Terrible service. We ordered the gas 2 weeks before the storm hit. I called them right before the storm and told them we were almost out. You would think they would have serviced the customers that had appointments and were very low before the storm came. they didn t. They left us through that entire ice storm without heat. Then I called everyday for another 2 1/2 weeks and the head office said the local Ferrell gas wasn t answering there calls. When they finally came we were home, he filled the tank and placed a note on it to call them to light the pilot light because we weren t there. He never came to the door. The entire company in our area should be fired for the treatment they gave people. No compassion at all.

This is the second year in a row that I have not been able to get propane delivered when promised. Last year I went without for almost two weeks. This year it has been 4 days past the promised delivery date and was told yesterday I would be getting propane. I am almost out and I informed the operator of that and last night it got down to 8 degrees and no propane.

I placed a propane order on January 8th and a month later still nothing. I have called everyday for two weeks and I get the same response - "A driver has been assigned and your order is out for delivery today." You re point blank just lying to me on a daily basis and frankly I m furious. I even went down to the office only to find out they closed it indefinitely. This is just out and out unacceptable for business. I used to be able to directly speak to the person in the office near me and never waited longer than two weeks from when the order was placed and most times it was only a week. Now I get to spend 30 minutes of everyday wasting my time on the phone trying to get a straight answer from someone and never do.

Placed an order when I was instructed been almost a month and still no propane and when u call they won't give you any kind of answer other than sorry it's not us. Take responsibility and fix the problem and maybe you wouldn't have such bad reviews

I have always had great service from Ferrellgas. My tank has never been empty and rarely do I have to call for service. I love the budget billing too!

We ran out of propane because of a faulty gauge. They said it would be ten days to fill us up again unless we paid an extra $200. We immediately switched to another propane company and they can switch out the tanks in two days for half the rental price. Also, getting an actual human to talk to at Ferrell is near impossible.

Called Lindsey Propane over a week ago. Told me my delivery would be here between Thursday and the following Wednesday. It is now Saturday morning and no delivery. Now I have no heat in my home and I have three small kids and it is 15� outside. Of course the offices are closed so I had to call the emergency number asking where my propane is at and the gentleman that answered was NOT helpful. Told me my propane would actually be delivered sometime between now and next Wednesday so now I have waited TWO WEEKS for propane!! This place is AWFUL.

Have called over 20 times during a week of very low temperatures and snow and there is no voicemail or emergency number. Left a email message on the website and no response. In the meantime, our tank has gone from 20% to 2%. In addition, I spoke to the owner over a year ago about a minor leak in the tank and still no repair. I normally don't leave public bad reviews but this demanded it. Hope it helps others avoid the same experience.

Heads up to anyone considering being a new customer: Don t waste your time with this company if you need propane simply for back-up emergency use. This company only wants to deal with customers who consistently use larger quantities of propane and will not serve customers who will only need propane for a catastrophe.

We simply requested an inspection so we could get a propane tank from them so we could move into our new house. They promised someone would call us back to schedule. No one ever called. So we called back, complained and promised again someone would be in touch "today". Nope, called again to try to get someone scheduled and was told they have it scheduled for Oct 8th....and asked if they would move that date up since we are waiting to MOVE IN. She told me someone would call me that day, and yet again, no call from them. I don't understand how a company can care so little about a potential customer. It is baffling how slack this company is to return calls and why can't the customer service team schedule an inspection? Why am I told a tech will call me to schedule and yet no one ever calls? Then suddenly it's scheduled without letting me know! I have to drive over 3 hours to get there to meet with tech and there's no guarantee anyone will even be there. There's no excuse for how poorly this company is operating.

Never had propane before. Now I'm on a monthly route. Delivery driver was very helpful. Prices are a bit high but I like the tank lease of $50/year. They maintain the tank. One less thing to worry about! Just installed modem thermostats so hopefully my consumption will go down.

Ordered gas 2 Thursday s ago and was told they would be here the following Wednesday. Here it is the Saturday after and still no propane and we now have ran out. We have 3 kids from 8 months to 4 years old and already paid them 600 dollars just for them to tell us oh well it will now be next Wednesday before they can come. Terrible service!

These people are a pleasure to deal with. They are always here to fill up our tank within 3 days of calling for a fill up. They have very reasonable prices if you own your tank as well!! Great people!!

We moved from Arrington- where we had propane heat with a big-box company, and they made us MISERABLE. We had terrible service, and they seemed very uneven with their pricing. Then we contracted with Lindsey at our new house, and they have been STELLAR. Very reasonable prices for tank rental, and the nicest people imaginable. We never thought a propane company would be pleasant to deal with, but this is the one!

I called in advance to re-certify my tanks and fill them. I spoke to a man I believe was the manger and he said that would be fine. I drove 45 mins from far east side of columbia and get there and they say there license is expired and they are renewing it. I was completely lied to, wasted hour and half of my time and gas with no help, just more b.s.. I will never go back and recommend this business.. buyers beware!

At least they answer the phone every 5 calls. Terrible customer service long before they ever get around to selling ypu anything. Two emails, three of five phone calls (answered) and two promises to call back for scheduling. No call, never scheduled zero replies to emails.

i just wanted to thank everyone there for the help with getting my tank some more gas. I am 77 and have very bad arthritis and pain from the cold. I feel like you saved my life. I delt with the people in Columbia I THINK.

Zero stars. This place is terrible. Pay for gas and wait six weeks still waiting. Gas about to run out. Children in home. Theres a special place in hell for people like these that run this company
