I have a military discount that I have never had any issues any where with that she would not allow me to use because she said it needed to be re verified hey guess what once a vet always a vet they don t take it away the last time I go there

I went in O Reilly a couple weeks ago and I was in a little bit of a panic because my windshield wiper had flown off in the pouring rain and I had no idea how to change them, but I went inside and Rick was so nice and helpful. He helped me find the right ones and put them on for me. Made my day for someone to be so nice and helpful, he deserves a raise for sure!

These guys were great. They came out and tested my battery...found it was dead...I purchased a new one and they replaced it right there. Whole process took maybe 5 minutes. They had the best battery at the cheapest price and the service was outstanding! Can't ask for better than that!

Betty was fantastic and so sweet to us. I had gone to Autozone because my battery was dead.. they tried to make me buy an alternator because they tested wrong. I went to O reilly s and Betty was amazing, immediately told me it was probably just my battery, tested it, changed it for me, then told me my alternator was perfectly fine. They were quick, kind, and super knowledgeable. Will always come back here for car related things.

The individuals working here are prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. They listened to my questions and explained any issues I might encounter later on with my car. They were incredibly polite. The store had everything I needed in stock at the time.

Ive used this location off and on for quite a few years now. Most all the employees are both courteous and knowledgeable. If you have a question someone there has an answer. Vehicles, especially ones worked on by multiple people, vary so it may not always be THE answer for your problem. Lol. However lending a hand to help you figure it out is never frowned upon here. As far as layout, its like most vehicle parts places you've probably been inside already.

Good place to get parts. Working on a silverado that was dragging the brakes bought a master cylinder and of course I bought the wrong one Chevrolet used different ones on the same year. No problem they had the correct one and swapped it out no problem. Can t beat that

Great staff members. They are very friendly, I had started a project of replacing wheel bearings not realizing that they were different from what I thought they were and didn't have the right tools they got the tool in and even helped with the process! I highly recommend this location!

Sold me the wrong size oil filter. Didn t know until I had already drained the oil. Now I get to buy the correct size and add about 30 minutes to a 15 minute chore. They offered to swap out the filter but does me no good when stranded 2 counties away. Do not ask for their advice; look it up yourself.

These folks are always helpful. I have used their scanner services to diagnose issues with my truck several times. This has saved me hundreds of dollars in dealer services charges. They are always helpful and friendly.

They always help you out but my complaint however is corporate needs to get with their stores and find a system that will stop wrong parts from being given constantly. My mechanic loves the parts but there is not a day that goes by that he's not getting wrong parts and having to wait another day to start a job. It keeps him behind. I told him to order straight from the warehouse. But something is wrong with how those cashiers don't know things like it could be a 2001 when it was made. We did that and I got the right part. So why would a radiator cap be listed for a 2002 Ford explorer and be the wrong part and they're having to learn tricks like see if a 2001 is right. They are not put in the computer correctly. Your system needs a makeover something feirce. I need a part time job. Maybe I can help

I go here when i need good working knowledge with experience behind it. They seem to hire people in the know more so than three other big parts store in town

Check engine light came back on so i stopped here. They checked my life and it was my transmission fluid was low. They let me know i had to take it to a shop to get it checked and filled. They were really helpful.
