Excellent customer service from start to finish. Warren and Dillon both represent professional dedicated and personable service without any reservation whatsoever. I wouldn t think twice about going back to Kia of Abilene for my next vehicle! Excellent experience and that s greatly appreciated!

They should change the name of this store to Kayla of Abilene. Kayla from this store knew what we wanted and delivered excellent results. We were there just a few hours, no hassle. Everything went smoothly and we had no pressure to buy anything. The car had to be brought over from another store so it didn t come until the next day. They let us borrow a car while we waited. Kayla came in on her day off to make sure she finalizes everything for us. We are amazed by the service we received here and they will be our first stop next time we buy again. 10/10 Recommend.

Kia of Abilene and Cassidy have been such a great help in the car buying process! I told her exactly what I wanted, exactly what I wanted my payments to be and she provided everything a much much more! Definitely a 5 star service for her and the dealership! They sold us a car with one key and said to come back later to get the other one and promised they would give it to us. We go when they told us and they never had the key but we already signed. Don t go here. They are so dishonest and liars. We have called them multiple times and they always make excuses why they can t help us. But they would love to sell us a new car! They have also called me Multiple times trying to get us to buy a new car but they still can t make us whole from our last purchase. Do not buy from here! I tell everyone I know not to go here.Edit to reply to their replyI did buy the car three years ago. However I went up there just a few weeks after the purchase. We got nothing but hostility from the staff. A whole lot of well you already signed so it s not our problem. You wanna buy another new car? I have not been up there recently. So .they are continuing to be LIARS! It is remarkable about how dishonest they are. They will create a problem with your car lie about fixing it and let you sign then not help you and spin so fiction about how this happened. To be clear. We went up there three years ago and as we were instructed to do so by our sales man and they didn t have the copy and there was no offer to make it right or make sure our customers are happy They want grace ?! What grace did you give us?!!!

Tried to get a car from there but they wanted to add on expenses on the car that was mandatory since it was a "protection" they would get in trouble of head honchos. Come to find out they are the only dealership doing it. We went to another kia dealership and they didn't have any of that on there that was supposed to be "mandatory" . Moral of the story shop around and have a back of plan.

I am not the one to typically leave a bad review however my experience with this dealership needs to be told to warn others. I inquired about a kia forte base model that is at value of 21k and some change. I spoke with Kayla over the phone stated i was interested in seeing the vehicle. I had already been preapproved elsewhere and wanted to simply get a purchase order for this specific vehicle. This was on a Thursday confirmed my appointment Friday afternoon due to me and my family driving a little over 2 hours to view this vehicle. Arrived to the dealership, met Kayla right before test driving the vehicle another salesman comes to greet me. Stating he likes to meet all the customers that come to their dealership. Seemed odd as to he wasn't a manager of this dealership. Proceeded to test drive the vehicle, got off the vehicle and went over the price of the vehicle. Kayla then came back with a purchase order explaining a warranty that the dealership offers for the vehicle. I waited for Kayla to finish then stated i simply wanted the car that is marked before these so called added accessories. She then stated that she cannot take the add on off an wanted to explain why also saying that everyone pays for this add on. I then asked for this contract that states it is mandatory, she then stated she would go speak with her general manager. Kayla never came back instead the salesman who approached me outside came to me and stated it was mandatory and I then asked if i could see the contract for this add on warranty. This salesman stated there is not contract, (Wrong and this is a huge red flag any add-ons should have a contract especially stating how long the warranty is etc.). I then proceeded that i will take the vehicle as MSRP if the add on is taken off. I kid you not this man walks around the corner didn't talk to anyone turns around not even 10 seconds later and says"Yeah I can't take it off it is mandatory by corporate and we will get in trouble if it is removed". I then said "Well then I won't be taking the vehicle".I found the same model vehicle one town over they gave me a purchase order immediately no add-ons and no gimmick on that an additional warranty is mandatory. If this add on is mandatory shouldn't all kia dealerships be operating under the same conduct.Moral of the story is shop around, don't settle, Get preapproved elsewhere and definitely don't buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Best prices for a Kia around. Saved approximately 5k by purchasing from them instead of local. They even delivered to my residence to save me the drive. Now I've purchased a second vehicle from them, two vehicles in a three week period. Great service after the sale.

