I called Dempsey s on a Monday morning explaining the issue I was having. They gave me a rough estimate and said I could bring it in that day. On my way to drop the car off, my car died. I called Dempsey s as I was 3 blocks away and they gave a suggestion to a tow trucker (Abilene Wrecker Service 10/10 too) and they were there in less than 5 minutes. Dempsey s kept me updated and had the car taken care of next day. Reasonably priced as well. Can t recommend them enough!

We ve bought a vehicle from here as well as had car repairs on our other vehicles.. they always get us in a timely manner and have always given us a fair price.. super thankful for them!Coming back to update - because they have now fixed another problem on one of our vehicles, it runs better than EVER & he caught another problem I didn t even know I had, which saved me money in the long run. I don t think I ll ever take one of my vehicles to anybody else but Dempseys honestly..

I would give them a minus star if I could the worst customer experience every they Scheduled me to fix my AC for Wednesday I come up to drop my truck off and they told me that they already over scheduled me and that he was. Only human and that I was out of luck. He slamed his books down and told us to leave because we confronted him about it don't go thereServices: Auto A/C recharge, Auto exhaust system replacement

Great experience Dempsey s today. Took my car to a few shops before here and they all told me they couldn t fix it and to take it to the dealership which would have cost a ton. Dropped off my car this morning and Dempsey s team took care of the problem before lunch at a very reasonable price. Knowledgeable and good people. Will absolutely be back for any future service

I always do business with Dempsey! The customer service is great, reliable, and honest! Being a single mother money is always tight and I can always count on Dempsey for a fair and reasonable price! He always has my car done with great timing! Very friendly! Down to earth. Dempsey will always have my business! Very satisfied!

I brought my 2013 Chevy avalanche to have the oil sensor replaced they quoted me a great price and did an excellent job, very professional and very friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone who needed Auto repair.

These guys have a high reputation on Nationwide performance car forums. That's what led me there. I brought my beater in for repairs and received the same service I'm sure those guys received. 10/10, I'll be back again. Only place in town I trust with my cars and money.

I can t say enough good stuff about Dempsey s. I got a great car at a great price. They can repair your car also at fair prices. I never worry about being cheated because they are so honest and just good people.

So grateful! Had a couple of folks try to rip me off for an A/C repair but Dempsey's came through fast, honest, & affordable! My mechanic retired & I have found a new mechanic for sure! Looking forward to a complete tune up next!
