It was perfect in every way! Our salesman was extremely professional & didn't rush through the process of teaching me all the amenities of the car. The financing man was also very helpful in explaining all the differences of the warranty packages & which ones would benefit us the most. I'm so happy with our purchase & the biggest reason is because of how we were treated. You can buy this vehicle anywhere, but to be treated with such respect is really wonderful. Thank you, so much!

I was traveling from our out of town and was taken care of VERY well by my service advisor Edward! Even though I was informed it could potentially take a couple hours before my vehicle was even looked over. From start to finish, I was probably in and out of the dealership in les than an hour! I've worked as a service advisor for several years, and my advisor Edward was very competent, prompt, and provided top notch customer service! Also pertinent to note is, my appointment was scheduled for later on around 11am. Again, I was from our of town, so I decided to show up early. It was a short time after 10am and I went in on a hope and a prayer they could fit me in early...and I was greeted and ushered in right away! The tech and Edward were both very thorough and precise. Uber impressed with this dealership! Don't think twice before scheduling with this team! Just do it!

James, Jordan, Jay, Christian and the rest of the crew were amazing. They went way over and beyond the call of duty to help me get out of a bad situation. I will never buy another car elsewhere. They truly care about their customers and always do the right thing. I enjoy the car buying process at Clark and feel that they are honest and trustworthy. It feels like a family up there! I ve had my 2018 Nissan Murano since 1 Dec 2019. This was the first time I ve had the cabin air filter changed and I would have liked to see what the filter looked like after so many years and ask questions or get feedback on how often it should be changed. I did however get the recall corrected at the Nissan dealership, I think. Nothing was shown to me or explained. Had it not been for the Take 5 technician, I wouldn t have known it was time to get it replaced. I ended up at the Nissan dealership based on his feedback and the fact that he said they didn t have the screw (factory installed ), I wouldn t have went to to the Nissan dealership immediately upon leaving Take 5. I was charged $87.00 for my oil and filter change (upgraded filter) at Take 5. They offer top off services and the last time I went I wasn t charged at all. When asked what Take 5 charged me, the Nissan technician informed me, they charged $85.00 for an oil change, the upgraded filter was not mentioned. As an avid Nissan customer, I would ve felt more confident and comfortable leaving the dealership if I was able to see what issues were prevalent to my vehicle and be provided with information to best suit the needs. Honestly, I m not sure if anything was actually done to my car. I was offered water twice, but no one offered to show me what they were fixing and how to maintain my vehicle.

This was the best experience I have had with a car dealership in a long time. I would like to thank Mr Jay for giving me the opportunity to join their family, he was so kind asked what I wanted, how much would I like my payments to be at, what color I would like. Everything I asked for he got for me no pulling any strings, not trying to get my payments higher just plan out professional. Got the color I wanted got my payments where I wanted and all in a very reasonable time even had my car delivered to me the next day. And Katy was so sweet she keepIn touch with me the whole transaction even helped me through things to make sure when I got my vehicle I would have no problems, any time I texted her she was fast about texting me right back even after hours when I had a problem.And Rick with finance was amazing too, he had to tell me about the extended warranty and stuff but in no way did he sit there and tried to push anything on me. If I said no he said no problem wish all finance people would be like him amazing. And to Don and Kit my delivery drivers thank you so much for getting my car to me safe and calling me and giving me heads up about what time you would be getting my car to me. All I could say is Thank you for the most highly professional and caring staff at Clark Nissan in Abilene this was my first experience with you and it will surely not be my last. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out you will not be disappointed. I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and I Love it, drives smooth, comfortable seats, great gas mileage just awesome. Again Thank You so very much for making me a very happy customer look forward to dealing with you again.

James Acosta was a great salesman, I would recommend all of my friends to go to James, he is honest and stayed very late in the evening pass the time that they close. He showed us some features about the car and was not in a hurry to get out of there. He answered our questions and was very nice and polite.

