auto Group and received a phone call very quickly from Wes after submitting my interest. Wes is a car sales veteran and fantastic to work with. With his help, I completed the paperwork over the phone while still at work. The pricing was clear and straight-forward - and Wes looked out for me and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying. By 6 pm I had both test driven and left the dealership with my brand new car!Additionally, Wes was able to hook me up with Abilene Auto Spa for ceramic coating services on the vehicle exterior and interior leather. First class professionalism and attention to detail at both establishments! I couldn't be more thrilled! I have been recommending both businesses to everyone I come into contact with - and when I need my next vehicle, I will definitely check Travis Auto Group first. Mark &Wes got my son and I into the perfect SUV at an amazing price! I ve never had such an easy process buying a car, stress free!!We traveled from San Angelo and they made the buying experience super easy and fast! Customers for life! check them out do not look elsewhere !!!
