Rich was awesome. I told him when I do decide to purchase it would be with him. He was so sweet. Now I'm ready to sell my house in Abilene and purchase a mobile home....I'm sure he will help me through this with my daughter...

I had contacted Palm Harbor Homes of Abilene for information for my daughter who is planning to move to this area. I spoke with Rich Gregg about the quality, structural information and the availability of Palm Harbor Homes. Rich was very knowledgeable about the homes. He was genuinely interested in what she was looking for and his knowledge about the Palm Harbor Homes, he answered all my questions and some information that I forgot to ask. His personality was extremely nice. He was interested in what my daughter was looking for and not just the sale. I appreciate his time, knowledge and information that Rich gave to me. I look forward to doing business with Rich Gregg in the future..

I had the pleasure of working with Ira, he's very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the whole process. Even though it didn't work out how I wanted it to (my credit issues) he still made made the experience enjoyable. He even recommended someone to help with my credit. A few years back we entered the process with Rich Gregg , he had outstanding customer service very knowledgeable with the product and was incredible at getting us through the lending stage three years later we still have questions time to time and he is still with us service after the sale.Rich is definitely the Gateway to homeownership.Thanks again Rich!

We are fortunate to have such a thoughtful partner in helping our parents. It's been a great experience. Our elderly parents wanted to move & we're not nearby. Rich has gone above & beyond to help them through the process and get them situated. He's kept us informed every step of the way and has treated them with respect and care.

Buying a new home in a new place on a short time limit is stressful. Buying a home in the current real estate market when your last home purchase was years ago is terrifying. Ira was professional, unbelievably knowledgeable, and beyond excellent every step of the way. The man works tirelessly to ensure you find a home, and we found the perfect space. Every company or person he suggested to us was fantastic and the process was as simple and stress free as possible. If you are relocating to this area, I cannot recommend Ira Branch enough.

After several failed attempts at other places and horrible service, I was skeptical to even consider trying to buy a home once again, BUT Rich Gregg changed my entire home search and experience around. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me what I wanted, and was efficient and 100% considerate of my past experiences, and he made sure that I NEVER had to deal with that again. He answered every single question I asked (and I asked a lot), he was very quick to reply to me whether through text, phone call, or email. I cannot praise him enough for what he has done for me and my family during and after the whole purchase. So, if you are looking to buy a Palm Harbor Home, I recommend you seek out Rich Gregg from Abilene, TX, he WILL get you into the home of your dreams!!!

Palm Harbor is a great place to shop for the home that is right for you. Rich really helped my wife and I choose the best home for our budget. He was always there to help us, and answer any questions we have. I m giving 5 stars to Palm Harbor because of Rich s hospitality and generosity!

Spoke with Krissi Fortune today on the phone and then paid her a visit to browse some homes. She was patient and very understanding! She even stayed a few minutes late to allow us to look around and didn't rush us out the door. Looking forward to working with her more on the purchase of our new home. Rich was also very helpful on knowing about land that's available in the area.

Well I do and Palm Harbor in Abilene Tx they are knowledgeable and treat you like family with great prices and homes like no other go to Palm Harbor Homes in Abilene Tx to purchase your new home with New Used And Repossessions you Should go there before deciding and see why I recommend them. Rich Gregg was our contact when we went to the Abilene location. He was very professional and had extremely good knowledge of the homes. He showed us the ones we were interested in looking at and then he answered the few questions we had. When we find the land to put it on we will definitely go back to Abilene and buy it from Rich!!

Bought a home in December..... They were very helpful until they handed over the keys. They haven't done any of the work that needed to be done to get the guys out to fix the issues with our home.Have not even tried to contact us at all. My husband and I both agree we will never purchase anything else from palm harbor homes.

We've had our Palm Harbor home for close to five years now and still love it! We've only had a few minor issues as to be expected with any home , but was taken care of with little or no expense to us. We get compliments on our house all the time! We actually shopped several other manufacturer home builders first and in fact got our money back from one when we discovered Palm Harbor. Palm Harbor had a much more professional, knowledgeable, and overall better sales experience than the other's we spoke with. Their homes are built better as well (thicker walls, higher quality materials, etc..) Still loving our Palm Harbor home and are proud home owners!

Was very disappointed with how we was treated after they received our downpayment and the financing was approved. stall after stall until finally we just asked to cancel the purchase. Was told it would take up to 15 business days to receive a refund. Finally after almost 2 months later and threatening to sue them we finally get our refund.. I found out later that these guys change management every time the wind changes directions and I can see why.

I haven't got a house yet but the hold up is on me I can't decide! There are 3 homes that I'm in love with! Sammy is amazing and very helpful I love that if he doesn't know the answer he makes a call right then and there to find the answer! He is awesome! I recommend him for anything and everything when it comes to buying a home from Palm harbor homes! If you want a home go see Sammy tell him you heard he was the best because he is!
