At first I thought it was ganna put a band-aid on my fix but the dug deep found the problem fixed it shout out to sherie hime and the mechanic with the funky hair didn't get his name but I an very satisfied with all there hard work

Staff was very friendly, professional and respectful. The place was very clean lounge, service area and work place. Estimated total was cheaper then expected and only 1 day down time fastest we've ever been in and out. I even got a cool looking hat it's pink! Highly recommend

Nicer than M.H.C. KW they wasn't trying to take all my money. Because of the engine I have a Cummins ISX and have the same parts as KW for a better price Paccar is crazy my next truck I will go back to a Frightliner instead of a KW.

I come here all the time for truck parts. The facility is brand new and high tech. I like to work with them and it is almost always an easy in and out trip. I still call them Freightliner even though their official name is Lone star Truck Group.

Service department personnel are great, the work the technicians do is questionable at best. Taken truck in for a regular PM service and only half the chassis was greased. Asked for a A/C recharge of the system only got a filter changed

My tractor truck broke down in Abilene,TX for 4 days and I was towed to Lonestar Truck Group. The staff were OUTSTANDING. They truly care for truck drivers.I have to give a "Thank You" to Sheri Huggins. She went obove and beyond to help me. I needed a ride to hotel and she made it happen. I forgot my personal keys on my truck key chain and she brought me my keys to hotel. When i came back weeks later to get personal belongings out, they waited around to make sure i could get my personal belongings after hours. Lonestar Truck Group has a very professional staff. I wish I could give them 10

Got Freightliner issues, these guys and Gals are Great . They will get you in and out ASAP, what more can you ask for.. My thanks to the staff, especially Ms Sherri and Mr Charles the tec. Incredible liars and scammers !!!I left them a truck with an alleged coolant leakThey made up that the engine head was bad and intended to charge $20k for the repairWhen I refused that bogus repair they asked me to pay them $1,700 for their supposed diagnosis or they wouldn't let me drive my truck out of their workshopI paid because I had toThey left all the parts, such as the valve cover, a lot of hoses outside and did not put them back in place, great mechanicsI hired a low boy and towed the truck to my workshopAvoid this workshop if you can !!!!Totally unprofessional, inventing malfunctions, inflating invoices and stealing hard-earned money from honest people

Unfortunately, I had stop there to get a regen and an efficiency test done on the first trip after the truck got a bunch of DEF related parts installed at a different dealership.But the guys here were all great, they washed the truck and had me back on the road that evening...

Shout out to the guy working parts on Wednesday may the 4th 2022 at 1830! Saved me a bunch of money by knowing truck parts. I thought I needed a new ac compressor but after talking to him it was the sensor that was messing up. My ac works now with no problems! Woohoo!

Our truck had some DEF system codes come up in Sweetwater. We called this dealership and spoke with Kurt. We explained the issue and our situation (loaded with fresh chicken going into 4th of July weekend) to him. He was very kind and said just drop trailer and get truck towed to him. They had our truck done by the afternoon. People excellent. Service Excellent. We will recommend to you anyone in need in the area. Thank you for your help!!

Not only did they great job but they got me in and out quickly and my bill was cheaper than quoted. They were supper friendly and have a nice driver lounge.

Stay away from this place atherwise you ll paid the price and never got good service. My truck broke down 8mls and towing truck damage oil panel but towing truck paid the expensive for oil panel. they keep my truck for 6 days and they only change mcm and when i call other Freightliner s they told me $1,800 include the liber, they charge me more then $3,000 beside that they left loose parts most what they change they are very slow and dishonesty i was very disappointed the service they did for me also i had load for all these days and they never care, take your Semi truck somewhere plz.

