We literally broke down on our way home made it to this auto zone in Abilene and let me tell you these guys were the absolute BEST! We are so grateful and thankful for all the help. They went ABOVE and BEYOND in helping us with all our needs. Thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts you are greatly appreciated

Manuel definitely helped me and my family out in a time of need. I didn t have the proper tools to complete a job for my truck and he stepped up and helped me right at closing time his customer service is as great as it gets. Promote now!

Anyone needs fuel injectors I would advise u to order on ebay example if car 6 cylinder u can buy all 6 for under 50 bucks GO TO AUTOZONE U WILL SPEND 160.00 FOR JUST 1 DONT CONTINUE TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO ROB U THATS MONEY U CAN PUT UP FOR U AND UR FAMILY I guess at that price is how u can afford to have multiple employees walking the floor not nothing

This is 2nd time I've gone in there and get looked at like I'm in the wrong place. Guys In there are supposed to be helpful but it hadn't been a great experience. Just cause I'm a lady doesn't mean anything. Hope they can get someone that can better help a woman when she comes in. I'm just glad they had the parts I needed

Ok stock. Employee who assisted me was courteous and helpful. Lost a star for me because they allow random people to walk around and hit up customers for business. I felt uncomfortable and I feel almost certain this person has done this before. Please escort these people out so customers can look around without being accosted by randos.

Great store. A young man (Hispanic n long name lol) helped me out immensely today. Came out chekd my codes, went in to print the code n b4 I cud make it inside (disabled move slow) he came bak out to get vehicle info and had the information wen I got inside and came back out n cleared the code n started my truck to make sure it was cleared. So far hasn't come back on (proving a shop in Oklahoma I paid over $3K to fix things didn't do wat they said they did. I will order my parts n pik up from this store. It's 43 miles to get here (was in Abilene already for appts.) n I sure wud make the drive for great customer service. To the young man (Highlander test) keep up the great attitude n customer service skills. I see manager position or higher in ur future.

I went in and the team at this location on ambler and pine were so helpful ! I was having an issue with my headlight and went it and they assisted me without any hesitation and changed my headlight for me !! Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. I will be returning !

After an incomplete visit at a different auto store and lots of panic and anxiety, I went with my mom to this Autozone. The manager on duty was amazing. After we explained the uniqueness of her ssituation, he said what sometimes happens. Then he checked my mother's car and sure enough, he was right. Not only that, he was able to get us the right part AND corrected the issue so that it never gets this confusing again! Best service ever! Thank you

Super helpful people at this store! They were as busy as could be. Yet they stopped up to plate and she'd me if I needed help? The price of the parts I needed was lower than any others. The parts were off very good quality. The parts I bought , alternator, batterie cables and other parts are still working well! Don't be afraid of shopping here!

I had to go to AutoZone two weekends ago to buy a new battery. The gentleman that handled my issue was very kind and extremely helpful. I do not know how to put a battery on a car, he brought his tools and his cart and he did it for me, free of charge. My car has been running perfect since our visit! Thank you, Auto Zone, for taking care of me!

I needed a mower battery and stop there and pick me one up. It is close by and it did not take but a few minutes and I was in and out. And I was able to mow my 2 acres before it got dark.. Thanks guys..

The people here are always so friendly and helpful. We went there this morning to have a diagnostic run to see why the check engine light was on and if we could buy something to remedy the situation and the woman that helped us was able to inform us as to what we needed. It was very helpful and appreciated.

AutoZone will never go back in there would not honor warranty on battery gave me some kind of b******* they said the battery was older than 90 days cuz that's all they back there batteries for 90 days then there's something definitely wrong with that company 1-year battery is pretty common for a warranty and most places so to my family and friends do not go into AutoZone

I'd give Gary a big fat zero. Went in looking for a toggle switch. I know nothing about toggle switches. He said isle 2. Then proceeded to help the other two people go and find what they needed. I don't know if he's having a bad day but don't take it out on me. I'm just trying to get my car back running. Thanks for not helping Gary! Went one block up the road to advance Auto and they were more than helpful with helping me find what I needed. Guess who just lost a customer?

The service and products are great here but the parking lot with only one entrance/exit is bad design. I can barely pull in sometimes with my truck so if there are very many customers parked at the store, I literally cannot pull in without hitting someone. I've seen many many people purposely pass up this location just because they couldn't fit in the entrance.

Good warranty on most parts and like any other store have to watch who know there way around a car and who are just guna try to sell you anything and get you out the door but there is the good people at this store so far good

Bought a battery there cost almost 100$'s with a one year warranty. 2-3 months later it went bad. Took it back for exchange. They said it had expired the warranty. I will do my very best to avoid ever going back there again. Not only that but there always seems to be alot of customers and 1 cashier either taking his or her sweet time or dealing very, very slow with a customer with no regards to waiting customers. All the while 1-3 other employees doing nothing an talking in the back

The staff was helpful. They found two items for me, an engine filter and a cabin filter. Since mechanics normally have to order my parts, I decided to be proactive, and buy them before I go to the mechanic. It worked out great.
