Don't really know much about this place but I do know a gentleman who works there a bit from earlier years and they know what they're doing so don't shy from them they are busy but they can fix it.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. We sent a go cart to them to be repaired. We asked for a quote before we spent the money to repair. We were told it needed a $25 part which would take about an hour labor so we were looking g at around 100. Three weeks later were told that it would be 200 because it needed a new carburetor and fuel line. This was basically a brand new go cart which only had about 30 hours of driving time on it. My husband was suspicious so we asked to have the parts back when they replaced them. They also said we needed a new battery. We asked them not to replace the battery because it was still under warranty and we would take it back and exchange. When we went to pay for the repairs the price was 280. As I looked at the receipt they had charged me twice for the carburetor, it just was written differently. We I asked about it, they quickly fixed the receipt. Still after a month we paid 250. When we finally get it home and get ready to take off the battery to replace we discover that they had taken our battery, which we purchased at Harley Davidson and replaced with an old beat up battery that was a Walmart brand which did not work The carburetor that they took off was still new, not gummed up as they put it. We have turned them into the Better Business Bureau

Absolutely horrible customer service except for Pam the secretary. I ordered a hub assembly from them in June of 2017. Today is November the 4th and i still have not received my hub. I have called countless times and all i get is i will talk to my parts department and call you back. Which they have only done twice out of the 10 times they said they would. Finally it got turned over to the owner of the business and its been well over a month and still haven't got my part. Pam is the only person that i talked to that seemed to care about my part and my concerns of why it was taking so long to get the part. I would strongly suggest not to do business with them as I am still waiting for a call back from them from 2 weeks ago and have not received one.

They are fast and efficient down home friendly do a good job if you have some outdoor equipment take it there if I need fixing

Watch out for these people. They sold us a golf cart that was broken it was as is so that's not the problem. They said they would only charge us for parts to fix it then charged us $75 labor. After paying them $525, the cart is still broken.

They have new carts, used carts, ATVs, and can fix them. They also sell assessories. A one-stop shop.
