THEY R GREAT!!They have always been helpful & accommodating.I am a widow that doesn't make a lot of $ & can't afford to miss work. I have a 24 yr old vehicle so it will have issues occasionally.When I have broken down they have always done their best to get me fixed up & back on the rd as quick as possible. Offer me a ride to & from the shop when dropping off/picking up my vehicle. Even worked w me on payment one time when I didn't have it all @ time of repair.Great people & will do what they can to help!

Just picked my car up. My son had took it there because the heater wasn't working. They said they had worked on it all afternoon, and could not figure out what was wrong with it. Charged me 250.00 dollars and it's still not working. Said to me bring it back and we will figure it out. Yeah sure , wonder what they would end up charging me if they ever fixed it. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER

My daughter's Honda CRV broke down on Hwy 53 , just across the Cannon Coffee County line. I called Rodney Young and he had her rescued in a very short amount of time. I am so deeply appreciative for him putting himself in my worried shoes. He is a perfect example of the old school working man that is empathetic to the folks he takes care of. When God made Rodney Young , He left out the quit... man, what a relief!!!

I took my car in because it was idling rough. They told me to drop it off on a Sunday afternoon and they would look at it that week. So I DROVE the car in to the lot and put the key into the drop box. They didn t look at the car for a week then replaced a sensor that I had already replaced and informed them that I had. Then they say my computer was bad (it wasn t) and they ordered that. Now 3 weeks into the shenanigans. I have never received one call about my car, I was always the one to have to call them and ask what was going on. Well the computer did not fix it and they said my motor is bad now and needs replaced. Hard to believe when I drove the car the day I dropped it off, I go get my car and get a second opinion. I pay for my bill and got to get in my car now the car will not run at all and they have no explanation. The passenger seat is full of parts that they didn t put back on and all I could get was a sorry this was a joke of an experience to say the least. And I am now having the car looked at by a tech who has already fixed more in 2 hours than they did is 4 weeks!Service: Engine repair

We always depend on Rodney for our repairs and we depend on O Donnie at the front to listen to our complaints to fix. He s pretty good about not over charging us . I m a USMC veteran

I had my Toyota Rav 4 for a change oil. The staffs were nice and friendly, the only thing was lacking of sticker to inform when is the next change oil. Other places I went too, always had a sticker placed on the windshield informing the next miles or date whichever comes first for next oil change.

We were leaving town for vacation and just wanted to ensure the car was reliable. MTI was able to fix the car and put 4 new tires on very quickly. Excellent customer service and incredibly reasonable prices. We will definitely be using them from here on out.

Rodney is a great guy. Honest and reasonably priced as far as labor goes. He has done work on both my vehicle and my girlfriends car and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. If you need anything done on your car don't hesitate to call him.

My husband took his truck there for sparks plugs and issue with exhaust. They said it was fix .he took it back today was going to charge for another hose that needed to be change.the owner was very rude.they should have seen this when the change other hose.still yet he found more problems that no one address with him.Service: Steering & suspension replacementService: Steering & suspension replacement

They did major 4x4 repairMost shopes would not have touched and backed work and are people who's word still means something. Will not beat their prices.

Took my truck there to get dip stick fixed feft it there all week could not fix it jb welded it and charged me 100 dollars
