Was the second time I visited Toyota of Abilene . but on this visit the service I received from Nestor Duque Sanchez was awesome. The team was so helpful with nitty gritty details. They re simply the best. This team surely will fly the Toyota flag even higher kudos guys. Happy for the service you rendered.

Our poor Nissan Rogue was totaled, so we went to look at a couple vehicles at Toyota. Mark did a wonderful job helping us. We decided on a used 2020 Subaru Ascent and absolutely love it. Mark was patient with us when we were having a hard time deciding on which vehicle, and he was not pushy at all! We bought 3 cars from Arrow Ford in the past, but Lithia Toyota really surprised us with how smooth of a process it was. They had a lot of people buying, but we were still in and out pretty quickly!!! Mike who works in finance was extremely nice and didn't try to push things on us either. I will say this will be our go to car place for future purchases. Thank you so much for helping us find our "new" used car :)

Lithia Toyota rocks! Patrick is awesome! I consider him a friend more than a car salesman. Jonathan Castaneda was willing to help me in whatever I needed, he was very prompt in responding to my questions. This team is off the chain crazy good. I would totally recommend them for all your car or truck needs.

I would hands down buy a vehicle from Lithia Toyota again. Daniel helped us check out a new Sequoia I d been considering. He had it ready when I showed up. Right off the bat he was knowledgeable, friendly, and super easy to work with. I was in a time crunch to get to an important event for my kid, and had actually only planned on just looking, so when I decided to make the purchase he worked fast to get me the best deal, no hassle, & worked efficiently to make sure I had everything I needed to know. Aaron in finance also worked swiftly knowing my situation and made the paperwork process a breeze. I had to do that alone and, as a woman, that can be intimidating. Not once did I ever feel pressured for unnecessary add on s or like there was shady tactics. I am very impressed with the whole process and I m sure we ll continue to give them our business as my husband even mentioned he s liking the new Tundras. Thanks Daniel and Aaron for a great experience!

Would recommend asking for Erick Miranda. Great customer service , and actually put in the work to help me out. Mostly enjoyed his service , he s someone you could carry a convo with and that says a lot. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

My wife and I contacted Lithia Toyota yesterday morning and spoke with Mark Dunagan at around 9:30 am. He set up a appointment for 11 am. Which we were a few minutes late. But when we arrived he greeted us with a smile. I had told him to take a early lunch which he did not do. He said he took lunch between 2-3. I said are you going to be finished with us by then. He said yes.. Which he was . The sales manager Jim Buckner also bought us lunch. Thank you. The finance manager Chris Huddard made it simple. Upon arrival was greeted by JL and could not have asked for a better experience with buying a truck. Great guy all around, I would highly recommend giving him a call when looking for a vehicle at Toyota. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answers he would find them out. Truly appreciated this experience, as well as the whole process to get in and out in a timely manner.

I was in this location on 4/10, looking at a Tundra. I had a meeting so time was limited, I had to leave and the salesman told me he would call me at 10am the next day to follow to see how far we got. Also we discussed if I could put more money down and I said I would see if I could. 10am came around and I actually came up with the full down payment they wanted. Fast forward it s 1pm haven t heard from anyone. I called my local dealership told them what I wanted and they had it. I am now going to buy my new truck from a professional dealership.

Let s start off by saying I ve been a return customer for years. However, things have changed! I purchased a car with lights on the dash board. They ensured me they ordered the part and they wouldn t sell a car like that. Two days later a new light popped up, they refuse to fix the issue . Now I m leaving with no car and a huge headache. Wasted money and wasted time. Wasted credit check ! Go anywhere else, when I showed up two weeks ago to look at cars, no one greeted me .. ever

Purchasing my Rav4 Hybrid from Cole, at Lithia Toyota, was a wonderful experience. Cole was knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, and thorough. Working through the negotiations, he was considerate regarding my requests. First, Avery Colon, my salesman, may have been the friendliest experience I ve ever had at a dealership. I can t say enough about his communication throughout the entire process. Even after the sale was completed, he helped me get my rental to an off-site location and assisted in the transfer of my belongings. Awesome customer service! Thank you. I love the Toyota dealership in Abilene, Texas. Deborah McCoy was my service attendant. She was amazing. She suggested I get my inspection done and suggested I needed new windshield wiper blades. She told me my service work would take about 1 1/2 hours and it was that . Right on the nose. I have been treated very well at the dealership. I have a 2017 4Runner and it has 105,000 miles and runs great.
