The low tire pressure alert came on as we were traveling to Birmingham. We stopped at the Firestone Tire Center and they took care of our issue. They were extremely efficient and very very nice.

Cheyenne & Jessie were amazing! I arrived right at closing time after hitting something in the middle of the road at dark busting my tire. They were both very kind and did not act off at all, that it would require them to stay late. They both jumped into action, made me feel welcomed, and got me a new tire on my car and out the door in a half hour. Amazing customer service! In a world that is lacking customer service everywhere, this was a shining moment!

Within an hour of me calling I arrived, my new tires and all paperwork was ready. They pulled my car in to put new tires on within 15 minutes. Very fair on prices. Very happy I had it handled and on my way.

I took my vehicle in to get the tires balanced and rotated. After picking up my car and leaving I noticed that my Low Tire pressure light was on. When I took it back the person at the front desk said to pull into the bay and she would check my tire pressure. As suspected all 4 of my tires were low. The weight in my tires is supposed to be 35lbs.. she said that all 4 of my tires were 27lbs or less. I asked her if when getting my tires balanced and rotated that they would make sure that all tires have enough air in them. She stated this was part of the process and should have been done at that time. She filled them up as they should have been and I went on my way. I feel like this should have been done at the time of my balance and rotation so I wouldnt have had to return back just to get them refilled.

It does not matter if you have an appointment or not - they are so poorly managed with their workload and scheduling that you will not hear about your car for hours with sometimes them assuming you can leave your car overnight. Their communication skills are not great and more than once we have left a car there all day with no communication unless we call. They will eventually get the job done but not in an effective time frame. We just got our keys from them and will not be back after leaving the shop after making an appointment and them thinking, without asking us, if we could leave the vehicle. We will find somewhere else and not recommend them to anyone.

Great again, gentleman that welcomed up in first thing saturday morning. Got us all in quick and professionally. The mechanics seemed to know what they were doing. The young man that worked on my truck knew exactly what it needed to fix it. Good to have a good shop in White House, been needing a good trustworthy place for a long time!

Had a flat tire from picking up debris while driving. Had AAA replace tire with spare and went to the Firestone location where I had purchased a set of tires in February 2022. Was there for less than 30 minutes while my flat was fixed--no charge since the tire is still under warranty. Highly recommend Firestone as, being female, they have never steered me wrong when it comes to keeping me and my vehicle on the road!

Dropped the truck off at 9:50 for our 10am appointment. Called back at 1:15 for an update and they said we were next. Drove up there at 2 and the truck still hadn t moved. My husband went in to get his keys and as he did they pull his truck in and say it will be just 45 more minutes. Nope! Asked for the keys and left. This isn t the first time. We always make appointments and we always wait for 4 or more hours for the vehicles to be be done. They said they were behind from the day before but we were not advised this when we dropped the truck off.

After almost 30 years of deliberately avoiding Firestone because of very bad experiences with the Antioch, TN store in the 90s, I mistakenly thought that certainly it can t be that bad still, and I ll give this store a try at a simple alignment and balance. Sadly, I have discovered today that the apparent company culture of trying to get every penny out of you for work they either didn t do, or didn t need to do, has not changed. The company reputation of finding problems that they just so happen to have a sale going for the items that will fix it, is still intact.Within 15 minutes of dropping it off, I get the call, You need 3 new tires, to replace your tires (that are less than a year old) because we can t balance them, and we just so happen to have a 3 tire package available. They claimed the wear was too much to balance, even though none of them are down to the warning tread, but said they could still do the alignment. Even if that had been true, the part they conveniently left out, was that I will need to pay for a new alignment when the tires that are supposedly so bad, are replaced, even if I got new tires tomorrow, and yet still did the alignment anyway, which was pointless to do, and charged me. If the tires were truly that bad, why not suggest skipping the alignment? Every penny possible After getting back to the store and looking at the treads, which all are still substantial, and then looking at the print out of the alignment adjustments, they charged me full price for an alignment, and still didn t get the alignment fully adjusted. There were only two measurements out on the BEFORE print out, and they only corrected one according to the AFTER print out.The right thing to do, if the tires are truly that bad, would have been to advise me that the alignment isn t that far off and because the tires are so worn it wouldn t make sense to pay for an alignment, just to have to get it done again when you replace your tires (that are supposedly so worn, we can t do a balance). If the tires are so bad that they need to be replaced, why did you charge me to do an alignment, that really didn t need doing? Just to get $omething out of my visit? At this point if they don t make it right, I hope they invest my $132 alignment money wisely, because it will be a different century before I set foot in another Firestone and will be sure to spread the word accordingly.I had hoped my opinion of Firestone would be changed today. Unfortunately, it was just reinforced.

