Used this shop years ago and great service then. Recommended people to them and I get the same complaint over and over. They don't return calls or communicate. If your not TDOT I guess your nobody! Was asked if I was so I should known then I was doomed! 24hrs no return call. This is a poor excuse for a boss dealer! Last year same thing no return call and had to go an additional 1.5 hrs out of the way to get parts

This is probably the cleanest fab shop environment I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. It looks like a good company putting out a quality product.
