It was super easy to book a unit over the phon and I spoke to two really great reps. They were so helpful and they made sure that I got what I needed and double checked if I didn t want to go smaller simply to save me money. Then I spoke to the on-site manager for where my unit is and she was super helpful and kind as well! So far it s been a great experience!

I have used this storage facility several times, and it is the best one I ve ever used. It is gated, well maintained, well lit, and they try to accommodate your needs. Not to mention the customer service is impeccable!

I had a very positive experience with any of the personnel that I spoke with. They promptly e mailed me forms and information I needed. In the end i rented a unit and Tina Berger, the manager was very helpful and answered all of my enquiries quickly.

I have had the best experience ever. Storage Sense has always been excellent at answering questions or concerns about my unit. I had no mice or insects either. I've been very happy with my experience.The only reason I moved out was I have a new home for my belongings.Thank you so much.

I've been at this location since July 2017 and before Storage Sense took over I paid $100 a month for rent now it's $190. The gate hasn't worked in over four months and every time I've called they say they're waiting on parts. And don't be late with a payment (their fault) their payment system failed to accept my payment, they charge $38 late fees, a little excessive.

Great communication with getting the storage area. But I have noticed since having there is an outside light right above my unit that doesn t work.

It was amazing. You could rent it same day. Everywhere else we looked wanted us to wait. They send the codes straight to your phone. Everything worked perfect when we got there with all the stuff.

I give 4 stars because the website never works to pay your bill. You always have to call to pay. otherwise I'm pleased. It is expensive but its the only gated storage place near me....