Steve very professional and knowledgeable. New set tires for our Jeep Cherokee L and came back couple days later with wife s VW beetle nail in tire and fixed for free. Will be back when needs tires about 10,000 more miles. Nice to do business where someone remembers you and gives you that extra. Steve at Firestone works on that relationship way of doing business. Thanks

I took my 2008 Saturn aura in for a front end shake when braking. They said balanced the wheels cause they where bent and I suggested to inspect warped rotors. They said buy new rims so I did and gave them the new tpms sensors to read tire pressure with 4 new rims. Then I get a call back the 2nd time to tell me that the roters are bad and needs brakes when it's what I told them in the 1st place. New sensors installed with the rims. And they didn't even try and program them to tell my car what the tire pressure is. I would never go back

Made an appointment to have some tires installed and I called to ask what the typical wait time would be. I was told I'd be in an out within 60-90 minutes. Day of the appointment comes and I've been sitting there for 90 minutes and my vehicle hasn't been touched. I am watching through the shop window and most of the techs seem lazy and unmotivated which will be further reflected later on. They finally get my vehicle in and the tech (thin build, long-ish hair, glasses, wears a beanie) makes a mess of the tire lube on all 4 of my wheels, and doesn't bother to even remotely clean it he just leaves it for me. Never experienced that before. I get my vehicle back after over 2 and a half hours and notice one of the tires doesn't have the proper air pressure. I pull up just outside the shop bay and politely get this same techs attention just to ask to put some air in the tire. He sees me and is visibly annoyed (although this is the first time I've ever spoken to this guy in my life). I try to ask for air in the tire but he cuts me off saying he put the right psi I just need to drive the vehicle. I say well the tpm system is showing 4 psi low and he again insists he put the proper psi and doesn't want to take the 20 seconds to just add some air to the tire. So I leave after nearly 3 hours, get home, the tire psi still isn't showing correct so I fill it myself to the proper psi. End of story. Overall not a great experience and I don't see myself going back or recommending this Firestone to anyone.

They will take advantage of you if they can. Had a tire go flat that they put on just a few months later. I live and work on the same road and drive almost no where on a daily basis. They would not repair the tire because my car s mileage won t show it was just a few months ago when I put the tire on and with the amount of miles I drive on a daily basis it should be enough to repair a tire. You just can t find places that will do the right thing anymore.

Traveling home and had a tire low on air, so we stopped in before starting the 8-hour trip. The gentleman working the counter had me pull into a bay, aired it up, and we were on our way.

Wife took her car here to get her brakes changed. They didn't tighten the screws on the caliper properly and they fell out a few days later while she was on a trip in Michigan. Thank God it didn't happen at a critical moment or my family could have died. Will never do business with this location again.Remember people are literally putting their lives in your hands when you work on their vehicles.

Took it in because my tailpipe was smoking. Diagnosed it as a possible blown head gasket. This is beyond their current capabilities to repair. Didn't charge a dime for the diagnostic. I took a glance at the checkout monitor, they could have charged me $100, but decided to waive it. I'm very appreciative.I think they knew I'm about to have to spend a lot of money on a new engine or car. These guys are legit.

