These guys were quick and provided a great quality spray. I live in Snyder, so I had to wait there on site while they worked on my truck. They got my truck into the shop first so that I would be the first one out of multiple trucks that were being done that day. I m truly grateful they took my time into consideration.These guys will work with you as much as possible. Rhino liner and anything else you can think of.

This was our first purchase, We were looking for electric running boards, they are not available for 2021 Explorer yet, Heather went out of her way to show my wife several options that would fit her needs.. My wife is very pleased with these, it has made getting in the car a breeze

These folks are really hardworking and do quality work. A lot of folks today treat you like just another buck. I was marooned at their office while they worked on my truck and I got to watch how invested they are in doing good work. Everybody that walked through the door was treated like friends and they all appeared to appreciate the service. I sure did also . No doubt I'll let Chad handle my trucks in the future.

Customers beware! Took a work vehicle to install a simple ladder rack which I've personally installed before and did not take me even an hour (And I don't have a shop or proper tools), the shop quotes 90$/HR and the person says that It wont take long (The rack only has 4 bolts, no drilling or anything). After the job is done they change the story saying that the rack was difficult to install and they charged us $225! the equivalent for almost 2.5HRs of work! Careful with the bait and switch!

First time customer (dealer referral). Got the 5 inch raptor running boards recommended by and installed by Rhino. They used factory mounts, which cracked out the rocker panels on my 2020 Ram 1500. When I went back to ask about it, Rhino said they knew about the issue and could fix it for another $250.00. I'm not inclined to pay someone to fix a problem they knew about and could have prevented on the original installation. I'd put 0 stars if I could.

This team did a great job putting on running boards, tinting windows, leveling, and adding a new liner to my truck. I plan on coming back to get rims, tires, and a tonneau cover. Pam, Chad, and the rest of the crew are super friendly. They do their best to ensure their customers are happy. 5/5 star rating!

Raymond and his crew did an incredible job on my truck. Had a leveling kit, new wheels and tires put on and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. He was very upfront with what it would cost and there were no surprises when I picked it up. Truck rides so much smoother with the 20" wheels and the kit than it did on 22's. Got rid of the low profile 285/45 tires and went with the Ridge Grappler 295/60 tires. I used them last year as well for a tonneau cover had the same experience. If you need any accessories for you car or truck, you should give Raymond a call and he will get you set up.

I paid 2000$ for a rough country and it came out squatted in the back, no picture of the lift online looks like this! It s 3 1/2 inches higher in the front when I told the owner I was not happy he came up with every excuse and wants to charge me to fix it, they even cut my u-bolts off cause they were to long, super disappointed for a company being in bussiness over 20 years doing such bad work and bad customer service.

The two times I've been there the owner chad has always treated me like a valued customer I've been to shops like his and from my experience when I walk through the door they could care less if I spent money in their establishment or not but he goes out his way to find what you need if it's not in the store already. I just purchased a tailgate trim piece for my truck and one place didn't have it so he called another and had them deliver to his shop and called me first thing in the morning and had his guys put it on quick and easy price was fair now that's how all customers should feel and be treated like dollars matter will definitely be going back

My car was there for 8 hours and got nothing done. I asked for some after market lights and remote to be put in, they called and said no to the lights but could do the remote. I agreed. 4 hours later still no work done to my car. Showed up to pick up my car and the one guy who admitted it screwing up said he could get it done in an hour. I asked if there would be a discount since I waited 8 hours and still no results and the woman behind the counter copped an attitude saying she better walk away because she can't deal with people like me. Not once did I lose my cool when I found out they had done nothing in 8 hours, or admitted the screwed up. This woman loses her cool when I ask for a discount for having to wait LONGER. Said she can't deal and stomps off like a child and huffs and puffs. Because of her they lost not only the business for my car but for the truck I was going to be bringing in. Ridiculous that a woman of that age would act that way.

Pretty terrible experience with these guys. Got a full suspension lift done on my truck which took three days and I was quoted two (I get it, it takes time to get the job done which I m okay with but they didn t even start doing anything to my truck until the evening of the second day ... so basically they rushed to get it done). The front coil covers they put on my truck left the right side almost two inches higher i. e., I feel like they cut corners which made me nervous. They still tried to charge me $1,000 for a couple hours of rushed work ... the kicker is that they completed a front end alignment which was a complete lie. I noticed the lopsided-ness and took my truck to get inspected at another business in Abilene and they showed me all the issues (to include the very apparent alignment issue i. e., rhino linings never did a front end alignment). If you re looking for quality work, which everyone is if you re willing to pay your hard earned money to get stuff done to your vehicle, go somewhere else. Avoiding rhino linings will save you money in the long run. It s apparent that they could care less about the safety of the customers who are paying their hard earned money for their services.

I had them do a spray bed liner and I purchased and had a toolbox installed. They got me in and out pretty quickly and did a great job.

We were out-of-town and our tailgate was stuck closed. The Dodge dealer said they couldn t do the repair because they didn t have the tool to remove the spray in Bed liner. We googled bed liners and found this place. They were very kind and courteous when I explained our delimma. The young man took less than 20 minutes, with a knife and Phillip screwdriver to remove and repair the latch. They also refused to charge us! While waiting I examined several lined-custom bumpers. Really nice work!

Had the windows tinted on my pickup and within a week one started peeling off and 2 had bubbles that you couldn't get rid of. My wife takes a half day off of work to take it over there for repair and they repair the one that is peeling and not the others. We reschedule once again and repeat the take a half day off work and drop it off only to get a call that "my guy that's been doing this for 35 years can't find any bubbles" (plainly obvious to see) being the 3rd time it was there I would say that your guy that's been doing this for 35 years needs to find a new career. If I have to sit there and hold their hands because they look with their mouth instead of their eyes I don't want them touching my truck anymore. Good luck to anyone doing business with them. They over book everything and rush to get stuff done only doing just enough to get your money. What a waist of time and money dealing with them was. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They put a lift on my truck in no time. i'm very pleased with their work. my only problem is that they nabbed the leveling kit that i originally had on my truck. but i didn't think to tell them to give it back so i guess that's partially on me. just remember to ask for your stuff back.

Called in the morning, dropped truck off to have rhino lining placed and windows tinted, done by 3Pm now that s what I call service . Very friendly and excellent work done at a fair price.

These guys were great! They squeezed me in the same day for nerf bar installation and troubleshooted a slight complication that was my fault. Very affordable as well!

Great friendly service reasonably priced. Had a bad ground problem on headache rack light the put on for me the stayed late to fix the problem after hours.