We traveled 3.5 hours with every intent to purchase a car that we were assured was held for us. I was very clear about making sure the car would be there for us because of the long drive. I spoke with Warren the night before our drive. He FaceTimed us to show us the car and we communicated that we would be there. I texted Warren on the way to give him an ETA. I was assured over and over that everything was good with the car. Upon arrival, they first bring around the wrong car. Mistakes happen. Then they bring around our car and there is a giant crack down the center of the windshield and the windshield wiper is completely cracked in half. Warren who took care of us says he had no idea. He tries to assure us that everything will be ok - he tells us they will fix the windshield and deliver the car to us. We sit down to talk the financials. I was prepared to pay the advertised price on the car, however I see there is a surprise mandatory $3000 tire and key protection plan added in. Buyer beware-don t get caught up in this gimmick. This plan is only good for 1 year and covers tire repairs/replacements and key fob replacements. You could literally replace all 4 tires twice and still not spend $3000. The trade in value for my car they offered was also $3,000 less than I ended up getting at a different dealership. Kia of Abilene refused to budge on anything so we decided to take our business elsewhere. As we settled into our car to drive home, Warren comes out to offer to take $1200 off if we take the car as is (with the broken windshield and wiper). No thanks Kia. I m so thankful we didn t purchase from Kia or Abilene. I ended up getting a higher trim model with less miles and for the very close to what I was going to spend at Kia of Abilene.

My salesman was great in helping me choose the car i wanted and is probably the only reason I purchased a vehicle but the finance manager was very difficult to work with and made the buying experience stressful and tried to get me to purchase a car I didn't want. I asked to talk to my spouse privately to make a decision and my salesman had to step in to get the finance manager to leave the room

I do not appreciate being lied to about my vehicle and that is only what I can assume happened from this dealership.I took my Kia in to have the recalls remedied and for them to check on a noise that my car had begun making over a few weeks. I spoke to the service provider, Justin, about the recalls and the concern I had with the noise and some slight pulling to the right while driving. Justin proceeded to tell me that one of the recalls that my car had, he had never even heard of (first red flag).I live an hour away from this dealership and planned to leave my car there on a Friday afternoon, expecting to be contacted Monday. I was told by Justin that we would be contacted Monday, and that it would be Monday, worst case scenario.Monday comes around and I hear nothing. I finally hear from Justin on Tuesday. He tells me the recalls were taken care of, but that they cannot replicate the noise that I had mentioned my car was making. And he didn t even mention anything about my car pulling to the right. I questioned him, because this noise was not easy to miss once you started driving the car, as I told him when I brought the car in. He said that his tech drove it, but that he himself would drive it and see if he could hear anything.I had unfortunately come down with a sickness/fever, so my parents graciously went to pick up the car for me. My dad asked Justin if he drove the car and Justin said he did, but he didn t hear any noise like we described. My dad then asked if he drove it up to speed (like we stated- noise happens above 25 mph), and Justin said he did drive it around here . My dad stated as soon as he got in a drove off, the noise resumed.If Justin (or even the tech) had driven the car at a reasonable speed like we suggested, he would have heard the concerning noise AND felt the slight pull to the right. I have probable cause to believe they did NOT drive this car around like they stated. My dad should not have had to ASK Justin about the noise and if he drove it- Justin should have known to address that concern if that is one reason we brought the car in.I do not know whether they wanted to disregard this vehicle because it s 10+ years old and 160k+ miles, but I figured I could trust a Kia dealer, having driven a Kia for this long. I was wrong. If you are concerned about your car for any reason (besides a recall), take it somewhere the service providers are equally concerned and caring for your vehicle as you are.

Absolutely disappointed!!!! Was purchasing our 3rd NEW $60k vehicle from this Abilene location and was treated horrible. Had a saleslady come grab keys to the vehicle we were in the process of buying and try to sell it to someone else who was better dressed than us. Anyone can put on a suit and tie but because I was underdressed I was discriminated against. I will never buy from them again.... This was absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had in a dealership. 12/08/23

I really like the vehicle I got, but the salesman had told me it had XM radio access, that all I had to do was call XM, give them my VIN and they would set me up. After I purchased the car, I called XM like he said to do and was told I did not have access. I told the manager. They apologized, but offered no recourse. They did tell me that the salesman had been fired, so you don't have to worry about that. Just make sure everything is the way they say it is, because they won't make it right. As I said, I like the car, and it is my second Kia. I liked the first one too. That's why I went back. I'm just disappointed in the way they handled my situation. I need that radio to help me stay awake when driving through dead zones.Update: As you can see below, they suggest I contact them. That is exactly what I did. They did nothing other than apologize.

