Bill was awesome! He went above and beyond to help us! We were staying at Panter Creek State Park and needed to replace the end on our 30 Amp power cord. He had the parts in stock.

Thank you, Rocky Valley RV, for your help tonight. You were recommended to us by A & L RV. You were able to intelligently speak to my husband over the phone regarding our Dometic refrigerator. We traveled from Charleston, SC to Sevierville, TN and when we stopped for the day our refrigerator was not working. It was late in the day for anyone to come out and have a look. But you were willing to walk him through the steps to determine a tripped thermal fuse and you spent the time explaining what could have caused this and what we should do in the future, if it trips again. Now we can continue our trip back home (Missouri) with a functioning refrigerator.

The first photo is after he did the work and second one is when I put the hole in it. My wife and I bought this 2021 KZ Sportsmen camper in May. The second week we had it we went on our first camping trip and it went great, when we got home I left my tailgate open on my Tahoe and the door at a angle went right through the front and I messed up. I called Bill and he came out to my house the next day and took pictures and information on it. The day after that he had my estimate done and emailed me, He had to replace the whole front sheet of the camper and put new decals on it. Due to demand, the parts took a little over a month to get in, which is not his fault. He checked in with me regularly and as soon as the parts came in he called me and told me to bring it in. Sure enough two days later it was ready to go. The picture where its done was the day I picked it up, just in time for my camping trip with my mom. He was amazing throughout the whole process from start to finish. His business is a couple miles from my home and now has a customer for life. Thank you Bill and your staff for all you do!

Bill is awesome! Being at the mercy of the parts manufacturers, repairs took longer than we all would have liked but my long list was completed and done well. We full-time and were using our extended warranty and he made it a breeze. They're a small company so have a little patience because his workmanship and practices (he even wore boot covers when entering my RV!) are worth the wait. Bill definitely went above and beyond for my family and if we are ever in the area again I would not use anyone besides Rocky Valley RV Repair.

Called about my stove not working and wanting to get it fixed. Bill was awesome! Before he even came out he helped me to use my extended warranty so all the cost didn't come out of my pocket which is what I was expecting. He found multiple issues, my regulator was putting out too much propane, both hoses were leaking which was causing me to use more propane. He fixed everything and even changed it some so it better for my needs. Everything works great. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone else that needs work on an RV or camper. Very professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, not just what I thought was wrong.

Bill was awesome! One of my HVAC units was not cooling and had to be replaced. He took the time to check the warranty and found it was still covered. I had no idea. I was prepared to pay the full amount, but he saved me a lot of money. Very professional and trustworthy. Bill was great to work with. He worked with our schedule and was prompt for his appointment. We asked about another issue with our TV and he was able to fix that while replacing a part for us on the roof. His rates were much less than the near by shops. I would definitely use him again. Oh, he was clean and fun to talk with.

We were having a hot water issue in the kitchen sink and contacted Bill about repairing it. Good thing we did because come to find out both the hot and cold water lines were leaking. No damage since we caught it in time. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again!

We had left our home in Naples, Florida with our motorhome knowing that we needed at least two repairs, but not being able to get anyone there to repair it for at least two weeks. I called ahead to Big Meadow Campground in Townsend, TN where we were going to be spending a couple of weeks, and asked if they had any recommendations for a good on site RV tech. Without hesitation Rocky Valley RV, owned by Bill Popielinski, was mentioned.Bill not only showed up when he said he would, but quickly diagnosed the three problems (yes, one more thing had gone wrong). He was willing to deal with our RV insurance (which can be a hassle), and he made it all look easy. Once he got approval, the repairs were quickly made and WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!If you are in the East Tennessee area and need RV service, he's the guy to call. Friendly, personable and trustworthy.

Needed a repair to my vent fan cover fast due to heavy rains on the way. I was referred to Bill at Rocky Valley RV. Bill arrived in under 24 hours and had a new cover installed before the rain did any damage. Fast, professional service at a very fair price. I d recommend Bill to anyone looking for on-site service on their RV. Thanks Bill!

I called Bill to fix my air conditioner in my RV I sent him a picture of the part that was burned up he diagnose the problem by looking at the picture advised me what to do. And replaced my air conditioner the next day communicated with me promptly came when he said he would come. Great and reliable service!

Awesome Service! Fixed our water leaks in our new fifth wheelafter dealer had it for a couple weeks and couldn't find the problem. Showed up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable about the problem. Helped us with the paper work to get reimbursement under our warranty. We highly recommend them for your repair needs. We will be calling him with our RV needs in the future.

Bill did an amazing job on our 5th wheel slide motor. The workmanship was far better than expected. Rocky Valley RV has a customer for life. They are currently doing a 2nd job repairing a floor issue in our camper as I am writing this review. If you need work done on your RV and want exceptional quality at a fair price I recommend you call Bill at Rocky Valley RV.

I called Rocky Valley for my slide not working. Bill came right out and diagnosed the problem. He took care of all the warranty discussions on the phone. Great Company. They called several times leading up to my appointment just to update me on their arrival time. The technicians were very knowledgeable of RVs. While pulling out the refrigerator, they took precautions to not damage anything. Highly recommended. They will do any future work that I may have.

We called with a refrigerator issue on our way to the campground... They were able to fit us into the schedule the next day! Found out when we set up we had an air-conditioner issue as well which he also looked at when he arrived... Great company... Would highly recommend using them!!!

On June 18th, 2021 I contacted Rocky Valley RV by telephone and left a voicemail, after not hearing back from them by June 20th, 2021 I sent them a message through the contact form on their website, indicating that my wife and I live full-time in a 5th wheel and would like to replace both A/C units. As my wife works in residential HVAC, she had done some research and concluded that we should go with "Brand X", so I left that information in the contact form in order to give them a head-start as to what we were looking for. On June 21st, 2021 I received an email response from Bill questioning our brand choice, as there was a warranty difference, and he questioned "Brand X's" current quality.. fair enough... I told him we would be open to going with "Brand A" instead, but would still prefer getting a quote for both brands, so we can make an informed decision.Since that message on the 21st, I haven't heard anything back from Bill. I left a couple of voicemails, and a couple of emails back to him between the 22nd and the 24th.. no reply from him. So, I guess he decided that he didn't want or need the work.. again, fair enough - of course the professional thing to do would be to let a potential client know that, rather than leaving them thinking you're putting together a quote for them. I'm not sure if he's just got enough money and work, or his ego was so damaged by me requesting a price for "Brand X" despite his warnings that he refused to even speak with me from that point on.Regardless of the reason, I have never in my life done business, or attempted to do business with someone so completely unprofessional. Literally one single phone call or email could've prevented me from leaving this review... not even an explanation would've been necessary, a simple "I'm afraid I won't be able to take on that job at this time" and I would've been golden.Good luck with the future of your business.

Was contacted by Bill Had a refrigerator issue where a EO error displays He walked me through several easy check points to fix the issue but they failed He was able to get there by end of the day He checked all voltage and removed fuses and replaced It appeared to be a power board issue but he said now let s check it Wow it started right up Very polite and professional Charges we re very reasonable Highly recommend Rocky RV By the way another mobile service said it was the power board but did not have it in stockThanks Bill for what you do!!!
