Customer service was excellent! Juan Hill was great, as were the managers (sales and financial). They went above and beyond...this dealership I would highly recommend. We are super excited about our new car! Thank you Honda of Abilene!!!

Comparable to other mechanics prices and they do what they can to be the best.Art is always on top of things as service advisor and I want to commend him on his ability to keep a positive attitude when I'm upset and keep this customer returning. He is the reason I keep coming back. I don't say things like this often at all but this guy deserves a freakin raise!!!

Thanks to ruben for not telling us about the extended warranty. About its pro rated when we bought our car before. I cancelled it and I lost 40 percent of what I paid for.

I went in for an oil change (promotion@29$). I was not rushed, was attended to, concierge girl was very pleasant and to the point, they did a thorough service. Coffee and computer at waiting area to pass time. Can't wait for the next oil change!

I just purchased a 2018 Honda HR-V-EX from Honda of Abilene. I got a good deal on this Honda Certified vehicle and the sales team made the transaction painless. Amber McMillan did a fantastic job from start to finish, communicating with me every step of the way. They even drove the car to my house! I enthusiastically recommend this dealership.

New people new problem for any and all OLD or NEWWe must make our own choices so I will not atempt to infuluence yours...I practic what I am trying to be so if there isn't anything nice and helpfully positive to share,DON'T!!!!!!

I went to get a oil change my dash board had aB2 by it and they didn't know what that meant ? So all I got was a oil change even tho I knew thatB2 meant something.

Sold us a junk car and wouldn t give me a warranty with it and it hasn t even been a year and I ve already had to put over $1200 into it..
