They did a great job for me. Accepted my insurance and the adjusters estimate. The truck came out great and was washed and clean when I picked it up. Another Winchester gem!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Received a quote to paint a bumper with a timeline of 2 days. We received no communication from the company unless we called for updates upon which we were always told " we're starting on it today it will be ready by tomorrow " . A week later after telling them we were coming to pick it up thw next day because we couldn't go without a vehicle any longer they finally complete it. We were informed we would have to have exact change to pay for the vehicle or be charged a 3% fee for using card. Upon arriving to pick the vehicle up we were told it was an additional $100 because they had to prime the bumper. When we were given the estimate they looked at the car and saw it was a new black bumper on a white car. The bumper was to be painted white. Of course you have to prime the bumper. Several times when we called for updates we were given info on the wrong vehicle. If there was a reason for a price increase it should have been communicated before the work was completed. Absolutely would not recommend this place with the new owners. From what I understand the previous owners were great and their work is the ones featured in magazines not the new owners that have taken over in the last year or so.Service: Painting

Bunch of shady MF'S took a tractor hood there 2 years ago to get repaired and It was thrown away the individual that previously owned the business has paid me 300$ towards the 1200 he owes.

Repair took nearly five months to complete due to their lack of not caring. Picked car up had to ask for a receipt and then was told about an extra $200 charge. This company took forever to order parts and when I say forever I mean FIVE MONTHS. Then upon picking up my car was then told about all the stuff they could not fix and that I then needed to take it to another place. Was involved in a rear end collision, where an uninsured motorist struck my truck and damaged the frame, quarter panel, lights, bumper, and tailgate among other parts. I contacted Mission Collision and was given a time estimate that I truly found hard to believe until they came through on their promises. This may not be everyone else's experience, but for my part, I received updates from the owner which really made the entire ordeal more personal. Would I ever recommend these people? Definitely!Thank you guys for everything.Hopefully I don't have another accident for at least another 29 years. Tracy and his team do an outstanding job. Took my Challenger in for some paintrefreshing and when I picked it up I can honestly say that it looks better than the day I bought it back in 2014. Great people. Super helpful. Unfortunately because of restrictions placed by our insurance company on who we must use for glass replacement, we won't be able to work with Mission this time, but we will remember the great treatment and return should we ever need collision repair service work!

Went there to see about getting some body work done. Just needed a hood fixed. Acted like it was a hassle. Told me to get a new hood. If he was listening. It's a hard to find hood. Only on 4x4 trucks. I wouldn't waste my time with this co. Only interested in insurance jobs.
