Jeremy is GREAT! He is patient and explains things in layman s terms so they are easily understood. We have brought several cars here over the last few years and always received quick and efficient service. They do good work and stand by it when things aren t right or require more attention. Highly recommend!!

We are new to the area and needed the power steering hose replaced on our 2007 Honda Ridgeline. The Pastor at our church spoke very highly of Automotive Solutions, so we thought we'd give them a try. So glad we did! We met the owner (Jeremy) and reviewed our repair needs. Jeremy was great to work with. He scheduled us in and replaced the hose within a couple days. No run around or unnecessary repairs. His pricing was very fair and his communication very good. Best of all no more fluid leaks on the garage floor. Was driving my car in Portland when the coolant tank and lines decided to give out, and overheat my engine to a critical state.Called up Automotive Solutions, and they hooked me up with a cheap tow to the shop via Bells Towing.The crew are super friendly and fast! We were driving through from out of town and our car started experiencing issues. A couple places in the area couldn t help us out, but Automotive Solutions immediately agreed to help even though it was almost closing time. They got the part ordered and brought to the store and fixed our car within an hour! The customer service and work are exceptional and the owner is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this place whether you re local or from out of town. They went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations! They even have space where our kids could run and play while waiting!Service: Engine repair

Fairly priced. Great customer service and just a mile from home. Saved myself some frustration and went ahead and trusted this place to do the repair that was needed. Got my truck going the same day so I didn't have to burn my vacation time from work. Would recommend to others for service.

Came in for alignment, needed some other front end work done 1st. They told me exactly what needed replaced, didn't mind at all that I was going to replace parts myself. Came back a week later, got my truck aligned . Drives so much smoother! Steering has never felt so light in my avalanche.

They have helped me with honest and affordable repairs multiple times. They have had opportunities to rack up repairs but have sent me to the deliership for recalls that I wasn't aware of. Very impressive for such a small shop.

They are friendly and honest. They will do your repairs accordingly. Depends on how many is ahead of you. Just don't expect him to answer the phones... lol

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was headed back to New Orleans after Hurricane Ida. I just purchased a car while I was gone. Unfortunately it broke down several times and I ended up in the area. I called around to see where I could take it and most of the shops told me they couldn't even look at it till the following week. I found this shop and they told me that they could look at it if I brought it in before five. They pushed my car in front of everyone and looked at it before five. They checked it out and gave me the actual price the very next day and fixed it that same day. They were so patient with me as I had to go back in forth with the dealership that sold me the car because it broke down right away. Unfortunately I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket. However I am so grateful to Fred and Jeremey for being so kind, quick and understanding. Really was a lifesaver for me because I had been away from home for several weeks. Please go here and support this Business. It's really hard to find such a great place!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My mom and I were driving from FL to IN and had car trouble. We stopped and Automotive Solutions looked at our vehicle immediately. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed my car so we could be on our way! Great service and Great people!!

After receiving glowing recommendations from a couple close friends of mine, I decided to drive the extra distance to take my wife's vehicle to Automotive Solutions to have an a/c issue addressed. They quickly identified the issue and had it taken care of same day! The price was much less than I expected and they were very honest about their work. They have won me as a customer!

Needed what I knew was an easy electrical (wire) repair, but locating the break was going to be the problem. Called earlier in the week and dropped the car off on a Thurs night. Advised that if it couldn't be repaired by 5:00 I'd have to bring the car back on another day. Robert called me three times to keep me updated and they were able to get it done in time for me. Very reasonable rates too.

These people are so nice and the service is always great. I really can t say anything more other than you can trust them . I have had multiple issues with my old car and they ve always had a solution. The prices are also fair.

We've been using them for about 5 years, after being told several other closer places to our home were to busy to get to us, multiple times! They're always very fair in price, have great customer service, and our family truly appreciates the way they run their business.

If you are looking for a fair and honest shop, this is your place. They were able to fix our heat/air condition issue with our car the same day. The quote given was reasonable and priced appropriately. Everything is working great. Thanks guys!!!!