Very good freightliner parts dealer. Very friendly parts staff talk to the parts person and not a recording where you have to leave a name and number and no one calls you back. Not here they call you right back have the parts quick easy

I spent nearly $28k to fix my truck on 07/21/2022 and when my truck went down on the 01/28/2023, they have refused to cover the work warranty the repairs is still under. And they have the hornets wrongly .terrible

Great staff ! Would ve been 5 stars but I was charged 3 hours of labor for a mirror that was replaced in less than an hour

Fuel pump went out in the middle of nowhere west Texas. Took a little bit longer than I'd like but that'll happen. I was being updated honestly and accurately and that makes the wait time sting a little bit less believe me. Some fuel diagnostics testing and a couple calls to Detroit and a 2 day part delivery because the fuel pump wasn't in stock and I was on my way. Was there Friday evening to Thursday morning. Brand new building/shop. Great location. You just get the feeling being there the area is up and coming. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Don't come here if you can help it. Your time doesn't matter. Sat around all day for a diagnosis just to be told to come back tomorrow. Waited all day the next day to find out the part necessary wasn't in.Told it would be ready by noon the following day so I gave a couple of calls to check the ETA and was told it would be around noon. Give a call back at noon to be told everyone is on break. Finally get a hold of someone an hour later who says it's ready just going into the wash bay.So we head up there to pick up the truck and we still are forced to wait a couple of hours while they wash the truck and process paperwork.Not sure how the rating is so high so I'm leaving my honest review in hopes to save someone the frustration. Avoid these rude workers if you can help it.

If there was a negative 10 stars that would still be to good. The parts people lied about the price of a part so I dead headed a truck from Corsicana Tx. to Abilene. I was told they would get it worked in over the weekend, after never hearing anything all weekend I called the service department Monday morning, to be told they would get to it in a couple hours, I stopped by a couple hours later and they had just got finished diagnosing the problem I had already diagnosed, then the same part I called about on Friday that was $500 some odd dollars became $1400 dollars, and the 3 hours they told me it would take to put it on changed to 5 hours, I will never go back to this place and also will advise everyone I know to stay away. Not only did I dead head the truck to them because the parts person lied about the price, but the truck sat all weekend until 5p.m. Monday. But I am sure if I was a big named company they would have jumped right on it and had it out of there by Saturday, Sunday at the latest. I run a honest business and I guess I just expect everyone else to do the same.

Worst place to take a truck. Had them do a diagnosis. They had taken our engine out told them to put ours back in and they swapped it with an engine that had not ran in years when we had drove our truck to the shop. We had gotten truck towed from their guess they thought no one would notice. Shame on yall!! So we paid $1400 to not even get all of our truck back.

Had a broken driver's windshield - called them, they made sure they had the part, gave us an appointment. Went in 15 minutes before our appointment, they got us in right away, replaced the windshield - while they had the truck, they noticed a thump when you took off; they checked and thought the u-joint bolts might be loose. They tightened the bolts and the truck now feels a lot better!! We @ BC & C Enterprises would recommend them to anyone who needs their Freightliner repaired!

I checked at 10:30am 8/25/16 my truck wouldn't Regen at all I was told to be there by 2pm in order to get into the shop that day I was checked in at 1030am finally at 6pm I was told they couldn't get me in til the next day at noon. Yes they was helpful to a extent but the mechanics are rude an very unprofessional.. I'll never take another truck to this location no matter the problem.

We have tried several times to get service at this dealership and both times we were told they don't know when when they can, get to us! They don't even try or look at the problem, wish they would at least try. We are owner/operator and need our vehicle, they have a new shop but no better service than the previous shop. They will not allow our dog in the lounge either they say they have a place outside the fence? Try to find someone else to work on your vehicle.

I have to give them 5 stars! They wouldn't in stall my inverter cause of fire safety! Smart but I still need my inverter installed on the rider side of my truck

Clean is the only good thing you can say. The parts counter guys are great. But the service guy's are crooks who don't know much about trucks.

My name is Dudley I bought a trailer in Midland, Tx, coming home the trailer had a break problem called Lone Star Group in Abilene was told to bring it in. The trailer had air line run through 40ft of square tubing very difficult to pull through and replace, but they got it done and was back on the road in a few hours very pleased with there work and courteous staff. Galland in the heavy fab shop is the best very knowledgeable and made the best of a bad situation for me. Great Staff
