Update: They have fixed the issues listed below. After the 3rd time they almost have it correct. We are now waiting on another part. I have given 3 stars because of the number of times I had to come up to this location when my vehicle was supposed to be ready. The GM never apologized for his rude behavior, and not accepting a below average service had been done.This has been the worst service I have ever encountered. After hitting a deer in a 2024 Honda, I took it here to repair the damage. The repair job with parts and paint was horrible. There was missed spots of clear coat on the hood, a dirty paint job with fish eyes, a sticky substance on the non damaged side with some scratches and the hood, the hood or side panel that was damaged is not aligned with each other which shows a larger gap on one side visible to the naked eye, a screw is not screwed all the way into the finder liner attached to the front bumper. The GM advised he couldn t see it. He seemed to take offense to my dissatisfaction. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that is not an excuse to dismiss the obvious mistakes on their part. Then he said they would buff out the fish eyes and the sticky substance. They were using a more abrasive wax on the substance and scratches, which in turn takes more of the clear coat off and did not remove the scratches. They were doing this as I was standing there. Still waiting for this vehicle to be done correctly. It would be a little more understanding if this vesicle was a couple of years old. I have had it for 6 months and couldn t drive because of a surgery for 2 months.

I have used them twice since moving to White House. Great experience both times. Helpful and easy to deal with upfront and transparent when anything came up in the repair process. Hopefully the deer avoid me but would go right back when needed. Thanks CC for great service

Very professional and swift. Appointment drop off was quick and easy. Was informed throughout the process of repair about current work being done and estimated pickup from Mark. Paint and bodywork done looks great, on par with factory.Will recommend anyone who needs correction or bodywork to checkout Caliber of White house

Just dropped car off here. Cannot rate the quality of work yet but very friendly and helpful up front. Al is my service writer very friendly and reassuring, seems to know what he's talking about. At this point I feel good about Caliber Collision. Will reevaluate after work is completed.Got car back Totally Satisfied. Car looked practically new. Al (Service Writer) was awesome. Keep me totally informed during process. Would highly recommend without reservation.

Stop by there this evening to ask about getting my car repaired said they would not take State Farm insurance but I could use some kind of digital payment from my insurance which was approved. Didn t get the person s name at desk, but wasn t interested in helping me and the lady spoke up and said we don t take State Farm so I said I d go somewhere else. Nothing else was said not very good professional business won t be back.

Even though State Farm didn't list Caliber Collision in White House, TN as one of their service shops at the time, I chose them because I wanted to deal with someone local. They did an excellent job and I won't hesitate to bring my business there again.

So, my vehicle had some pretty bad damage from hitting a deer. Caliber sure does make the process seamless. Just set a date, that is incredibly inconvenient for anyone that works a 9-5. If you cant make it, they dont allow drop offs, so you are out of luck. Atleast they report directly to the insurance company! No need to take your own photos or anything. They take care of all of that. Next, the repair process. They give you a tracking app, that gives very limited information. They conveniently also have a text message system that you can only receive messages from. If you have any questions, you have to call. Now on to my specific dilemma. Caliber has my vehicle, after giving me two seperate completion dates, managed to miss both of them. As of 12/18 the latest update i received was "We ordered the wrong headlight, sorry we will try to find one." Which seems unacceptable to me. They communicate, barely. It seems like every step in their process is specifically designed to minimize the amount of questions you can ask them.The timeline is 12/15 initial completion date. Pushed off to 12/18 to finish the paint and reassembly. Pick up time on 12/18 was 4 30. I was contacted at 2 30 and informed it will be an undefined amount of time later.Update! 12/19 I was informed the new headlight would be in on 12/20 and new "completion" date is 12/22. It has gone from "needs paint and reassembled" to " 2 days of reassembly" in a matter of a week.

My mother went in and Lisa (receptionist) was entirely hateful. There was miscommunication about when my mother s appointment was and my mother wanted to reschedule but Lisa was extremely rude. Even our insurance company was surprised with how rude Lisa was. We will never take our car back here and I will make sure to spread the word of how poor their customer service is.