There alignment machine is messed up and not working correctly felt the truck was out of alignment. Brought it there and was assured it was not out of alignment. Wore thru a set of tires all funky like because there machine is wrong and needs recalibration. Cost me 1400$ for a new set of tires. There than that the place is great

Casey and Scott did amazing! They made sure I had everything I needed and were able to answer all of my questions. They are both very patient. And Casey is willing to go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable! Definitely reminded me why I love Nissan so much!

Didn t purchase my Rouge from them, we found a better deal that suited our family budget and the style of rouge. Austin was our sales rep and he was great, very down to earth and he tried to find me the perfect suv over several days! The only reason I m taking a star off is because of the finance manager. I can t recall his name possibly Antonio. He came off as extremely condescending to my mother and I when we were discussing payments. I was candid with him about not being concerned with the payment as we would probably pay cash and we were looking at over all cost and possible discounts. His words, well you re not military and I really don t need to give you any additional discounts. I am a teacher as well and the look of idc came swiftly across his face and he said oh you re just a teacher. Well our car will sale whether you buy today or not so good luck. I wouldn t have taken the time to write this review if I didn t feel some type of way. There was more to the conversation but the overall vibe from this guy was he was just better and we were lucky to be in his office. Let s practice these words Mr. Finance (Be humble)

I was concerned about the over inflation of my front left tire. The technician explained that the weather does cause changes in the amount of air in the tires. He reduced the air from 40 to 35 to keep it aligned with the correct amount.

Working with James, made for the most pleasurable car purchasing experience. Even though it was not my first time buying a new car, he stood out and even went out of his way to help me return a rental. Worth mentioning was that even though the car was detailed he continued to pursue excellence by wiping down the body and interior windows. Making sure I received an immaculate vehicle. Clark Nissan has phenomenal customer service. They are fast and always follow up with me without pushing me to purchase products. I own an infinity and have always taken it to Nissan for oil changes. The prices are fair and I ve never had a compliant.

Dealing with their finance manager Christian has been a nightmare. He will ignore your texts/calls if you re wanting to cancel your extended warranty. He provided me with a copy of the cancellation form that he stated he would send out but according to the warranty administrator he never sent it out. Highly do not recommend that you finance anything through them as you will deal with a shady finance manager.

I have been having issues with my Nissan rouge sport for a while now. I always dread dealing with service cuz it's never a pleasant experience. But recently I have been dealing with Tara and she has been such a help and blessing through this process. I had negative experiences in the past with Nissan service, but the past few times I have went they have made it as painless as possible. Tara definitely needs a raise for all her hard work and help.

Rick was amazing. Very nice, personable and was there for any questions we had during and AFTER the sale. It's pretty awesome to know that a salesman will take the time after the sale to answer questions. I am very glad we stayed local to purchase the vehicle. Thank you Rick.

The person checking me in for my appointment was not personable, and did not actively listen to my answers to her questions. I was in waiting area a short while, approached by an employee with a $5k check for purchase of my car, high demand love to have your car on out lot . . I owe $7k on it, that s not good math for me. I can t guarantee I can give you this even next month . I can guarantee you, if in such high demand and it being taken car of, I can sell it for at least double on the private market Then approached by service dept. This is a list of all you need to have done, would you like it scheduled? No, just the recall, I didn t want or ask for the complete once over, specifically said I don t have time for anything other than recall. And the cost at the dealership is way more than my reputable mechanic for oil and filter change I have scheduled later today.I finally get to the office to load patient equipment, now running late, and realize the service inspectors took the air out of my tires. The air I had to purchase prior to the appointment so that I could have it ready for taking out this equipment. I had all 4 at 48, now all are 33! Now, I m not only late, I have to purchase more air again!The cherry on top for the day, my cabin air filter was broken during the inspection I did not ask for as well.

Brett Peck and McGavock Nissan was as good as I've been hearing about. A few Co-workers and Friends have bought from there and I have to say I enjoyed it. Easy and accommodating, more so with someone who has never done anything like that.Really enjoyed how they pull your new car/truck into the glass room and detail it for you so you can see it in show room quality. That was something neat I never expected. Great experience and I do recommend it.
