I stopped after work one day to ask a question. There was a customer in front of me being waited on, and a customer after me waiting. The man who was helping all of us also answered the phone during the time I was there. In all his interactions Amos was smiling, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I often find when I ask questions in a business the people who work there have no idea about the business where they work. Amos was able to clearly answer everyone who had a need. He is obviously an expert on all aspects of the business and human relations. What I assumed would be a long process with no positive outcome was handled quickly and better than any other company would have done it. I feel much safer now that Amos and Tracy took care of my wheels. I highly recommend Texas Tires. They re outstanding in their field! God bless you for your help and hard work!

They were very helpful all I came in was for air in my tires and asked questions and they were very helpful and the price was good for a new set of tires I'll definitely be going there again and again

These dudes are awesome! I pulled in when it was 45 till closing (h** move but I promise it was an emergency) and they were super polite and honest about the quality of my tires. I'd been riding lopsided for awhile, but they got me right!! No longer will I try to air up my tires on my own!! Thanks guys!!

Amos had 2 sets of vehicle tires waiting on me before I could even get to the shop. I ve stopped by on a handful of occasions to repair trailer tires. Had me in and out! Only place I go.

oh my gosh it was amazing the lady in the front so amazing very professional I'm going to give it a five-star all the way around everything was amazing about the place and I just went there for some tires and a lift kit I recommend Texas tire

Albert was AMAZING and helped us get the wheels we wanted and answered all the questions we had.. he is a great sales person and def wasn t pushy at all for us to make a purchase. Will definitely be back next time we need tires or wheels!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal!!

On a Sunday, most tire places are closed. After a tire blowout i was stranded and needed something asap! Texas Tires was able to get us fixed up with a full set on financing. Very reasonable! Go by and speak with Elizabeth she is absolutely amazing and knows her stuff! Thank you chevy!

I came in to fix a tire ended up being a bigger issue then what I thought. The entire staff was eager to help and helped set me up not only temporarily but helped set me up with a new set of wheels and tires at a great price. The staff was not pushy into what would be beneficial for them but provided me options on what would work for my vehicle and let me do the rest. The staff at this business goes above and beyond for their customers, very respectful and very helpful!

Excellent customer service, great work and reasonable prices. Also got me in and lifted my truck in and out in a very timely manner. Albert did a great job knows how to take care of their customers. Customer service goes along way. Would recommend.

Outstanding service and willing to help in any way they can. Lost two tires and couldn t make it to their shop. So they came, picked me up to fix one tire, took me back to my car, drove back, so they can finish the job. . Couldn t be any more grateful for their help. Highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service! Albert and Elizabeth were so friendly and helpful in such a stressful time after being told my tire could blow any min I was literally in tears when I came in and they were the best definitely coming back. I m very big in customer service since it to work in it as well I was so blessed to be able to get everything worked out and got a great deal as well. Will be recommending to my friends as well that this is the place to go.