The sales person was friendly. A little to friendly. Even after I said I was just browsing and exactly the car I wanted to look at and told him it would be months until I buy, he pumped me for information.The car I looked at a K5 GT Line. As soon as I sat down it felt like every Kia I have ever sat it. A piece of plywood with a thin layer of material & no padding.Very disappointing for a $34,000 car.I checked with my insurance company, to cover a Kia would be over 1/3 more than any car of the same class be cause of their ease of theft exploited in a Tik Tok challenge to steal Kias.Buyer beware

Beat service ever! After my Kia broke down just outside Abilene on a Friday night the folks at Abilene Kia were very helpful. I was 200 miles from home and it was almost their closing time. No one rushed me or put me off. Once the car was towed in they were attentive and informed me they d call Monday. Monday at 9:45 am they called and had problem diagnosed. Three days later they called again and my vehicle was good to go. Can t say enough about their welcoming attitudes .probably well worth the drive when I need another car. Keep it up Abilene Kia!

I love my kia soul but no matter how many times they tried to fix my car the mysterious noise has never been fixed! It's pretty disappointing. The workers are super friendly and are always welcoming. I've just learned how to turn up the radio to ignore the rattle of my little car. On the other hand Kia has the best peanut butter cookies ever. Very very Visited today 10-12-20, great customer service from J.D.

I purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 from this establishment, the sales experience was not a problem. The staff made it very easy to work out terms that were agreeable and the financing department was equally easy to work with (shoutout to Drew). My issues arose after the purchase. I received a call a few days later informing me that the deal did not go through with the bank, and that I needed another $500 on my down payment despite driving off the lot and being told I had been approved. Either way, it essentially rendered the previous contract void in a sense. I had made a service appointment with Kia in between driving off with the vehicle and them calling to tell me the deal had not gone through. So after being told it would be looked at before I signed my SECOND contract I was hopeful that any issues would be taken care of. I received a call a few days later after playing phone tag trying to figure out what was going on with my vehicle informing me that it had several issues and I was going to be responsible for the over $2000 repair bill. After a long hunt I was finally able to get in contact with the General Sales Manager who said that they had already put money into tires for the vehicle and they couldn t spend any more money at the financed price point . Which is about the sketchiest answer I could have been given. I would stay away from this place of business as you are more than likely going to end up on the receiving end of any previous problems the vehicle has. I would expect this from a rinky dink local used car lot but my expectations were a little higher for a supposed Kia Dealership.

Very very un professional window sticker says one thing then pull out made up charges has happened twice you can add 2 to 3k to whatever price see on web site and if say y all can keep there 1 yr scratch and wheel protection tell you comes with car. If try tell them no to it sales manager throws fit and says go somewhere els then and then acts like wants to fight you Very very UNPROFESSIONAL avid this place

I ve purchased a few cars over the years - Weston Simmons is by far the best car salesman. He diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease about the process. He was extremely knowledgeable in providing comparative data between make and model options, that we would have never known, which allowed us to make the final decision. 100% most unprofessional managers I ve ever worked with they asked us to return our car after three weeks of use and once we got there the saw the sales man we were working with (who use to work there) and instantly started to make a giant scene and started to tell us how he was super sneaky and not to trust him but comes to find out that they don t like him because passed out the HR number to all salesmen because of how the managers would name call and would be downright disrespect their employees so they made him quit with a voluntarily termination slip and when he decided to say his peace the gm said he catch him on the streets. But that gentleman that was helping us got us a great deal and kept a great attitude even with sleazy management trying so hard to make him look bad.

Weston and Avery are the best! If you're in the market for a new car ask for them. They worked with me to get a price I could afford and the car I wanted, never tried to upsell me to a bigger car. I left happy and in a brand new car!
