Phil the Service Manager and Becky the Service Rep were professional, friendly and attentive to the service needs that I requested on my vehicle. I really appreciated the mechanical staff integrity who performed a thorough inspection, provided recommendations for current and future service and repairs of my vehicle being prepared for a long trip back to home. I have purchased two vehicles from them and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. Zac the new sales guy did an outstanding job. Service Manager was super nice as well. I will continue buying my vehicles from them even though I live in Huntsville. I highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I are stunned at how amazing this buying experience was. We were in and out with a new car in one hour! That includes test driving, getting the estimate on our trade in, negotiation, and all paperwork. They also beat other dealerships on the trade in value right out of the gate. There were no pushy sales tactics and everything was completely above board. We have bought several cars over the years and will never buy anywhere else after this. Special thanks to Chris, the sales manager, and Andrew, our wonderful salesman. We never dreamed buying a car could be like this!

Not your average dealership. These guys are just country folks that could be your neighbor. I've bought 2 cars here and they've always been good to me, honest, and not pushy. Also, who even gives a lifetime power terrain warranty? Not many people. My last e vehicles have qualified and they honor it! I had to get a new transmission and they took care of me! Needless to say, when my last vehicle ran its last mile... I definitely bought the next one here!

I drive about an hour to get my car serviced at this location. I live not even 5 minutes from a dealership in my town ,but they greatly lack in the service department! However the service department here, specifically Philman, is the best! They are super helpful, always call back, super fast and efficient, and overall kind. It s definitely worth the drive when the people working there show they care. Would also like to add that Philman specifically wrote everything down for me so I could tell my dad exactly what had been done with my car that day!

My first experience here and was pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the help of the service manager. Staff kept me informed on any issues while performing the work I brought my car in for. I will use them in the future for all my GM cars.

The staff of the service department here is a well selected group of people who truly care for those who need help. The transmission of our truck failed while we were towing our RV. Being in an unfamiliar town with a huge problem was frightening and stressful. Mr Philman was compassionate and more than prepared to help us. God placed us in his very capable hands and we were safe and on our way in two days. Thanks to them all and God Bless.

Honestly for just put in a oil sensor an part 150 ...an I ain't had the truck from u but month an I get charged 855.00.i think that was outrageous price.but I am glad it fixed but I can't afford to go back to yall to get it fixed

A senior man elderly his car wouldn't start and he had no way to get it there to Russell Barnett's so he had to have it towed which cost him $150 because it would not turn over his car showed it was a battery but a person from there came out and had the wrong tools to check what was wrong so that was a waste of time he had his car towed in they said it needed this and that and ran his price way up there. To make a long story short all it was was his battery it had a dead cell in it and as much as they charged him they wouldn't even give him a new battery. Finally he complained and had to pay for a new battery beware if you're a senior man/ woman they will charge you for work they've done and said they and say you needed it and you didn't just for the money. They done this man terrible he was almost crying I would not recommend this place. When all he needed was a battery. How sad and I never get a bad reviews but people need to know I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about.

I bought my new Chevrolet Trailblazer here a few months the ago. The experience I have had there has been awesome. Michael Hill was a great salesman. He was very patient and kind to me. I got my oil changed for the second time today and the man who made my appointment and took care of the oil change was very professional and answered all my questions. His name was Philmon. He was very knowledgeable when I told him about an issue I have been having and we were able to get that taken care of today as well. I love my new SUV and am very happy with the wonderful service I have received from this dealership. If you are looking to buy a new car, check with them. They are pretty awesome!

Never before have I enjoyed a car dealer experience like the I am having with that of Russell Barnett Chevrolet in Winchester, TN. Service team are top notch and thus far have gone above beyond all my expectations to take care of me and listened then explained what they were doing to do to resovle answer my questions.

After my recent purchase of a new 3500 and having some issues I can not be more pleased with your dealership Doug ,Chris and the service department have been more than helpful.Although I am very disappointed in GMs parts and their roadside assistance is a joke I would like to send a special thank you to Adam Barnett for saving our vacation with a replacement truck and running a top notch dealership. This is certainly the way to treat people Thanks John and Elaine Morton.

Excellent service from Philman Thompson, who wrote up the service ticket, well after they were closed, as he was walking out the door. Set me up with a local hotel and dropped and picked me back up afterwards. Professionalism, and communication was superior. Highly recommend this facility and staff for any of your needs.

The best service department that we have ever been to. Philman Thompson is great and does an amazing job. We had issues with our cameras on our Acadia and the service department at RB Chev. Worked on it until it was right. We didn t buy the vehicle from them but they fixed the issue with not problems at all. I will be buying from Russell Barnett Chevrolet. From know on. They earned a customer for life.

10/10 recommend ! How many mechanics does it take to figure out what s going on with your car ?? Apparently it can take quite a few. That is until I brought my 2012 Nissan Armada here. Everyone was nice and professional and figured out what was going on with my car !! Thank you !!

I can't say enough great things about this dealership. My parents' vehicle had motor issues on our way to FL for Spring Break. Philmon sent a driver to pick us & our luggage up to bring us to the dealership. He arranged a rental for us to continue on our trip. Great people & exceptional service!

We were on our way to FL for Spring Break when our Yukon had a motor issue. Philmon sent a driver to pick us & our luggage up at the interstate 20 minutes from his shop. They arranged a rental vehicle allowing us to continue on our trip. On top of that, they started repairs to it the following business day. He went above & beyond to help us out when he didn t have to!Exceptional service while also being compassionate for others! I can t say enough great things about the service department & Philmon at Russell Barnett Chevy.

I brought my 2009 Buick Lucerne in to have the lower intake manifold gasket replaced. This is what the Buick dealership in Huntsville told me was leaking oil. During the process RB Chevrolet found the oil pan leaking as well. That was replaced under warranty since the oil pan gasket was replaced in May by another dealership. The tech that worked on our car was very intent on making sure he had all the leaks stopped since there was still evidence of a leak. It was determined the rear main seal was leaking as well and we will address that in the near future.Thank you for the loaner during this time. That was a tremendous help. Brooke Morris took care of us and was trying to keep us updated. I also dealt with Casey as well which he assisted at different times. Thanks to David who worked on the car and for being so meticulous in making sure he had it fixed.Highly recommend Russell Barnett Chevrolet!

Seems like every time I come to the store the prices have gone up people have changed roles. I thought that you would take better care of my vehicle since you wanted to warrant it for life. But it seems like I'm just the average Joe now. 35 years of GM service I thought I'd get a treatment from the dealers but I may have lost my enjoyment of owning a brand new vehicle I'm just to think I was getting ready to buy my wife a vehicle I better think it over again
