Eric and the finance team were just simply amazing. They worked really hard on crunching numbers that were affordable for me! I didn't think it was going to be even possible to trade out of my vehicle, but they made it happen! Eric made the whole sale process so easy, we didn't even have to step into the dealership. Eric even drove an hour away to deliver my new vehicle at our home and pickup my trade!!! This is my 1st Brand New vehicle right off the showroom floor all thanks to All Star Honda!

I was extremely pleased with how well our purchase went! It was very quick & so easy, all staff was very friendly & super helpful! Our sales woman, Ms. Victoria was so kind and really went above and beyond to help us out! We desperately needed a new reliable vehicle & she got the job done! She also saw that I had my one year old with me alone while picking up the vehicle & helped me moved everything over from my old vehicle. I will recommend everyone to this dealership! Thank you all for everything :)

My experience was phenomenal at all star Honda!!!! First time buying from a large dealer and I am blown away by the professionalism Justin had!!!!!! He is an awesome guy and a great salesman. I wouldn t have chosen another guy for the sale. He kept it simple and quick while I was there. I am ecstatic to be the new owner of my 2019 ford fusion S.Will never go to another dealership, if you re looking for your new ride go see Justin at all star Honda, I am sure he will hook you up as he did myself!!!!!!Thanks again Justin pleasure doing business with you!!!!!!

Today was one of the best experiences I ve ever had buying a new car. My salesman William Baker was so sweet he went from a 700.00 payment to a 300.00 cut a month I got a new Rogue and it is so beautiful. He worked for 5 hours getting me where I was comfortable with all details of the deal . So a big thank you to William Baker from All Stat Honda of Abilene

Recently purchased a new Honda Civic for my son at All Star Honda. Highly recommend you go see Maui (sales) and Rob (sales manager) if you are in the market for a new or used car. Maui was friendly and very knowledgeable about the various models we were test driving. He listened to what we needed, valued my time and made the process as painless as possible. Rob made sure to treat us like family and got us the best deal possible. Great teamwork! Highly recommend.

This is probably the most relaxed vehicle purchase and process I've ever experienced! They asked me questions about my previous vehicle, lifestyle, work, travel, etc and found the vehicle I didn't know I was looking for within 3 test drives. Financing was exactly where I asked for it to be as well. We closed late Saturday night and I live a few hours away so they DELIVERED it to my home on Monday morning. Never been so happy on a Monday lol! Tristan and Maui helped me and they were down to earth and eager to please! I'll happily purchase from this dealership again in the future!

This rating is to share my customer service experience that I had with Zach from All Star Honda in Abilene. Zach assisted me from start to finish with all of my purchase questions ! Zach was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciated him taking his time to assist me and I had that most pleasurable experience !! Plus he had a great sense of humor, which made the whole process super fun!! If you need a vehicle ,I highly recommend this dealership - Ask for Zach !

A positive and reassuring experience. As a single woman buying a car can potentially be an anxiety provoking experience. Asked to drop my car off for my 8am check up the following day. Staff said yes and was very respectful through this whole process. I had been to another mechanic earlier that day to have the vehicle inspected to figure out a certain part that needed replacing. Once I had learned the part that was needed I went to the dealership to get a quote. Once I arrived and scheduled an appointment to see about the part being replaced I asked for a quote on the part. The part was quoted around $400 with service for 1-2 hours at $145 per hour. That was under what was quoted to me from another mechanic so we agreed to follow through with our appointment. The person who quoted me stated that they would run another inspection just to be sure of the issue to which we agreed. I called the following day to see what the price would be and was told someone would call back to follow up. No call back. I called towards the end of the business day to be told that the price would be over $1,300. I stated that that was significantly more than I was quoted and the supervisor stated that it was because the labor hours jumped up another 3-31/2 hours. Again everyone was respectful and kind however that did not solve the issue of being quoted a significantly smaller amount on top of having no follow up until I pressed for a price. The super said he could tack off some of the price but was told it would still be over 1,050. I don t expect quotes to be exact numbers but I do expect a $700 quote to be around that price range, not an additional $600 more because they got the price and hours wrong. Especially since there was no follow up either and I expect there would not have been a follow up until I went and picked up my car. This isn t a regular mechanic shop or a local car lot, it s a full fledge dealership and with a lot more capabilities, efficiency, and staff than any other place. I d expect a little more communication before you d expect someone to shell out almost twice the amount because you don t think or care to follow up with customers until the job is done and price can t be changed. I don t even do reviews but this just sucked.

I had a very smooth and excellent experience working with Brett Lineweaver at All Star Honda. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a vehicle to start here before checking other dealers. The staff are very knowledgeable and work hard to ensure a fair deal for both parties. I will be buying my next car from All Star Honda in the future.

Had my reliable 2010 Honda appraised while it was in for servicing and was curious enough to check out a 2021 RAV4 being offered there. Recently hired sales rep, Damien, allowed me a test drive and knew everything about the many high tech features of this well equipped hybrid and demonstrated many of them. If I was in the market for a nearly new SUV, he would have a customer ready to strike a bargain, as he was very likeable and easy to talk to.

During my latest visit to Honda of Abilene, a dealership where I have previously purchased cars without issue, I encountered a situation that has led me to decide against doing further business with them. Initially, I was just casually browsing their vehicle selection and informed a salesperson of this. He respectfully returned inside, allowing me to look around freely.The visit took a negative turn when I was ready to leave. The salesperson I had spoken to earlier, along with another employee named Rob/Ray, approached me in the parking lot. To avoid an unnecessary conversation, I tried to drive around them, but Rob/Ray intentionally blocked my way by standing in front of my truck.Ray approached my window and introduced himself. Despite my mentioning the previous interaction, he assertively stated, It s my lot, and I want to know what you re looking at. This direct and demanding approach, quite different from the respectful customer service I value, was the deciding factor in my decision to not engage in future business with Honda of Abilene. This experience was a stark contrast to the professional and courteous treatment I expect and have previously received at car dealerships.

Review is based on a test drive experience only. Although the salesman was courteous and polite he did not seem to want to let me drive the car off the lot. Did not want to let me take it on the highway which is right next to the dealership. He was very specific as to what route I was to take. I ended up buying a different make from a nearby dealership where I was allowed to drive the car off the lot and on to the highway.
