The shop had horrible customer service unless you were a white man. When I got to the shop , the one associate was engaged in conversation with an elderly gentleman who wanted to buy tires. The associate told him repeatedly that he couldn't order tires for him. Then, proceeded to spend 20 minutes helping him look up tires online and showing him the process. For that gentleman, I'm sure he was receiving 5* treatment. However, I was blatantly ignored for 20 minutes before they asked me what service I wanted. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. After 1.5 hours of waiting on them to complete service, I went to check on my car and the elderly gentleman was back still talking about the tires. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before they finally told the guy to move while they check out the customers. I had been waiting the longest. However, the associate did not ask me how he could help me. He assumed I was coming to pick up my car and grabbed the first set of keys near him and called the owner's name. The keys were for an elderly white woman car. The lady had only been waiting 5 minutes while I waited for 20 minutes. Even though, the worker could have corrected himself by saying excuse me ma'am, she was here first. He proceeded to check her out. I asked him to check with the workers to see if my car was done, because at this point I . was ready to leave and I didn't even want service anymore. He didn't walk to the back or ask anyone if it was done or get an estimation of time. He just looked at the window and said looks like it should be 15 minutes which was a straight up lie. It took them an additional 45 minutes to get my car. The oil change and rotation was expected but the customer service made me not want to go again. It took at least 2.5 hr for service to be complete.

I am from out of town, But they were able to find my account from my phone number.I just drove 1000 miles and needed a tire rotation, oil change, and balance. At first I noticed that this Auto Center is much different from mine at home, and in a Good Way!The service advisor at desk logged me in the system to get what I needed done , while I shopped for Christmas Dinner and more Presents! About 1.5 hours I get a notification my vehicle is ready! Checked out at service desk, they charged me for tire rotation, and balance, I quickly told the check out guy, that I am a tire buyer from Walmart and I bought the life time balance on my tires! He changed with no problem! All I needed to pay was the Oil change! Done Got in my car, and noticed that the oil timer wasn t set back! SO I went back to the service department and they gave this information to my service technician, who was a young man just in High School & he didn t know how to reset the Oil timer on my vehicle. It s still Not Reset & Notify s me that I need A oil change!On my way back home, I noticed my AC was only coming out Cool air on the Drivers Side, and Hot heat on the passenger side! Never happened before, very strange!When I finally got home I decided to look under the hood and Noticed that there was Oil spilled all over my engine parts under hood! Never happened on any other Simple Oil change Before! Sloppy and Disrespectful in My Opinion!Then I decided to check my oil level and to my SURPRISE, I was low, most likely 1 Quart Low, which I know my vehicle takes that extra quart of oil! They charge me for it as well!! and probably tried to pour into my car, BUT Missed the oil reserve hole, & that s why it was Spilled all over my Engine.SO Basically, I take my car in for A No Brainer Oil Change and Come out needing more Repairs!I thought Walmart Strictly Trained their Auto Service Technicians?? Obviously Not At this Location!If you have work Done here, remember to check what you pay For!! Just saying!!

I had to bring in a tire to be replaced and the associate that checked me in was not as personable as I would have wanted nor did he want to give me a time frame on how long it was going to take but when I called to check on it the lady associate that answered more than made up for the ornery employee. She was funny and helpful and sounded like she enjoyed her job. She s why I gave 3 stars.

I went in for 1 tire and an oil change and was there for 2 hours and 45 mins. They were really nice but it was a really long time with a 5 year old

This Wal -Mart auto center is horrible had to go find the associate working it he was outside of his work zone talking to his friends like customers didn t need any help then had me carry my own tire in the shop if I wanted to work I wouldn t be paying them the wait is long and the guys working in the shop aren t that busy their just standing around and they talking about two hour wait

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and 2 1/2 hours later I ask what is taking so long. They said it takes longer to balance bigger tires. I told them that they were only supposed to be rotating them. They had already done 2 tires. So they stopped. After I left my truck had a vibration due to the balancing that they obviously screwed up. The manager said I could bring it back and they could try again but I would rather go have it done somewhere else and get it done right. There was a serious lack of communication between everyone there and nobody acted like they knew what they were doing. Will never make the mistake of going here again!

I have had great experiences with the people at Walmart Auto Care Centers both in Winchester. I get tires. They are always the Douglas brand and they have been great. I have had to claim the road hazard protection and they have taken great care of me. I do not like tire companies. I do not enjoy buying or paying for tires. I just would rather do anything else. However, these guys both in Winchester and Tullahoma have become the only place I want to buy tires from. They will work with you and they are very personable.

Left vehicle on Saturday and picked up Sunday afternoon to have tires rotated and a tire sensor fixed. We were very clear with what we wanted done. Returned to pick up and tires were rotated but sensor wasn t fixed. So still had to wait for vehicle. The purpose of drop off for 2 days was so we didn t have to wait. And the service ordered correctly stated what we wanted done. Customer service in this particular tire center is terrible!

There are some good people in this department . Was hardly any wait to get a new battery put in. Best place and lowest prices around.

DO NOT GO HEREthey dont know how to balance tires. they only do hub centric balancing. i guess they are too lazy to do lug centric balancing. that means do not take any aftermarket rims there. most to the need to be lug centric balanced. or really any tires for that matter.Update 2. Had my tires balanced and didn't clip weights on. And one didn't have weight on it. Do not go here. NOT THE FIRST TIME BUT IS LAST TIME

Lady up front with the eye brow piercing is very unprofessional, and unorganized. Huff's and puffs anytime she has to answer questions or has too look in the back for certain supplies. Seems like she hasn't been trained very well with customer service.
