Experience was ok at first. Signed up for a payment plan to pay every other week, now they have been running my card every week. I have been taking screen shots of every payment so if they try to say that I still have payments to make I will have proof of it. Wouldn t really recommend this company to anybody.

I was in desperate need for new tires, I listened to the advertisement on the local radio and decided to give it a shot. The service was GREAT! I was welcomed with GREAT customer service. I was a customer service supervisor for 11yrs and the 1 thing I admire is listening and providing the best understanding service to the customer. That's why I chose to purchase 4new tires with a comfortable fit and agreement. Thank you for great quality and service. I will definitely recommend this company!

Very helpful selling tires. Paid cash. Tire air pressure sensor not working. Found broke air valve on tire and sensor damaged. Cost 15.00 at other tire shop. All tires max inflation 65lbs my tires 80. In all four except the low one I had fixed. I do not live in Abilene or all this would have been taken care of, but should not have been problem to start with. They say bring in and will make it right that's all that matters. Buy all tires at R&R.

first time leasing out a set of tires and Joe was fantastic! his customer service was fantastic & he is very knowledgeable in any and every tire and will definitely work to make sure you are happy at the end of your process. I ve been pushing back my tire situation for the longest so I truly appreciate his great customer service getting me in and out no problem! If you re in the market for a new set of tires call the shop and ask for Joe ! He won t disappoint.

This business goes beyond to help their clients in anyway they can! They are patient and realizes life gets in the way. I highly recommend this place! Tonya was who I dealt with and she is so friendly and I just love dealing with her! Very professional and helpful!

Tonya was very friendly and helped me get into some tires for my Tahoe. I would definitely recommend RNR to anyone who can t afford to buy 4 new tires. They also have a same as cash program to pay off early.

Well after 2 years of not being about the problem an the last time i went in i was told its probly your rims causing the problem an was dismissed i gable yo balance my tires an not leting me know when i went in to get a rotation they faild to tell aver order off line its cheaper me i need a alignment to solve the problem even thoug it available per R&R is part of life time what ever my tires started cuping a and im under 50k mi they will not do any thing about them managment would not even talke to me i guess R&R tire stand for grab your money sorry about your bad luck do you self a favor order off line

They are a great group of workers. They always are attentive to what a customer wants. I have purchased 4 sets of tires and one set of rims. I plan to buy another set of tires and rims so I need to go and look at their inventory.

They won a customer today. Deal and terms were good and done without much trouble. The youngest/newest member of their team really was the shinning star, he offered my elderly mother a fresh cup of coffee when she mentioned she was tired and had a long ride home. They need to put that guy in charge!

The manager of this location is a complete A-HOLE!!!!!! He thinks it's cool to yell and cuss at a customer in front of a showroom full of other customers. He is very unprofessional and undeserving of his title of store manager!!! I will never do business with this establishment and will also be advising all of my friends and family to NEVER do business with this establishment!!!!! To the person responding to this review I spoke with Mr Lindsey yesterday afternoon and we did not reach a resolution to the issue. Everybody at RNR was extremely welcoming and also just very kind to not only myself but also the other customers that were getting wheels as well. My salesman was super polite and also a really funny guy which I can appreciate because I love to laugh. No complaints about my experience as they have been so good to me for both of my cars and I would recommend RNR to everyone. Thank you guys for making my experience awesome.

Everyone were professional and found minor issues to one of our tire rims and offered a free advice to get it repaired.The 2-3 payment plans to get all new 4 tires has great options.

Needed tires. Currently back for the 3rd time in less than a week. 1st was to have tires put on, 2nd 1 tire not holding air, replaced valve stem. Currently 3rd time and they came back out with my keys-stating they repaired a patch that was already on when we purchased the tires. Thank God, someone spoke up and I believe they are putting on a new tire. I ll keep ya posted.

These guys take good care of you the staff is friendly and mechanics are great. Highly recommend this exact store in Abilene tx! They have a big stock of all kinds of different rims and tires!

12/15/21 @1:56 Abilene Texas S. Danville went in this morning to get tire rotated and balanced. Just as soon as I got on Danville I could feel the terrible shake that wasn't shaking before today. The guy that did the service seems like he's pretty cool, but when I asked him if zeroed the tires ,he said that he did. Also asked if he checked tire pressure as well. David is the Mgr here. I called him and he seemed to not really care about the situation. Overall I have no problem ,just when I get a balance, I have to always go back to get it done correctly. Suggest that the mechanics get trained better on how to properly balance.ThanksUpdate 1-3-24Went in for new wheel due to accident and wheel arrived sooner than expected. Got rotate and balanced and it's spot on,also got an alignment and it's straight as can be great service! Thanks C and David. Thanks to the mechanics for great work!!

Before you go off and want to buy tires to save u some money this is not the place to go!!!! I bought a package deal and got screwed and was told that my tires didn t have warranty!!! I ve had them maybe a year but since I paid them off they don t warranty them!!! I took it in to get them balanced 6 times in the year I ve had them and marked all my tires on the inside and came out of there looking at my tires and they were all still in the same spot!!! They didn t rotate them, they didn t balance them, and they didn t even check the air pressure like they were suppose to!!! I will not return to this place again!!! The guy at the desk was a great guy, but the general manager not a person to deal with!!! You re better off buying else where and get what ur paying for!!! This is my experience with them so to the rest of u Good luck!!!
