I bought a set a tire they were supposed to be in a 245 45 20 they ordered the wrong tire put it on the car and tell me everything will be ok. Next thing I know it was rubbing the upper control arm nut and they told me they re gonna make everything right just give them a couple weeks and it s been 6-7 months and they ve not contacted me yet. They are not to customer caring or caring about their reputation. All they wanted is the money. Did confront them a refund and they said no. I would encourage people to look somewhere else.

Well got two tires and one had a hole in it so I had to plug it my self. And there prices could have been better. And I figured I would give them another chance and get a 40 dollar tire for a Ford ranger and it was good it keep going down so I would not go here.

Great experience! Staff was very friendly. I showed up with an issue, no appointment or anything and he took me right in found the problem fixed it and didn't charge me hardly anything. I even ask him to repeat himself bc I thought I heard him wrong bc it was so cheap. Definitely fair priced!

Reasonable prices. Good service Only problem was we called and asked if they had a certain size tire, they said yes and when we got there in less than 30 minutes, they didn't have that size..

These guys will do whatever they can to help you out. They also have great used tires and their prices are cheap. Highly recommend going here for your tire services.

Bought a car from the people there. They lied about the odometer. Close to 200,000 more miles on the car than what the odometer showed. They bragged about the lows miles it had. Even put the wrong miles on the window sign used to sell the car. I'm glad I got a picture of the sign. Very deceptive people to deal with. Turned them over to T.H.P. stay away from this place.

Came in on a spare and the great crew there had me back on the road in no time. Great prices on used tires, especially since they're actually GOOD used tires! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a tire. Wonderful customer service! I'll definitely be back.

Got us right in we had a slow leak front tire. We were fully repaired within 15 minutes. Owners make you feel welcome and entertainment was free, watching family work together laughing and enjoying working and picking on each other. Second time we have had repairs done here. Plan on on next tires being purchased from them. Highly recommend

If I could give this place a negative rating I would! Had used this place when they first opened and had a completely different experience. 1st I called to schedule an appointment, the guys said yeah bring it in 7:30 in morning. I get there and nobody in sight. The sign in door says they open at 9 but they did show up at 8. I asked how late they were open until so I could come pick my vehicle up, the guy said 5. I showed at 4:45 and they we closed. I still took my vehicle and returned the next morning to pay bill, the guy said yeah we usually leave 4:30. I get home and check tire psi one tire was at 80psi, another at 50 and the other 4 in between but none matched (dually). Get on highway and have severe vibration. Take it to another shop and they said every tire was out of balance by a significant amount. Cost me another $150 to get it done right. They could not have tried to screw this job up anymore. Stay away!

Honest advice and friendly staff. Steered me away from overspending on tires, and I have had zero problems out of the cheaper option. If you can t afford a new set they will do their best to get you a used tire to keep you on the road a little longer. Definitely recommend!

Didn't have what size I needed a car was there getting 4 new tires and the owner would not sell one that cat came off that car and it was my size I needed. Tryed to sell me a bald one for 25 dollers. And I told him I would give 25$ for one of the tires that came off the car when there.He said no.Will NOT GO BACK GO TO THE ONE AT TENN. KY state line 1/4 mile passed line good people.....

Like other person said, this place will tell u they have the size u ask about when u called but when get there (was 5mins away) they don't have it and try act like u told them a different size when call this has happen twice to me now will not go back
