Today, I had to get a tire repaired. I called and my sales rep Nestor made me at appointment so I could get my tire looked at. When I arrived at the service department I was greeted by Jacob Fuller- service advisor. He was so kind and took care of my tire issue right away. While I was waiting I was also greeted by Ruben Velasco- one of my Toyota Family members. I also watched the service department as they are taking care of customers. I tell you what - this service department is a well oiled machine. They were all working taking care of all the customers very promptly. Thank You so much for everything you do.Service: Tires

Deborah was incredibly professional and gave lots of updates during our appointment. The service center drove us home while our car was being worked on so we didn't have to sit up there all afternoon. Making the appointment was easy and everyone was very nice! I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here

I bought the lifetime oil changes and am very satisfied with that because I keep my cars a long time. What I don't like is how the wait times have been for the last year. 2.5 to 3.0 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. I do realize though that the pandemic has made them short staffed.

Every time I come in, I sit and listen to the service advisors hustle people. It s the same every time - Sir/Ma am, your engine air filter and cabinAir filter are very dirty and really should be replaced. The they quote an atrocious price for each. Like $52 for a cabin air filter!! My cabin filter is $12.97 on Amazon, $13.97 in-store! They are usually located just behind the glove box. Super easy to replace yourself with no special tools.Same goes for the engine air filter. Easy swap. Cheap to do (mine is $11 at AutoZone if I stick with OEM style filter, not a FRAM upgrade).Here is a screen capture of my last suggested maintenance . It would be around $90 for the parts alone! I can buy both for around $25 and swap at home in 10 minutes!!! Thanks Lithia, but I will replace them both on my own for less than your cost of a cabin filter.You can have a new filter in there and they will still tell you the same thing. Don t fall for the scam!!!Aside front their air filter side hustle, they do a good job.Service: Oil change

I had a problem when my check engine light came on, along with a flashing 4 Lo, and 4 Hi. I asked if a mechanic could tell me what was wrong. This was Sept 18th, I couldn't get any answer till October 9th. Just leave it or make an appointment. Lol What an answer. Go to 4M off of Industrial if you need assistance.

Always pleasant always great
