This place was great, they got me and my wife's car in and out quickly. They asked for all the extra "needed" services like they all do, but was not pushy at all when I declined them and they did not make you feel bad about it.This will be my new quick oil change place.

I cannot believe the fantastic service we received tonight at this location! Jackson truly went above and beyond to make our service great. We will definitely be back and I can confidently recommend family and friends thanks to Jackson. AMAZING!

I was very impressed with the staff at Valvoline in White House, TN today. Despite them operating at 1/2 capacity due to a faulty bay door, they were friendly, welcoming, and adapted to the situation. They saved customers time by completing the initial inspection and fluid checks outside, then completing the service once in the bay. Despite some customers expressing their displeasure with the extra wait, the staff remained positive and upbeat. They communicated well through every step of the service. Best oil change experience I have had, hands down. I highly recommend this shop.

I usually go to the Gallatin location but I was in the area today and was due for an oil change. When I arrived there were cars lined up to the road but I thought not a problem, typically the lines move quickly however that was not the case. I sat in line for 1 to 1 1/2 hours waiting and still never got in before deciding to leave, as did a few cars ahead of me. The car that was in the bay when I arrived was still there when I left well over an hour later. The technicians were bouncing between both bays, so not sure if they re just understaffed or always this slow, but would not recommend. Gallatin is the better location

Last time i waited 1-1/2 hrs this time 2 cars no problem then they switched lanes because of a upsale service for rotation of tires they wanted to move the line around when I was next and already waited 30 mins. I don t plan on coming back my time is valuable as well especially after waiting my turn.

Jackson Cobb was a tremendous help! He was very informative, friendly, polite and he really went above and beyond expectations! I was thoroughly impressed! I will recommend to everyone i know to go to Valvoline in White House so they have a chance to see what real customer service looks like. That guy deserves a raise!

Great experience at Valvoline today! Jackson was amazing and really helpful since my oil pressure light had come on instead of my oil change light! They took a look to see if there were any obvious issues and guided me on some next steps since I didn t actually need my oil changed! 10/10 recommend this location for their friendliness and customer service.

as a woman, i m always looked down upon at other auto services, but not here!! they always patiently answer my questions and talk me through what is most cost-efficient and what is ACTUALLY needed for my car, without charging me ridiculous amounts every time. these guys know what they re talking about and always treat me with such kindness. thank you!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This locations definitely needs help. I have been in this line for over two hours. It is definitely ridiculous then to say you get an oil change in 15 minutes. Not at this one.

Went in for a oil change only to have them strip the drain plug. Then they tell me that it was loose and spinning freely when I arrived. I asked if that was the case why would you have proceeded with the service without telling me there was a problem. Also how was it full of oil if it was loose and spinning freely. Was told I would need to call customer service which I did. The following afternoon received a call from customer service manager on the line. At which time he offered to repair it at their facility at no charge. Which is all I asked for the day of the incident and was told they couldn t do. I had already had it towed to discount tire in rivergate to have it repaired at a cost of $490. I requested to be reimbursed. Was told by manager they couldn t do that. Requested an area manager contact me was told that area managers do not contact customers. Definitely would not recommend Update! Don t be fooled by the owners response. I submitted all the information requested and never heard anything from them. Claim number CS0527210. They don t stand behind their services and run away from issues.

I always get my oil changed at valvoline but this was my first time at the white house location and it s the best experience I ve had. Very thorough and good work.

I normally don t write reviews unless it s really bad or really good. My experience today was wonderful thanks to Zane. He was so professional and so helpful, and he gave me honest advice. My vehicle is almost due for a tire rotation but I mentioned I was in a bit of a financial bind, and he took a look at my tires and told me that I would be safe to wait until I had the finances. Most places will convince you that your tires will fall off if you don t do it immediately lol. He even printed off a list for upcoming services I will be needing when I requested it.It s sometimes hard to be a female when it comes to getting auto mechanic work done because there can be a stereotype and that s taken advantage of. My pricing was fair today, and I felt very happy about everything. I also felt that Zane helped me prepare for future servicing needs and gave me an honest timeline for each of those so that I can plan accordingly.