Why am I taking time to do this? When I recieve this kind of exceptional service, it deserves recognition. I had to deal with my husband's truck not passing inspection. Makes me uncomfortable talking car repairs and prices when I know nothing about them to an auto repair place. A friend recommended Eddie with Automotive Solutions to me so even though I live 35 minutes away, I decided to bring our truck here.They committed to a completion date. There was so much rust underneath the truck that they had to replace a part which no one in Nashville had. I aman Executive business coach so I thought I could find it; I'm used to digging through for things. I made 8 calls to get this part for our older model vehicle without success . It was going to be a 3 day delivery on the part. I checked on the prices of the parts he needed versus what he was charging and I felt everything he was quoting me was fair.Eddie spent all morning going to his sources looking for this part. He had one delivered the next day. This work was exhaustive and complicated. And he rearranged his employees work schedule to get my work done so we didn't have to rent a vehicle. A less committed owner would have just told me he couldn't get it done or raised the price. He did neither.Go see Eddie. I am so glad we found them.

This is the only garage that I take my vehicle to. They are friendly, knowledgeable about their mechanics and provide reasonable pricing with integrity. They do their best to get you in and out as quick as they can. They will give you an approximate time frame and they're pretty accurate of the time frame. Thanks guys for what you do.

Started using them in 2018 when we moved to White House. Automotive Solutions has always provided the best service. Fred is the best getting us in and the crew is top notch!! We will never go anywhere else!!!

Had work done on my 2004 neon srt4. Everyone was professional and very respectful and polite. If someone asked if I would recommend a shop it would be these guys by far. Reasonable price for the work that was done. This is the shop to bring your vehicle to.

They have gone over and beyond for us. Has checked out my vehicle multiple times and if cannot fix never charge me. They have always been honest and very respectful. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I had some work done on my minivan at this garage several months back. They put quite a few parts on it, several hundred dollars worth. Something they did caused the front brake calipers to lock stuck out and ruined my brakes, so I had to have brake pads and rotors put on it. When I came back within 5 minutes of leaving the garage with smoke coming out from underneath behind my front tires they didn't seem to be interested at all. Someone finally did come out. I Won't Go Back and I would not recommend this garage as a good or honest place to take your vehicle to be repaired.

Automotive Solutions is your GO TOO PLACE. I have had work done from being minor like replacing a battery to major like recently replacing the motor in my husband s truck. I have found this establishment very professional, great quality of work, very honest, pricing is best I ve found, but most of all they treat you like family. Paid Eddie Smith of Eddie's Automotive Solutions $3500 to remove and replace engine in my 2006 Ford Expedition. The engine was chosen by Mr. Smith and was to have a 90 day warranty. Nothing was provided in writing at time of service. Check Engine light was on at time of pickup. 6/3/11. They turned it off and said it was normal. Check Engine light came on again and returned vehicle 2 weeks after pickup. They turned it off again. 6/17/211 about a week later it came on again. 6/24/11 returned the vehicle and was told it was an internal valve issue and I would have to leave it as they had to tear the engine apart to fix. Was told when I left it that it would be covered under warranty. Was called to pick up the vehicle a week later 7/1/11. At this time I was told I had to pay over $500 as he was only covering half of the repair. I argued but was told if I wanted to pick it up I had to pay. 2 weeks later the vehicle broke down and left me stranded on the interstate. Had it towed back to automotive solutions. Picked up 5 days later and AGAIN was told I had to pay $230 for a wiring harness problem. (Associated with engine) Again I felt like I was being treated unfairly. At this point I had had it and realized he was not going to stand behind his work. I have additional issues associated with this engine and I have taken it to a different shop. I have been told this engine was not good and he should have noticed it from the start. It has a very loud tick in it and almost sounds like a diesel. I have recently filed suit to recover the "warranty" work I paid for as well as to recover for the faulty engine. Eddie acts like a great guy and wants to do everything by hand shake but beware he won't stand behind his work.

I was traveling and was visiting some in friends in White House TN and the front end of my car was making some noise. My friends recommended Eddie at Automotive Solutions, saying he is the best mechanic in the city and would not take advantage of me.They were right, it was something simple and I had my SUV back the next day. If you looking for an auto repair shop in White House, I highly recommend Eddie at Automotive Solutions.

My jeep needed extensive work on the frame due to rust. Since I have been using automotive solutions for years, I knew who they where the only guys I would trust to do the job right. I had my jeep towed over 120 miles and had the work done. Since the frame was rusting a few other issue came up as well, such as the transmission mounts and sway bars we failing. The guys at automotive solution fixed it all correctly and at a fair price, I could not be more pleased with the work.Thanks guys!

Dropped my vehicle off at 8 AM and they had it diagnosed and repaired by lunchtime. Have been here multiple times for A/C work. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning
