If you re needing an expert, go to Brandyn! That man knows what he s doing! He treated us like family from the moment we walked in! He sold us 2 brand new sets of tires and wheels for our car and their service is top notch. They are like Johnny on the spot. I ve never been treated better by any service center. I m a Discount for lifer! They need raises at this location!

The assistant gm was an absolute star. Stayed late, and helped me get some pricing on tires and rims and was straight to the point and listened to what I wanted, and even suggested what he liked very reasonable prices. New rims and tires in all of 30 minuets. Will recommend anyone to go and see them!!

We stopped in on our way back to Fort Worth after noticing a bubble on our tire wall. They got us in and out in record time!! Fast, friendly, and very helpful!! Thank you so much discount tire!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not have to wait long.. We arrived 10 minutes before they opened. I plan on getting Discount Tires for my vehicle mainly because of the lifetime guaranteed.

Had to unexpectedly replace two tires on a road trip. Told the attendant what I needed, he let me know it would be about a 1 1/2 hour wait (I had no choice, as I needed to get it done for my safety of the remaining miles of my trip.) They got me in and out in a little less time than quoted and got me back on tge road. Thanks guys, I really appreciate you taking care of my situation.

(For more info, read my review about the other location)The gentleman who helped me, Jonathan, was amazing!! He figured out the problem with my tire and told me, whereas the other store only told me they fixed the problem. Coming from out of town, he knew I needed help and was more than willing to go above and beyond with answers to fixing the problem, servicing my tire, and his urgency to fixing my problem!Exceptional service and communication. If I ever need to have my tires fixed, repaired, or replaced, this is where I am going and I will be requesting his service! This is THE tire store.

I went there the other day to get my air checked and Marcus helped me! he was amazing at assisting me because i didn t know anything about my car. He was very nice and respectful! i appreciate people like him so much he made my day!!

This place was amazing. My daughter had a flat tire so we dropped her car off and went to have lunch. Discount Tire was fast, efficient, friendly and helpful. They changed her flat for free and she was able to go on her way. Whenever we have a flat or need new tires, we come to Discount Tire. Regardless which town I go to for Discount Tire, they have always had consistent and professional service. It's my #1 Tire Store!

I am a long time customer of Discount Tire and have been pleased with the service in all locations up till now.About a week ago I had a damaged tire replaced under the replacement program at this location.The day I got the tire replaced, I noticed that the spare tire cover was in the back of my vehicle and not underneath where it belonged. Also, the position of the new tire was not installed as I requested. Both of these errors I chalked up to a rush job at the end of the day--I was thankful that they were able to fit me in at late notice and decided to overlook the issues.Today, I thought it would be a good idea to put the spare wheel cover back underneath my vehicle myself, and to manually swap the location of the new tire to be where I had requested.When I looked underneath where my spare wheel is stored, there is an empty space. The alloy wheel and spare tire that was on it are completely missing. It's hard to believe, but my spare tire and wheel were unintentionally stolen by this Discount Tire location in a situation of high negligence.I will contact this location as soon as they are open and provide an update to this review (it's Memorial Day today).

With the temperatures dropping suddenly, everyone is getting their tires filled. The line was long but Jonathan was doing the tires very efficiently and he was incredibly friendly. He helped direct traffic as well when the line blocked the exit. Great service!

They do their best to get you in and out make sure to make an appointment before going and always if you can register your preowned tires with their in-store warranty certificate that provides road hazard, as well as free, balance, and rotations

We have had nothing but great service from Discount Tire! I was traveling long distance when I noticed my rear passenger tire was not holding air and kept activating the sensor. Adam took great care of us, he was able to squeeze us in and make sure we were taken care of and safe to get back out on the road. A+ customer service, very caring and helpful! Driving long distance with a toddler and being 6 months pregnant and having tire issues can be daunting, but knowing there is a Discount Tire along the way with amazing service puts mine and my husbands mind at ease!!! Thank you so much for the excellent care we received!

Had a near blow out on a road trip and ended up at Discount Tire here in Abilene. This place was SO packed and backed up but those guys were literally running and working their butts off despite it being damn near 110 degrees! All of the staff members that I dealt with were so helpful and attentive and just beyond nice and respectful! Hope to never end up here again but I know it would at least be a pleasant experience if I did!

Got here at 2:48 to replace 1 tire that was under warranty. They said there were 6 people ahead of me. There have now been 10 cars in and out and the lady right in front of me who got all 4 tires replaced is gone. 2 people who checked in after me have now gotten in and gone. Plus they are giving me a cheaper tire than the one I paid for cause they don t have mine.This lady just got all 4 new tires in 11 minutes. She was here after me. Still my tire sits as I m writing this it s 4:44Guess they don t like warranty work. Even though I bought my tires here.

My tire pressure alarm displayed on my console so I took my car in to have my tires checked at the air station. Even though this is a free service they quickly checked my tires and made sure the pressure was correct in each tire. I have purchased 4 sets of tires from them and will continue to do so in the future. Great professional service and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this business.

Awesome experience. Had a nail in my tire and they patched it up for me in a timely manner and everyone was so professional. The owner or manager also asked me how everything was and thanked me for my service. Will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Have given this company my business for years and go in there to get both back tires checked for going flat. There is three customers and four attendance. Two are being helped while I stood at the counter watching two attendance help one guy for at least 10 minutes. I felt like I was invisible. What's up with today's young people and their disregard for their elders. Come on decision maker's train your staff better manners.

My daughter s ex-husband sent her and their kids on a 2-hour trip here with a tire on his truck that had been going flat for months and told her it was fixed. (Her car was in the shop). When she went to leave, the tire was flat. I wasn t going to let them back on the highway with a bad tire. We went to Discount Tire on South 1st and they said the tire was ruined. Husband called and told them to use the spare. It was too old. Husband told my daughter that they said it was okay to drive on for 2 hours! That was not true. She didnt have money to get a new tire, so I was going to just take them home. Discount Tire called and told her not to worry that they put on a new tire (and rim) and they were taking care of it. It is nice to know that there are such good people and they do care about the wellbeing of others. We use them a lot and we have always had great customer service. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I can never thank them enough!

This place has great service and a friendly staff. Had an estimated wait time of over a hour. Techs were able to knock it out in about 30mins. Definitely would go back and recommend Discount Tire to anyone.

Came in to get a new tire and have another one put one. Set an appointment for 1pm. The shop I came to wasn't the one my appointment was at but a nice fellow named Derek got me in and had the tired changed in no time even though it was lunch. Was able to upsale me a pair of wipers as well. Friendly service and went over invoice for any charges that concerned me. Overall a good experience. Will be back.

I like the fact that I get my tires fixed for free for buying all 4 tires here, if fixable if not a small fee for a new one
