Exceptionally fair and friendly! Took care to listen to what I perceived to be my vehicle's issues. They were able to duplicate and recommend solutions with different price points. And, they were thorough and accurate on the repair and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend and plan on using them from now on. Been using them for more than 10 years. Will continue to use them because: 1) they are honest; they won't try to get you to fix something that doesn't need fixed. In fact, they will tell you if they think work you request or are considering is unnecessary. 2) they do good work, and depending on the work, might offer a warranty. 3) they offer an estimate before completing work and the estimate is usually very accurate.

This was a very solid experience from the first phone call to the finished work. Brad was great to deal with and my truck runs excellent! I have definitely found a reputable and trustworthy shop for future work.

Brad will help you with any issue you have. He won t just tell you what s wrong but he ll explain what caused it and how to best fix it. He s honest and dependable on pricing and labor rates, and in general as a person. I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else in Abilene.

I went to auto check plus and they gave me the BIG ONE!!! I would not take another car there if that shop was the only shop in town open!!!! I would haul my car to car to a different town before I went back there. They were to check my car before doing any services to it............put it on a diagnostic machine, then call me to report what the problem was. 525.95 they tell me I owe and that I can not drive my car!!!! They are either not trained to check to machine or they just wanted to give me the BIG ONE because I was not from Abilene. Either way DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!! I mean would you pay for a tune up 0f 525.95 then them tell you something else is wrong and they thought the tune up would fix it? I mean really!!!!!! Oh yea I asked them how much to fix the real problem since they did not do that in the first place........................5-6000.00!!!!! Well I could just go buy a good used car for that price! I hope someone reads this before they even think about taking their car there for any reason!!!!

I cannot tell you how helpful Brad is to my family when I bring my elderly moms car in. I feel complete trust with this outfit it might be on the other side of town for me but I am willing more than willing to make the extra drive. I highly recommend Autocheck Plus to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

Went in today to see what was wrong with my A/C and he quickly brought it to the back to check it out and told us the problem. They were busy with cars in every port and still got us in and out. Fast, Friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Very good service at a great price . I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get there car fixed with no hassle and a bill easy on the pocket book .dropped my truck off and they had it ready the next day . Excellent service

I took my truck in for an overheating issue - The ice storm messed a lot of vehicles up. The only real complaint I could see someone having is them doing services they know are necessary but before checking if it's alright. Personally, I did not mind because everything they explained made sense in the spectrum of what I knew to be wrong but someone more money-constrained may have an issue with this.Example: My temp. sensory was ruined and they replaced it, then told me later. Cost $20 or so, and needed to be done because I knew the dash did not read right, but someone else might throw a fit. Overall though, a good experience and appropriate value for services rendered.

This is the most professional auto service provider in Abilene. If you need reliable service, don't hesitate to drop your vehicle off to Brad and Cody.

Meh, they look professional and comprehensible at first but their work is really so-so and they charge a lot for their services and with their diagnostics when in reality those should be free in hopes they get the job. I really wanted to like them but I ended up getting the indifferent treatment. I stopped going there a while back.

They've always been the shop I choose for fixing problems with my families vehicles. They are up front with any issues and have always checked with me before starting any work or which way i wanted them to go if there were choices for the parts.
