Brought my 96 ford to be fixed for issues that couldn t be solved by other shops. Though the issue was hard to find the guys there were very professional with how they handled adversity. They were able to get truck running like new, will bring all future car troubles to them.

My car AC started acting possessed! Called because they were recommended. They were quick, efficient and personable. Did not "talk down" to me while explaining issue with AC. Spotless garage btw!! Will not hesitate to use them again.

We ve used them twice and even recommended them to our parents to fix my grandmothers car. They re not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. Their shop is always clean and all hands are on deck. We have never waited more than 2 days to get our vehicle back. We tried another cheaper place but after a week of nothing being done with our vehicle we towed it to Royce Brooks Garage. As soon as our truck was towed in 2 mechanics were under the hood working on it. If you need your vehicle back in a timely manner and done right go here!

Very knowledgeable and honest folks here. Brought a used truck in for a pre-purchase inspection and they ID'd some minor issues that the dealership was able to address (no cost to me) before the issues caused any damage.

I have a recently acquired 1952 Mercury with a problem of faulty acceleration. Carburetor specialist Bobby spent 20-30 minutes with me. He honestly told me it was beyond his expertise but then called around and found someone who could do the work. No charge for his service. I am impressed with this business and will return for other repairs. And their shop is immaculate!

Cleanest garage in town! Great service at good prices. I ve tried a number of garages in town for a full range of services and haven t been impressed with any until I found Royce Brooks. They re my go to for everything now.Highly recommend!

Great shop. Honest and fair. They couldn't get the car to make the same noise, so they called and we test drive it together. It wasn't making the noise for me either until we got back to the shop parking lot. They didn't make up a problem and charge me to fix nothing. They stand behind their work and treat you right. I recommend this garage to everyone with automotive repair needs.

This place never fails me. Mr. Brooks has taken great care of my family for many years. Will always call and give a diagnosis and quote before working on your car. Very professional, honest, and helpful. I had a funny noise coming from the front of the truck I had just bought that I thought may be a wheel bearing. The mechanic took it for a test drive and quickly determined it was my tires. Replaced the tires and he was absolutely correct. Noise gone and saved me a lot of money. We had 3 lug nuts sheer off on our van on our way thru Texas to Georgia and these guys got us in right away! They even helped us get a tow truck. Very good service. I would highly recommend this shop.

They charged me $900 to replace a small ac part. They bought the part and ended up not using the part because they said they couldn't figure it out. Also, I cleaned my car two days prior to taking it to them and found a half eaten donut in my passenger side floor board. Went in during regular hours (1:45 pm) for vehicle inspection. Attendant said owner forbids them to take another inspection customer. I asked for reason, and he just said, "We've done several already today and owner says no more." Well they lost my business for ANY car service since I now have to drive around, wasting gas, finding another place.

Great Experience. My wife and I were traveling through Abilene when we had A/C problems. I contacted Bobby and he told me to bring the car in. They were busy but took the time to help us out and within two hours we were on our way, with working A/C. This shop was very clean and my wife even mentioned how clean the restrooms were. I highly recommend this shop.

Very personable, professional, and I trust these guys completely with my vehicle. Being female, I can t tell you how important it is to find an mechanic that you can develop a good relationship with and that you can trust. I recommend Royce Brooks to anyone and everyone needing vehicle repair!

I have been doing business with Royce Brooks Garage for over 25 years and have never had a problem with them. The work they do is excellent and you can count on it being right. Should something fail after they fix it they do it again for free. Bobby Brooks and family are the best. They aren't cheap because they pay their employees a decent wage but it is well worth it to have it fixed right the first time.

They are a rip off & they took advantage of me being a female. I was referred to their shop by Interstate Battery to have my battery terminals replaced. They quoted me $125. Long story short they only cleaned them & said they didn t need to be replaced & still charged me $81 for a cleaning!! WTH

I've been doing business with Royce Brooks Garage since the early 80's.Nothing but honest knowledgeable and great service.I perform most of maintenance work on my own vehicles but in a pinch or a little bit bigger than a shade tree!I trust the Master Technicians at Royce Brooks Garage!If you know what's what under your hood, you know these guys are golden!!

I live in Austin and had my car in a reputable repair shop for two days of trouble shooting. The problem could not be identified. So, I took my car to Royce Brooks and within the first 5 minutes the problem was identified and the repairs made within 2 hours.This is one of many experiences I have had with Royce Brooks Garage. These pros are not parts replacement mechanics and they don't rely on a computer to tell them what's wrong. They are true troubleshooters that use technology when needed, but mostly its their professional experience that sets them apart from other car repair garages.This shop is one of a kind garage with hard working and honest people. Looking for a great garage then look no further.

Royce Brook's Garage is a place I am likely to return to. They listened carefully, advised, and accomplished what I wanted done. In addition, they don't have junk cars lying around the garage becoming an obstacle course. Things are incredibly clean there.
