Casey did let me borrow a vehicle while my parts were on back order which was nice. His wife is amazing also. Watch a show with her one time at the shop. What I learned though is that Casey will cut corners on something you are proud of. He doesn t treat your vehicle as if it s his own. He didn t match my paint exactly, it has drips on the doors, it sparkles more then rest of the car, the value of my vehicle went down 10,000 because of the quality done. The worst part yet is that when Casey found out he maybe able to scoop on my airbag module and return it for a few hundred bucks he tried. He doesn t know I was aware of this because well the truth is always reveled. It s a part he couldn t put on but rather would have to have Mazda do it and pay them about $500. So thankfully he couldn t return it and he did pay for it to be done. The back of my interior roof sags after putting it back on. It looks alright but every dealership takes one look at it and says that s a bad job. So because he won t fix it I now have a vehicle I can t trade in for very much. My precious gift the lord blessed me with and he didn t care for it like he should have. I don t appreciate that. He is a godly man but he s still got a little snake in him going around cutting corners like that. I care about Casey and his wife as a person and there was kindness there but he was certainly trying to come up on the deal. To fix the airbag module, the headliner, replace two new doors and the trim on one side plus paint he received nearly 8,000 from insurance, paint that didn t match with errors in it. He had promised me he would fix everything on the vehicle the adjuster had circled. All the little boo boos but he didn t. He didn t detail my car before giving it back to me though. Maybe if you don t have a new car this is a place for a good deal but a brand new one pretty much go to the dealership you got it from.

I was a repeat customer. I have used this place lots of times over the years. Used to be really good. I'm not sure what happened but last two times I have used this body shop the work as been bad. Can't even get the paint to match on my fender without having to take back multiple times. The paint job tailgate on my pickup that they did is all bumpy. Told there is nothing he can do. Avoid this place!! It is not what it used to be. Such a shame.Service: Painting

Casey is a very professional, God-fearing man! I came in for an estimate and he was so very nice! He prayed for me and my pregnancy and made me feel very welcomed! I'm not sure about his services but he is definitely the type of person you want to deal with when someone hits your parked car!

Bought a 2004 low mileage car for my son in January 2020 for him to use for college. The car was in very good condition except for some paint issues. Casey painted this car and his work was awesome The price was also very good. The car still looks new.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Casey is an honest, hard-working Christian man who will do a great job repairing and painting your vehicle at a very fair price. He did a GREAT job re-doing some body damage on my Chevy Silverado, and actually did a bit extra just to make sure I was a happy customer. I don't believe that he works directly with insurance companies, but if you're like me and had the insurance money in hand, or need to pay out of your pocket, Casey is the guy to see!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Casey's Body Shop! My daughter, who attends ACU, had an accident and was not able to drive her car due to the bumper hanging on the ground. I searched the internet and came across excellent reviews for Casey's Body Shop and I feel so blessed that I did! I called Casey and he showed great concern for my daughter. He sent his employee Aaron to my daughter's duplex to temporarily fix the car's bumper so she could drive to his shop. Casey and Aaron treated her so kindly and prayed with her because she was upset about the accident. The car was repaired in less than 5 days and it looks perfect! The bonus is that the bill (especially labor charges) was much less than I expected although the damage was extensive. So thankful there are people like Casey and Aaron!Service: Body & Trim
