Would never go there again. We had our transmission go out. Started out being that they were going to try and help us out in what ever way they could. That was on Friday February 16, 2024. We told them that we know we should have the money by Wednesday because that was when our income tax return was coming. Also we told them that we are from York Pennsylvania and we are traveling ministry. By Monday afternoon was a different story. After pulling into the garage and going through there diagnostics they told us we needed to pay before ordering the transmission. We told them the same thing we told them again about when we were getting our money to be able to pay. The amount was a little over $4,000. After a my wife had a long talk with them. They finally said they would take a gamble and order it. They said it would be done Thursday morning. The other thing was the price of the part and job kept changing. They were also hard to get a hold of them and wouldn t call back when they said they would. Come Wednesday morning we called and Mike told us that the transmission was coming by lunchtime and they had our car pulled apart waiting for the transmission. Mike said he would call us by 2 to let us know how soon it would be done because our hotel we had said we were not allowed to extend our stay. We told him that the money was pending and we would pay as soon as it went through into our account. My wife called it to talk to Mike or Johnny and couldn t get ahold of anybody to know what is happening so she called back to get the operator. He forwarded the call to Jeff whom is over Mike the service manager. Jeff raised his voice at my wife stating that we were told that they weren t working on our vehicle until we paid them $3,995.31 upfront. Which wasn t true and she told them what was stated to us. He then called her a liar and stated obviously we didn t want the vehicle done by them because we aren t giving them the money when they are to have it. He stated that the only things they have done is take 4 tires off and they can just put them back on and roll it to the road. We have never been verbally abused by a dealership in our life. We have been lied to multiple times by this company and treated very poorly. Then the next day they sent us a message with a link stating that we instead of owing then $3,995 we owed them $6,999.31 in order for them to start working on the transmission job. After we just paid it to get this done to move forward. We then had to call them to even see if they are going to start. 3 hours later they called us back stating they have now started the job and they wouldn t be completed until the following day before noon. We got there to pick up the vehicle by their shuttle service. They then said they test drove our vehicle only 6 miles. They didn t check any fluids, air pressure for the tires, or car wash like we are used to at other dealerships we have been to. We paid the rest of the balance. We drove not only 5 min down the road for our check engine like to start flashing then it stopped. We took it back the next day to get it checked to find out a misfire was going on that they never said anything to us. The lady at the service said well at least it won t leave you stranded. We would not recommend this dealership. We would give it a 0 star but lowest it would go is a 1.

Everyone's so nice there. Pleasant atmosphere, quick, efficient and amazingly FAST service for a Saturday - busy day: oil change and annual inspection in about 37 minutes. Thanks for all!!
