Such a great business. I have been using them for years. They are fast and friendly. Big thank you to Doug at the front desk who is just awesome every time I have been in there. People like him make a business great.I have no reason to go anywhere else because their customer service has always been great.

I am a Realtor in town- woke up to a large nail in my tire! They had me in a out in 20 mins! Thank you Bill Williams tire for your quick service! I purchased my new tires there as well a few months back! They quickly swapped out the old with the new!

This man is god sent .we were traveling to Dallas and he didn t have our tire in stock but he put on a used tire to get us to a different tire shop! If you are ever needing service I highly recommend him! May God continue to bless you in your business

Wonderful service at Bill Williams Tire.The tire lite was on in my vehicle. They checked all my tires, added air and all at no charge! Theyre very kind,courteous and efficient and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable. My wait was very short, even though they were busy. I'm very impressed. Thank you and God bless. Another visit to the beautiful people at Bill Williams Tire Center. Again wonderful service. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

These guys were fantastic! Russell was so helpful. He was able to diagnose my issue immediately. I am new to Abilene and all the gentleman were so sweet and very welcoming and knowledgeable! Thank you so much!

Absolutely will not go to anyone else anymore. Doug was a huge help when I called needing four new tires and an alignment. He found a great deal on tires for me which helped since I was clueless of where to begin. The tires were expected to be in on Friday. I got a call on Thursday saying they had arrived. Due to work, I could not be there until 4pm Friday. Once I got there, the guy who does alignments immediately began working on my car. The alignment was completed quickly. This particular evening there was only one guy working in the shop so there was a small wait. All together, everything was done in about an hour and 20 minutes. I dont have a single negative thing about this place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!

I have been a customer of Bill Williams for several years. They have never once let me down or done a half job on ANYTHING I have had done! Tires, balancing, and so many other services. This morning was just another fine example of excellent work! It's really hard to find this in Abilene these days. One of the best!THANK YOU!

I'm new to town and was treated like an old friend. Doug helped me put some new tires on my 82' F150 for a fair price and replaced a stripped lug that they discovered in the process. They have my business when it comes to tires.

Had two tractor tires repaired there on a Friday. They had to unload a trailer load of new tires and already had flats ahead of me but worked me in anyway. They were friendly and apologized for taking so long but they had great service and extremely friendly. I will use them from now on for tire repair and buy new tire because of there great service.

These guys are really great! Last month I was driving from California to Texas in a Penske rental van and realized that my tires were wasting away quickly! I called Penske and found I had to call multiple "approved vendors" before finding one that could help me. That was Bill Williams Tire Center. I arranged to be there at opening, they went to the warehouse to pickup the tires I needed, gave me a great little corner of the shop to hook up to wifi and work, then installed all 4 new tires while I waited. I could not have asked for a better shop to deal with. Thanks again guys!Claudia

I was in abilene for a friend's wedding. Got a flat the morning of the wedding and went here. Was in at 8:10 and out at 8:30. Gave me the best price on a tire I've ever got and was one of the nicest encounters at an establishment of any kind I've ever had. This is definitely the place to go if you're in need of anything tire or auto.

I deveeloped a great relationship with Doug 10 years ago when I moved from Dallas. They continue to treat me like I matter. Their garage staff is super friendly. Doug and Troy make a great team. They compliment each other in caring for their customers.

I just don't have adequate words to express my gratitude towards this business! From the time I called, to the time I picked up my truck, their customer service was more than 5 stars! What a great group of men that work at the Treadaway center. I know that they will honor their product and they will take care of me. Yes, I played the "girl" card and wasn't taken advantage of and they gave me several options to choose from. I trust them to sell me an excellent product backed by excellent service! Thank you so much for being a local business that takes care of their people!

Best Service, Best Price, Best Tires. Need I say more? Oh yeah, Friendliest bunch you'll ever meet & I hardly ever have to wait. I buy all of my tires here(3 vehicles & 2 trailers, so far) and plan to continue buying here as long as they're around.

Super great service!!! They were very helpful and nice. I had to bring my small kids and they were very accommodating of the situation. A different shop told me I would have to replace the tire, but at Bill Williams, they were able to repair it. I was very impressed by their honesty and good work. I highly recommend this place!

Visiting good friends and hunting in Abilene area. Woke up with flat and local friend told me to go to Bill Williams tire center. Unbelievably quick and affordable service. Will definitely go back if needed when I visit and all local friends will be using them. Thanks to all the guys working thereJanuary 14th made my day!

I have been here twice now for new truck tires. The tires are great, I drive A LOT and needed tires on two different big rigs. No problems here.The office and customer waiting area worked out well for me because it had a nice restroom and a TV turned up enough to actually hear the sound.There was plenty of time to go next door and grab a subway sandwich and relax for a change.

They fixed a problem on our tire stem for nothing. They also explained why at different times you need different amounts of air in your tires. Very helpful staff.

Had them rebalance all 4 of my 37" tires, drove down the road under 45 mph and it was fine. I hit the highway and went up to 70- 75 mph and I was getting a full body massage. A week later I took the same tires in to discount tires and had them rebalanced again. Way better job done, riding nice and smooth again.

I cannot thank these people enough! On more than one occasion in the last three months these folks have come to the rescue since my tires seem to attract nails. They have repeatedly taken care of me quickly and kindly. Thank you!

I bought a set of tires at Bill Williams Tire Center a couple of years ago and anytime I have to stop in, they always take care of it with no charge. While I'm sure my vehicle is in their computer system, it makes me feel good to know that this business takes care of people with any tire issues.

Great and honest owner. If you purchase new tires from here, they will guarantee you free rotations and balancing. Love my new wheels!