I thought I would try this place out for an oil change. I called the day before and I was told they were busy that day and I could make an appointment for the next day. I was like cool and made the appointment. I showed up at the time of appointment and I was told that there was a wait for like 2 hours. I ask "what was the appointment for" The guy behind the counter told me that it was like a doctor's office. You show up at your appointed time and then you may have to wait for several hours before you are actually seen. Who waits for several house to see a doctor? This is not the 1970's. So I walked out and will never be back. If you are a company that makes appointments then keep your appointments. I would understand having to wait up to 15 min. But any longer than that, then don't make appointments. Also don't get smart with me, and have lame excuses on why you can't keep your appointments. If that idiot had told me "we are sorry, we are over booked" or something along those lines, then I would probably have tried them again at another time. Mistakes are made.

I was formerly a loyal customer to Firestone for years, but I will not be giving them any more business going forward. I purchased multiple sets of tires from them and had them do all of my general maintenance work because of the discounts they provide (free tire rotations, discounted oil changes, etc.), but I had one horrendous experience that was enough to cut ties with them completely. I got a tire rotation there, and two weeks later, my vehicle was not riding smoothly and the steering wheel was shaking, so I took it back into the shop. I was told that I needed new tires because they were starting to separate, which was unfortunate considering the fact that the same tires were rotated a few weeks prior and nobody told me that they were in bad shape. In fact, they inspected the tires and gave them solid scores on their point system. I would have expected a professional working in the vehicle industry to be able to tell me that my tires were in poor shape before sending me and my wife on our way to drive on dangerous tires. Not to mention the fact that they are in the business of selling tires I mentioned my displeasure to the newly appointed store manager, but he did not seem to care very much and was dismissive towards me. He was very unpleasant to interact with, as he was condescending towards me during all of our interactions. The bottom line is that experiences like these are enough to totally lose trust in a shop, especially when none of their representatives put forth an effort to make things right after the fact. This was on full display after having a discussion with the Area Manager a few days later, but he never returned my multiple calls following that discussion. I would 10/10 not recommend the White House, TN Firestone shop. The specials they run and discounted prices they give are reflective of the service I received, and I will gladly pay more money to utilize a shop that actually knows what they re doing. I would recommend that you do the same.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Normally, no problems and I have great things to say about this location and still want to, but they were busier today than usual and that mixed with the heat I'm sure played a role on attention to detail and efficiency. Waited 2hrs plus for an oil change and tire rotation (appointment was pre-approved and checked in by them via the app mind you) and when they were done, I had to walk back in to get my lugnut key back for my locks. Also they didn't put the oil change sticker on the windshield. To some, this is trivial but $85 for an oil change in a Honda CRV and warrantied rotation is a bit much. I chose this location multiple times because they are usually better than others in the area and consistently good. I Will go back hoping and until they don't go consistently the wrong way.

We took our car to this location and we were very clear what tires needed to be changed and it was very apparent which tires needed it. They assured us they d take care of it. We got no call saying it was ready. When we called they said, oh yeah, I think it done . We picked it up and went home. When we got home we looked at the tires and they had replaced the wrong tires. They replaced one bad one and one good one on the wrong side of the car. We called and they were very unprofessional and rude about it. They admitted that it was changed wrong but also said we told someone to change the ones they did .which we did NOT! They didn t change any oil but just added oil to it, never put a sticker on the window and still charged for all of it. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest!! DO NOT GO HERE!Services: Tires, Oil change

My 21 year old nephew was visiting from South Carolina was visiting and had noticed a noise problem with the car. We wanted him to be safe while traveling. Firestone had the car for a full 24 hours and told us his cabin filter needed to be changed. They had not even looked at the problem, despite the car throwing error message. We decided we didn't want them working on the car. Because this was now a Saturday and other mechanics were closed, we took the car to Autozone, who hooked up their diagnostic machine. The 2 front bereings (sp?) were bad. I won't return to this Firestone, and I never, ever give ratings this low, but safety was a huge issue to us.

The front brakes that my car needed were completed in a timely manner. The staff was extremely helpful. I had the alignment checked. They told me only 1 tire was slightly out of line. I choose to save the cost of alignment at the advice of the employees.

Great experience! They were very professional and had my car finished quicker than expected. They were able to fix the nail in my tire and did not try to upcharge me for a new set of tires. Thanks for the quick and professional service! I will definitely come here again.
