Sam came and helped me in 12� weather. My batteries had died, completely, and my door key was locked inside my truck. All I had was my key fob and it must have battery power to unlock the vehicle. Sam knew exactly how to unlock it and the cost was very reasonable at $31.95So if you ever need to get into your vehicle, call Abilene's Pop-A-Lock, verify your identity and they'll get you taken care of.Thanks, Sam!

Called Pop-A-Lock because our work truck keys got lost on a job.. called them at 8:30pm explained and told them what I needed I waited 2 hours for a return call after 2 hrs I called back. The first dispatch put me on hold for 20 mins and never returned.. called back and nothing called again and finally got a dispatcher who seemed very frustrated to even have to answer the call.. after having to explain everything all over again her reply is that they were at the job waiting on me and I wasn t here.. hmm they never asked for the address.. just a call back number so how are they at the job site??? Then she puts me on hold.. comes back and says oh wait a min he just said he s been trying to call you and you won t answer your phone.. lies.. these guys are a joke and a waste of time.. if you don t want to provide service then close your doors. I recommend Felix The Cat.. he s local and very RELIABLE

Mickey and Randy had to come back a second time since I was being really forgetful that day. They didn't charge me on the second time since it happened after 5 minutes, so I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Being a multimillion dollar company and trying to put down a local and family owned business is absolutely atrocious. I hope folks in Abilene see the injustice that this company is seeking to do.

I own a short term rental and one of the electronic door locks on the bedroom door would not open. Randy came out about 9:30 at night and not only unlocked the door, but tried to figure out why it got stuck. He definitely went above and beyond! Highly recommend Pop-A-Lock and Randy.

I lost my keys to my apartment on a trip to Ft. Worth. I got back to Abilene, and called these guys. It was about 7 p.m. they showed up in about 20 minutes. They had my door open, and 2 new keys made in about 10 minutes. Awesome service.

Pop-A-Lock has always been my go to for Locksmith, unfortunately they let me down this time around. I feel that because I am a woman they thought I didn t know what I was talking about, being I worked closely with locksmiths as a dispatcher for over 4 years and became very knowledgeable in the industry. I called for them to make me a key for my 2010 Chrysler and without coming out to even look at it, they told me from their experience it is an ignition issue. However, I tried to explain that I knew it wasn t, that I knew I needed a new key because for some reason it wasn t reading it, and they denied me service. Towed it to Max Automotive and rest assured, all I needed was a key. A tow, 95.00 later and the price of key and programming, i payed way more than I needed to had Pop-A-Lock just came out like a good customer service company would. Saddened I have to post this review. But please don t let your customers down, at least charge a fee to go look at it, something!

Fast friendly service. I called them for a lock change at a commercial site after trying multiple locksmiths. They were onsite within half an hour and took care of me in no time. Their pricing is fair and they work fast. I highly recommend them and will use them for future needs

We got locked out of our house and vehicles on a Friday evening! We both walked out with our keys on the kitchen counter. We called pop-a-lock and the dispatcher said it would be about 20 plus minutes. It was about 10 and Kyle had our door open in about 5 minutes! Very professional and friendly!

I called for a new key fob and reprogram Sunday afternoon at 12:41 pm I was told "He" would give me a call within the hour. I waited 3 hours with no call. I called at 3:41 pm and spoke to customer service and was told "He" was on a call and would reach out to me shortly. I heard nothing for almost 24 hours.I called customer service 4 times today 10/04/2021 starting at 1:44 pm. On the first call I made it to a representative she took my name and phone number and put me on a hold to find my information. I was on hold for 7 minutes until she hung up on me. 3 attempts after that and each time I made it to a representative the call was disconnected.This is one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever been in. I was ignored and hung up on multiple times.My advice is to NEVER contact pop a lock for help.

I locked my keys in my trunk and called pop a lock to come out. They told me it would be 15 -20 minutes but the young man was there in 10 minutes and my door open in 2 minutes. Highly recommended!

After locking my keys in my vehicle, I called Pop-A-Lock. They quoted me a 15-20 minute wait time, which I thought was great. After waiting over an hour, they called back that they were not going to be able to come. That was really unprofessional. Don't wait over an hour to update someone you told would be there in 15-20 minutes. I called Felix's and they were there in 10 minutes. Save your money and call someone else.

Very friendly and fast. I locked my keys in the trunk of my car right before my Aunt's funeral while out of town and they were recommend by a family member. After the service of course, the request form was easy and price was way less than I expected!I will definitely try my local dealer if I ever need another locksmith.Thank you Kyle!

If you need them URGENTLY they usually take over 3 hours to get to you. Other than that they'll get the job done. I thought it was affordable as well.

I had a excellent experience. Well definitely use in the future for all my key needs. The gentleman was very friendly very professional and was most important very knowledgeable about what he was doing. In less then 15 mins I had a new key programmed and cut and was driving away. I would strongly recommend over garbos or any other locksmith.