I was heading out on a trip back home (4-5 hour drive) and decided to stop by this Valvoline shop for a quick oil change before hitting the road. I was blown away by the customer service, professionalism, and communication these guys showed. When I left I felt like my vehicle was in tip-top shape for the ride. If I lived in the area, I d be a regular customer there for sure.

Amazing experience today at Valvoline in White House. Kayla and Brandon were the ones who helped me but they were both super helpful, informative, and made sure my experience was amazing! I super appreciate it and also love the fact that I save money coming here by getting my cabin air filter changed.Again can't stress enough by saying thanks to Kayla, Brandon, and team :)

Technicians were very frendly and efficient, however, the tech showed me that my air filter that needed to be changed while I was waiting for my oil to be changed. I was surprised because I never asked them to look at it. I told him I would get one and change it because they didnt have it in stock. When I got home with the filter to change it I noticed smudge marks and a nice scratch on the fender near the airbox, then all my screws for the airbox are stripped, and missing one of my screws letting the airbox leak.

They tear up more than they fix just changing oil. I wouldn't let them touch your vehicle. Clipped the fuel line and left the road shield off the car. Bunch of idiots.

I really like the convenience of the drive-thru service at Valvoline. It's fast and easy. Sometimes, I'll go for the add-on services, and sometimes, I won't. What I don't like is when the service guy speaks so fast that I can't understand what he's saying, especially when there is a lot of background noise. Look at me when you speak, and slow down your speech. This doesn't happen every time I visit, but it's often enough to note.

Had a wonderful experience at the White House, Tn location. The manager was very professional and took great care of my car. He went above and beyond to get done what needed to be done with my car. They do a great job here, when you get an oil change it is not just that, they check all of the fluid levels and top off of needed, they check tire pressure, belts, wipers, and others!! I am normally in and out in 10 to 15 minutes and never have to leave my car. It may be a little higher than other places but you get much much more in a shorter time frame!!!!Service: Oil change

Returned for a 2nd chance. Very happy with the service this time around. Glad to see the professionalism from Adam and the team! Would still say could be some adjustments to how people que outside the shop to ensure that the next person in line doesn t have to guess which car in front will not take an extended time.Zero self awareness or organization waited an hour and twenty minutes for an oil change. Left without one after a car finished who arrived after I did. Poor management

Slow shift change happened. I watch 3 cars get their oil changed next to me. I was still there waiting for tires to be rotated. This one was 20 dollars more expensive then another I had used for the same oil and same tire rotation 3 weeks before.

1 star is too much. My son got his oil changed today and didn't even drive 10 miles before all the transmission fluid was drained out of his truck. When they changed his oil filter, they nicked a hose to the transmission. It looked like it had been sliced about a half inch. Was obviously not wear and tear. They completely refused to take any responsibility in the matter. We were dealing with the assistant manager who thinks that everyone is ignorant but him. Do not waist your time or money at this shop.

Outstanding service. Best location I've ever been to. Ashtin was my main technician and not only did he explain everything thoroughly and answer every question I had, but he also found discounts I wasn't aware of ... and he did all of this with no noticeable high pressure sales tactics (in stark contrast with previous experiences at other locations). I highly recommend this particular location. Promote Ashtin or give him a raiseServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Went in this morning and the staff there now is very very friendly. Have been there before and not so much. They not only did my oil but offered to rotate the tires , which last time I was there the girl told me she didn't have time to do that. Also the young man look at the filter behind the glove box , which let me say they have Never checked before. Yes I did have to replace.The staff today would keep me coming back for each oil change and extra going forward. Did not push me into any sales, just offered only what I needed.Thank you for the Thursday morning service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

The staff here is awesome. The man that helped us was named Zane, he was very professional and came outside to make sure he was getting the correct person in line. Trey did the oil change and was also very nice. Usually my husband hates using these places but he will go out of his way to come to this one in Whitehouse.

Waited an hour to get to the bay then finally told me they don t have my oil. Manager did not care and told me I can go buy the oil myself from across the street and come back around through the line. Maybe next time, scan the cars that are waiting and make sure you have the oil instead of wasting our time and have better customer service when there s a problem presented to management.
