A decent shop that is willing to help you out with many various services. They are usually pretty fast about getting any potential replacement parts you might need and do a fast job. I've used their services a few times now and overall have been pleased. One thing that bothered me though is that I called about buying a set of new tires and they gave me a reasonable price for them. However, when I called back after deciding I wanted to buy them, they moved the price up by 50 dollars a tire which was no longer within my budget and sadly I had to pass on them. At the end of the day, the prices can get a little high at times but they do good work and is usually worth the money spent to not need to do the work myself.

Not what this place used to be !!! Telling people there cars are fixed and are absolutely not fixed ! I advised a family member to take legal action !!! They cannot keep taking advantage of good people who trusted them .

There prices are higher than normal for a mom and pop shop but I've been bring my cars here since like 06 and the only complaint I have about them is the price but if that's all I got to complain about with them that's not much at all. Would recommend them to anyone local or just passing through

So last week I had them put 4 new tires on my truck that I had purchased on eBay . I had them put new valve stems on as well.They charged me $140 for the install. They found that a bolt was missing on a caliper. They charged me $62 for that! Literally a five minute job!In less then a week one of the valve stems blew out. Went back thinking surly they would warranty there work right??NO!! Charged me another $27 bucks !!!Btw Main Street Tire in Camden charges $80 to mount and balance. See JoeThese people are crooks!

They charge 40$ per tire (160 for all 4) plus 35 in shop fees to put them on even if you get tires from them. their tires are also about 20% higher than the exact same one at walmart. Bought a set for my second car from amazon and had another garage put them on and it was half the price for the same tires.

This place is a joke. I came in for an oil change and new tires,and requested they figure out what was wrong with several issues I'm having. Took them 4 hours to change tires, oil change and to "check" fuses. Came out and told me it wasn't the fuses and it'd take them a while to figure it out and they didn't have time. I don't know if they thought I didn't have money or what but that's alright, I'll take my money and service elsewhere. If you want your car actually FIXED, Id sat go somewhere else

The best place to go in Waverly to get your vehicle worked on! Very reasonable pricing that's worth every penny! They are very thorough in their work and super friendly in their service! I've had a thoroughly pleasant experience here and will be a permanent customer!

Scam shop. Came for AC service. Less than two weeks later system is drained again. Lazy techs didn't change the valves, all my refrigerant leaked out. This was 517 dollar service. Returned to be charged an additional 333 dollars for their laziness. Owner had oblivious look on his face, passed the blame onto the unnamed tech.

There re way overcharging! My girlfriend she has 2008 Lexus. The car needed alternator they charged her over $1100 and there was no leak whatsoever before she took the car to them after they changed the alternator and she drove out the car started to overheating so she has to get another towing truck and when she got back to the shop they said the radiator is leaking! They charged her another $800 for the radiator only! Which I believe the leaking problem it s the Bodyshop Fault s because the had to remove the radiator it in the process of changing the alternator but they don t think there s even very little possibility that could happened while they changing the alternator

Stopped in to have them look at key fob for truck. I will say that these people are the coolest people I ve meet in Tennessee. Honestly I wish there was more like this in my home state. God bless these guys. And God bless the town of Waverly. Tennessee.

Flat fix is listed as $25 (which is high already, given that most shops do free flat repairs), yet when I go to pay my total is $34 because of "tax". Last I checked, tax on $25 should be about $2, not 9. I sure hope that extra $7 was worth it to them because I'll drive all the way to Nashville next time just to avoid going back to this place.

Went May 21 to get a window regulator replaced. Spent over $400. Same part went out today Dec 8. When I took it to them, they informed me that the part is covered by warranty but their labor is not. Save your money and go to someone who will stand by their work.

Excellent family owned repair shop that has consistently taken care of my personal vehicle and our company's fleet at Safe Harbor. I highly recommend Waverly Auto for their great prices, excellent staff and quick work. They're the only shop I use!

Always helpful and professional! Dan & Sandy have an excellent team. They have taken care of our vehicles for many years and and I gladly refer others to them. I love that they take care of our vehicles as if they were their own vehicles.

On two separate occasions I have gone to Waverly Tire & Auto with a flat tire I needed repaired. On the first occasion they refused to fix my tire because it was 30 minutes to their closing time. The second occasion was today when my wife's van had a tire that needed to be fixed and they refused because we had to use the product Slime to get the tire to hold air long enough to get to their shop. They refused to fix the tire and said our only option was to buy a new tire. Extremely poor service from this shop. Extremely poor.

The water pump on my Jeep failed in Hurricane Mills, TN. Although there was a repair shop right across from where we were staying, his reviews were pretty bad, so we went 8 miles up Hwy 13 to Waverly Tire and Auto. We were there at 8 AM when they opened, they worked us in, and we were back on the road by about 1:30. Friendly, professional, and competent, they completed our repairs at a very reasonable price. Thanks folks.

I was truly blessed yesterday when I went to get some ( have to ) work done on my car,,and when I went back to pick it up the lady's gave me my keys and told me not to worry about payment.This ment more to me than they will ever know.....i had lost everything in the flood the day before and I truly could not afford that exspence.God is so good to me ALL the time.....thank you Waverly Tire you truly blessed me ..

Very good honest people!! I was on my way from Memphis to Nashville area when alternator went mid route in a cute town called Waverly. I was told by local AutoZone to drive straight to this shop as it's the best in town and won't rip me off. All I will say is why isn't there more buissnesses like these. As soon as I walked in the hospitality and professionalism shown just blew me away. The young girl I think Alesia? Was very nice and listened to my situation. The older gentleman u believe who is the owner moved some appts. around, ordered my alternator to make sure I was out of there asap and back on the road. This might be a small shop in a small town away from the freeway but these were one of the most kind, professional and honest people I have ever dealt with. I was prepared to pay double for my alternator so very surprised. Thank you!!!

This place is a little on the pricey side you can get the same merchandise and service cheaper elsewhere. Although they do have good mechanics here. They are very friendly. And they are pretty good at what they are able to do here.

Absolute joke. Extremely rude receptionist and took forever. Had to get a plug put in the tire and a new valve stem. Won't go here ever again.

Love this place, was told a price for a fuel line which I agreed to, then called back and was told it was the wrong part and it would actually be 70$ cheaper. What kind of mechanics would do that? Honest ones. Good people here.

They changed my oil and gave me a coupon rebate. Got it and returned check for $ off.One day my wipers would shut off. They helped me and recommended repair.
