I was very pleased and impressed with Cecil Delarosa and staff at Firestone on S. Pioneer Dr. They were very knowledgeable of their products and and gave me different options for tires I needed. They also took the time to explain to me the warranty. Their service is very commendable. I recommend them and will for sure be a repeat costumer..

I own and manage a local delivery company for Abilene and surrounding counties. We have used nearly 70 vehicles over the past year and a half and Firestone has serviced nearly every single one of them! They have excellent customer service and really have catered to the business needs of a large fleet. At the same time they have provided the same excellent service to all of my personal vehicles (4 total). I would highly recommend the folks over there and especially Cecil - top notch service and an even better guy!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Mr. Cecil Dela Rosa was super sweet and knowledgeable. I went in to get my tires switched and my brakes (as Kia advised that my rear brakes needed to be replaced asap) he was extremely honest and said that they didn t need to be replaced at that exact moment (though he could have just to get my money). I went in uniform without my husband and instead of trying to get over on me (as I ve had happen at other establishments in the past) and he provided me with a lot of knowledge about the maintenance of my vehicle. He also informed me that himself and everyone in the office at that moment where all prior service/retired themselves. He again was so sweet and I m confident to take my vehicle across country when we PCS to Florida in a few weeks.I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and will recommend him time and time again.Thank you so much Mr. Cecil

Let me tell you all something at Firestone they always take care of me and they always make me feel welcome they did a fast job when I needed to get an alignment on my truck and car and now they both drive smooth like silk lol and the one guy that takes care of me the one guy that I can count on is Cecil Dela Rosa so when you head over to Firestone make sure you see my dude Cecil Dela Rosa.

If Google allowed zero stars, I would give such.Each of the Abilene Firestone locations has serviced my vehicle several times since 11/2018, the Pioneer Dr. location being the first. Moreover, the Abilene Firestone locations are the ONLY automotive facilities that have serviced my vehicle's brakes (front & back) and suspension system (front & back) since I purchased it.I chose Firestone due to its name-brand recognition for quality service, advertised Nationwide Service Warranty, and The Triple Promise. Never have I ever been more disappointed with anything than each of the Abilene Firestone locations' ineptness in meeting those fundamentally basic standards of quality and reliable service at a great value or honoring a warranty.For the past five years, with the Abilene Firestone locations, I have spent almost $5,000, countless hours trying to have an issue initially caused by the Pioneer Dr. location repaired, and multiple instances of consecutive days without my vehicle. No more, Firestone. I will seek a reputable facility and tell all who will listen to avoid you like a plague, especially this location.

Had a blowout on I-20 was able to limp my car over to them 20 minutes before they closed. They stayed late and put a new pair of shoes on my car with a warranty. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area or just passing through!Service: TiresService: Tires

I purchased a full set of tires from this Firestone and had them installed on my Ford Explorer XLT. Got them for an excellent price! They also have military discounts of 20% off, making my total price for all four tires less than $500. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to put my tires on within only a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this Firestone for anyone who's looking for a reasonable priced set of tires.

My mom took my truck in to them for alingment and balance my tires. told her that they can not balance my tires and that I needed new tires because the tread is faded I know for a fact that the tread is still good on those tires. They didn't do anything on my truck also said to take my truck somewhere else to balance the tires then bring it back to them and they will do the alignment. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE

I went for an inspection, and it took a whole hour. Then on the paper they wrote the wrong date and the wrong time which caused me to have to wait a whole 24 hrs to get the registration....because I called back and they Mexican guy was very very very rude and insisted it wasn't their fault and that the state of Texas, and they have nothing to do with it. And he was lying. Went right to another inspection place and they immediately fixed it for me if I could 0 stars I would!!!! Never returning here again

Firestone Complete Auto Care stores across the nation offer manual and automatic transmission fluid exchanges?Not at this location apparently. Employees there stated they do not offer it or have the correct machine Who knows. No telling. I wouldn't recommend this place. Why offer it on the website across all locations but this store doesn't. Get it together.

These guys were awesome. Took my fiancee's car in thinking that it was a major issue with her engine. They could have completely taken advantage of us and told us it was a six or seven hundred dollar fix and we would've been grateful it was even that cheap. They checked it out and it ended up being a minor issue, costing us less than a hundred bucks - it was also done a whole day early. Definitely recommend.

I have prayed for several months before posting a review about the way I was treated and the way work was done on my vehicle. It's disappointing that people are hired and paid to do a service which is not done properly causing the car owner to return time and time again with the same issues. Even worse, for Billy and Robert to be in cahoots in tearing down the customer with insults. I, for one, was stranded outside of Weatherford with my Daughter and Granddaughter and then 3 more times after that because of a belt that kept tearing off. 2nd to the last time I was told it was because I needed a water pump which I paid for. Needless to say, my car kept overheating. When I called to report this, Robert, as always, said he couldn't get my car in. Billy told me I had been getting free stuff and the only thing under warranty was the water pump.Robert's comment was that's what I got for driving an old car. Firestone advertises taking your car to them so that you can keep your car running longer. That's not at all what has happened to me and my car.Billy's comments were he had flagged my account and I'd never get anything else free.Shame on you both. Robert and Billy.Robert, you have a chip on your shoulder and you disrespect elderly, Hispanic, women. I complained time and time again about you verbally to your supervisor sharing each time how you verbally disrespected me and how my warranties expired because you aways were unable to get to my car in to be worked on. When I did take my car for an appointment, you'd just let it sit out there. Often times, I don't think you did anything to fix my car.Billy, you were very vocal about me getting free stuff, apparently you didn't check facts about all the poor services I received or my being stranded multiple times due to the same issue that should have been resolved the first time I had issues with the belt, being charged for other things that should have remedied the situation, but didn't. There was the time my boots caught fire in my car because of a wire that was left hanging in my car after the air-conditioning was fixed. How about the time my air conditioner was worked on and the technician broke my car console. The list goes on and on.Apparently, you, Billy, went by what Robert, whom you call Roberto, told you instead of checking your sources or even giving me, the customer, the opportunity to explain and/or respond.I trusted Firestone for many years. Because of that trust, I invested much money on my car there. My car has been parked for months since the incident with Billy and Robert.Being elderly, physically challenged, and on fixed income, Firestone has put me in a real bad situation. For months I haven't wanted to deal with this situation; however, other customers need to know. The owner needs to know. It is afterall his or her good name that is at stake here.Reading other people's posts on Firestone, I wonder the reason Robert still has a job there.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Got brand new tires a month ago and they are oddly wearing- both front tires are almost bare. Staff replaced, identified the problem and are repairing. I was even given a ride to the laundry and vehicle brought to me- A++. With the people this nice in Abilene, I may have to just move here. Sincerely I thank y all for your help.

I walked in out of hope feeling out of luck had a flat tire do to a bad valve stem and no one was opened Saturday night. Some guy tried to rip me off and Cecil dela Rosa felt bad and fixed my tire for feee and changed my whole weekend . Id recommend this store to to anyone and everyone. Sloooooow as you know what. It takes a whole hour and a half for a oil change and tire rotation. Good place to get tires but service is always lack luster.

Firestone lost a customer for life. Took my car in for a front end alignment and brake flush. Originally told around $200. Go in this morning and they say $2279 to replace parts that were replaced within the last year. Asked if I could bring my own parts in and they said no because they couldn t cover the warranty. I didn t want a warranty on the parts from them. I just want them to put them on. I know I can get the parts for a fraction of their price.
