When I got my JL one of the first things I needed was a shade to protect us from the Texas sun. I did my research and decided on the one from JTopsUSA. This top has everything I was looking for: top notch quality, coverage from rollbar to rollbar, good straps, and buckles. Made in the USA was just a bonus =) I considered the other brands but had concerns with wear and tear of the bungees and lasting under the sun. Not to mention JTops straps and buckles are solid so definately no flapping in the wind. I'm 100% completely satisfied with my JTops!! If you're in the market for a Shade I highly recommend you look at JTopsUSA!!!

I had purchased another brand and had to return it because you couldn't drive over 35 mph due to the way it flapped in the back. The owner of Jtops USA (Mike) reached out to me on FB after I posted my experience and said his tops are designed with zero flap so I bought one. Wow! The quality, design and workmanship are second to none and as he said....zero flap at any speed. If you are in the market for a mesh top to help with sun while topless, you will not be sorry if you go with this one!

At first I was a little bummed with how long it took to get my order and it was a little pricey... However the second I cracked open the box and felt the build quality it all made sense. Thoughtful features are perfectly married with rock solid construction. Hands down I would by this again. Huge plus with the location of the driver magnet strip, it adds a good inch of headroom which is key for a tall guy like me. THANK YOU JTOPS!

Very happy with the product. They were delayed due to imported parts and regularly notified me of the status. The install video explained it all and it was a breeze to install.

I received my custom JTopUSA and the printing was not lined up on the top and it was not legible at all. I immediately called customer service and was told they would correct the problem.Several weeks later I received the new top and it was done perfectly. I honestly have never had such awesome customer service in this era of after Covid . The top was over the TOP!!!! I honestly can t say enough good things about this product or the customer service for this company. I am so HAPPY with my top and the quality of the top is beyond my expectation.Thank you for such an awesome top ..I am truly enjoying my jeep rides more than ever.

Wonderful company to deal with! Product cost a little more than the competition but it is far superior to my old bungee shade. Their free fabric sample program help me decide on the color of my new shade (I chose teal). Just plain outstanding service and products...L.B.

I wanted to give you guys a HUGE thank you for your customer service.I bought a headliner from you years ago. Your product has held up great, however the Velcro no longer sticks to the hardtop itself. I honestly didn t think anything of it, because it has to be at least 5 years old. Figured when I have a moment, I would look into replacing it.My husband for some reason contacted you about the Velcro and must have been asked for my order number, because he asked me for it. My response back to him was its long gone. Again, didn t think anything of it.This weekend I received a package shipped to my doorstep from Jtops. Inside was a complete new roll of Velcro to re-attach my headliner. I was shocked, as this kind gesture was completely unexpected. By no stretch did I consider this to be any sort of shortfall by Jtops, but just normal wear and tear.You have a customer for life. Because its the little things that matter. Again, thank you!

I just picked up my new Safari Shade Top and it is awesome! There was a slight mixup with the size and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I left there with what I needed and a smile on my face. The product is fantastic and the customer service is even better. I will be telling everyone about Jeep Tops USA! Thanks again Mike!

Love my new JTop and Tonneau cover. Mike at JTopsUSA was super helpful and great to talk Jeeps with. Placed my order and it came 2 days later. Super easy to install and the guality is excellent. Fits perfectly. By far the best top on the market. Made in Texas.

Plan on a minimum of FOUR WEEKS to get anything from these guys! JeepTopsUSA website and information on shipping is completely misleading and false. I'm coming up on three weeks and I just found out that it will be at least an additional week before my order might be shipped out. Look elsewhere...these Jeep Tops are not the ones you're looking for!

I have the first top depicting the thin blue line. 3 yrs now and it still looks new. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another or reccomend them to anyone.It takes a couple weeks to get the top as they are custom made to order. They do have a line, so that a means your top will get made when they get to you in line.

Great products, made in the USA! I've had my JKU stuff for several years and it is still beautiful. New JLU stuff bought last year was another quality purchase worthy of my fancy new Rubicon! Thank you, JTops!!

What can I say a company that actually cares about they re customers And The product they make.They went way above what they had to I choose a color I thought I wanted then I changed my mined and they were more then happy to change it for me .Support local companies that make product in the USA
