They came and picked my car up and got it done within a couple of days whereas pretty much any other shop would have taken AT LEAST a week or 2!! Cody was very helpful and never did anything without letting us know first!!Definitely 5 star material!!

I can't say enough about the guys there. I have had them take care of several things with my car and can't be more pleased. Their prices are more than reasonable and they actually care about their customers. I would gladly recommend them to anybody.

It took over two weeks and the job is still half way done. Car went into the shop left passenger door handle needs to be replaced now the door just don t open at all! It was like twisting hands to get an issue fix when I barely purchased the car not even two weeks in and having issues ! I m just over it at this point !

Cody was helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. My vehicle repair was completed in a timely manner, the shop called as needed to provide updates, and did not try to charge for unnecessary work.

My experiences have always been very pleasant at this establishment. The staff is always friendly, and if I don't understand what's going on with my car they do a very good job at explaining exactly what the issue is and they've always fix whatever the issue was with my vehicle in a timely manner. If a friend or family member needed their vehicle fixed I would definitely refer them to my mechanic!

I m from out of town and when I needed to have my car towed, I had no idea about anyone in the area. I called My Mechanic and they were super nice and very helpful. I was able to get car towed there quickly. They kept in contact with me about all the details of not only them, but the insurance also. My car was there for 5 weeks before insurance made a decision and MyMechanic was there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend them especially if you re from out of town!! I found this shop on google when I first moved to Abilene and after the first visit it has always been my go to shop. The customer service has always been more than amazing. They treat your vehicles old and new with such care. Not to mention the speediness of repairs are unlike any other. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Kody and his guys go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Had 3 fuel injectors that needed to be replaced. Kody told extended warranty company it would be wise to change out all six while they had all the intakes removed. But, in the world we live in now a days, that made to much sense, and warranty company said I would just have make another claim if other 3 went out. Kody had some extra sitting around shop that didn t get used in another job and stuck the other 3 in there anyway at minimal charge and my Jeep has been running great ever since! Drove from Odessa to have the rear main seal replaced! Would not have gone anywhere else to have this done! Did a great job

Everyone was very nice. They answered all my questions and they fix me right up for what I needed done. I would give a shout out to the persons that help me But I didn't get to catch their name, but I know them when I see them.

I'm going on my 4th month with my vehicle I bought here at 1st Choice Motors. I finally got to get my oil change done and they didn't take long changing it they did a great job keep up the great work even with the Biden inflation. Thank you

piss poor excuse for a mechanic shop DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU AND NOT FIX YOUR CAR i took my suburban to them and for 3 weeks they couldnt find the problem and still tried to charge me over 500 dollars to fix a part that wasnt even the problem took the vehicle to a and j auto in abilene and they found the problem in less than an hour DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

I was from Houston I was looking for mechanic and I when here I will say it was quite expensive I have to fix break rotor for my Chevy. Express 2017 and blower motors they charge me labor and parts 1300$ I was have no any option tocoz I need to go. broke down in abilene on a cross country trip. transmission leaking oil. made the mistake of going to the dealership, dodge, in clyde. terrible service and nothing fixed.after a week i gave up and at the suggestion of an airforce airman went to "my mechanic" in abilene.met brodie and kody. absolutely great people. their entire staff were exceptional. troubleshot the vehicle, identified the problem in one day got the vehicle in operation and arranged the storage and shipment of it to my home address.couldn't ask for any better service. thanks to them for all the help.Service: Transmission

My favorite mechanic in Abilene or really any town I've lived in. The guys here are always straightforward, I never feel like they're trying to force me into anything I don't actually need done to the car. Pricing is always fair and they always blow away the expectations that I have for a shop.I used to always like to do my own regular services like oil changes and such... Then I found this place, they charge not much more than the supplies already cost and they handle all PITA labor that normally comes with it.My favorite mechanic that I've ever encountered anywhere, especially in Abilene. Strongly recommend. I especially like that even when I send my wife in, they don't try and exploit her lack of knowledge on regards to cars and motors. Just genuinely good, helpful people here in all my experiences.
