Seems r134 is not there only type of refrigerant for your a/c off you buy R134 and it will not go on the low side port most likely you have the newer type the R134y is what you will need. Mine is a 3.3 xl f-150 2018 has the new stuffMight save you some time for you do it your self folks like me.

@#�!%#! Spent over $200 on a "new" battery. I drove to San Angelo and my battery's dead. Went to another O'Reilly in San Angelo and they replaced it. I asked if they could check it, and it was also a used battery. They finally gave me a NEW battery. SMH

Jeffery goes above and beyond every single time with every single customer. If it wasn't for this man i would not be a O'reilly's customer. His colleagues could learn something from his patience and level of customer service.

I went in yesterday evening to get a new battery. My service needs we're exceeded. Keith not only took his time to install my battery but he helped me with my anti-theft system as well. I had a wonderful experience and will continue to go to this O'Reilly's whenever I have future car issues.

We went to O'Reillys on South 1st Street to get windshield wipers, because my daughters were worn out. The man that helped us at the counter was very nice and even helped us put them on the car. It was very cold, and wet that day. We got in and out really fast.

Stephen , Leroy, Toni Jeff, William and Keith the O"reilly staff in Abilene . Store #805 on 1st street. The atmosphere that this group of people make when you first walk is completely a receptive smiiling narrative putting you 1st right from the get go.They are only there to serve your automotive need an d will research for you what they may no know without you asking. They will offer to find out for you . This is the 1st place I think of when I have a need and they have met them all. You leave feeling like they want you back and you have confidence you will receive more from them than you may have gone there for.These are genuine , charactered people who genuinely love serving people.

The S. 1st location is the best. Ask for Stephanie she is the most knowledgeable. They don't always have what I need but they do have a very competitive prices for what they do have.

The place was very clean and well stocked. It was not crowded but it still took more than 10 minutes to get my item and leave the store. I don't know if the registers were down or if the employees just did not know how to give the previous customers a refund but it was slow. I just needed wiper fluid. So, if the dollar store is out of what you need and you have 10 minutes to wait in line. Visit.

I went in to this store to purchase a new battery for my Mustang. Not only did they help me get the battery I needed, but the guy who sold it to me also installed it free of charge. As far as I'm concerned, he went way above and beyond in helping me out. I look forward to going back and thanking him in person.

Assistant Store Manger refused me service due to me being in a different Parts Store uniform. The store I work at did not have the part I needed to fix my truck. My truck is my only form of transportation I own and I needed it fixed. O'Reilly's had what I needed but the the Assistant Store Manager stated it was company policy to not sell other part store employees.I was on my lunch break when I went to get the items I needed to fix my truck and ended up walking away empty handed. If it is O'Reillly's policy to not sell to other automotive part store employees, I would like to see that policy.Due to this managers unprofessionalism my vehicle could not be fixed until Monday. He should have discipline action taken against him and removed from the manager position. O'Reilly's entrance has a sign reading "Your satisfaction is our #1 priority," there was no customer priority on 29 October, 2022.

Bought a battery and alternator here and the guy at the counter said i needed the small packet of grease for the battery and rang it up without me saying i wanted it and expected me to pay for it..ridiculous. Also wouldnt take a battery to get tested here as theyll say its no good to try and get you to buy a new one from them

This location is a HUB store so they ll have more than the other stores, and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Make sure to ask to speak with Stephanie, she s always very helpful!

Typically receive good customer service here however this afternoon I went in and when I walked through the door and said How are you guys doing at a slow time they looked up at me and looked back down and completely ignored me. I asked another guy where his manager was and he smarts off and says the ugly one?? I reply he can't be any uglier then me as a joke... You guys need to learn how to greet people when they walk through the door especially when they acknowledge you even worse that they have to acknowledge you first. Another guy started Smarting off and my friend could tell he was getting upset I just simply replied to him I'm 25 years old your older then me you should know this by now god bless you and cut it short because I said what needed to be said. The guy at the register I have done business with before he was the same old same old. He's the one star you see on this review because if there was less they would have gotten it... But even though they were cutting up and being rude when the customer is right. He did his job. Thank you for being you and not being like them... Thomas

Very helpful. Took the time to help and search for parts. Ordered what they didnt have in stock. Prices were fair.Friendly staff, the salesperson was young and if he wasn't sure of something, he immediately asked for help from the manager.Very professional.
