Jerry and his wife were amazing to work with!I accidentally left my 18 awning out one evening and didn t realize a storm was approaching. The awning got overloaded with rain subsequently breaking one of the support arms.I reached out to Jerry around 5-6am and within 2 hours he responded and started helping me through the repair process immediately.He ordered all the correct parts and was able to quickly and efficiently fix it in one visit. The awning looks and works great as it was brand new again.I wound highly recommend his services for any RV needs.

Top notch RV service. I found Jerry and his wife due to another RV tech not following through and I am so glad I did!! Jerry correctly diagnosed several of my RV issues and promptly fixed them. From the refrigerator to the regulator and several other issues. This husband wife duo is a hard working team. Very friendly, easy to work with and do what they say they will do. Thank you both for fitting me into your schedule to get my RV done before I went on vacation. I am very happy with their services!!!

I ve now had two experiences with Jerry s Mobile RV Repair, and both times were 5-star. A true mobile lifesaver!! Allow me to note that I live out of state, making it challenging to schedule RV maintenance or repairs.We scheduled a summer trip along the eastern seaboard in the summer of 23, yet my onboard generator was not working - teen kids need AC!! Our motorhome is in a rather remote location, and I had no idea how to get it repaired in my absence. I was given Jerry s name and number by one of the locals. After a brief conversation, I provided Jerry with the gate codes so he could access the RV to fix the generator before our trip's arrival and departure. The generator repair was a complete success!My second experience was when we were at the property this past Thanksgiving, and the temperatures were just reaching 32�, and our heater stopped heating. Jerry made it out to the property the following day and fixed it quickly, and we were back in the heat again.If you need RV services, I hope you enjoy meeting Jerry and utilizing his knowledge and skill set. Jerry is the most organized mechanic I ve ever met, allowing him to make the necessary repairs effectively and get on his way. Jerry s Mobile RV Repair is a time-saving proposition.

We had our Aqua Hot stop working on the deaiel side on coldest night of this recent cold snap. Obviously we needed help the next day. In combination with Jerry s Mobile repair and Lebanon RV repair they worked out a plan to get us out of the danger zone. Jerry got hear the same day we talked and he was able to determine a solution rather quickly. They all took our situation seriously to get us out of a dangerous situation. Highly recommend them.

Jerry and Tennille are excellent!! Quick response time and quick service! He has fixed our awning twice even completely replacing the fabric. Plus he fixed our AC and stuck with it until he figured out the problem! I was sold the first time I called him. Even though he doesn t work on toilets, he offered very helpful suggestions that solved our problem. You won t regret calling him for your camper troubles!

Outstanding Technician. Highly recommended. Jerry fixed my furnace that had been broke for 2 year. No one else could fix it. Everyone I called just wanted to replace it. Very fair price. Honest and definitely give him 10 stars. The only person I will ever call to fix my 5th wheel.

Jerry came out on very short notice to fix my rv furnace on one of the colder days we have had so far. He was here when he said he would be, was very thorough with his assessment and was able to diagnose my problem. That night I had heat again. I would recommend Jerry to anyone needing help with their rv. Super guy and very professional!

Jerry is a thorough, and meticulous RV service technician. He installed a fairly complex electrical upgrade for my rig enabling me to go boon docking for extended periods of time, and he did so with the the same care and attention to detail as if it was his own.He was very responsive, and he was able to do the job really quickly to help me continue with my travels.He was recommended to me by a trusted RV shop, and I am in turn happy to highly recommend him and his excellent work. We had a tire blow out on our 5th wheel. Totally destroyed our propane gas lines. Jerry evaluated the problem and then made plans to fix it 2 days later. He is pleasant, trustworthy, tidy, and most of all competent. He kept in touch at every step. He instilled confidence that we had the right guy working on our problem. I would wholeheartedly recommend him for RV repair.

We were in Lebanon Tennessee in our motor home in late June and lost power. Called Jerry on a Monday morning. He said he was getting lots of calls but assured me he would get to me same day. Jerry and Tenille showed up about 4:00 pm and did not leave until 8:30. Jerry was very thorough and deliberate in diagnosing the problem which turned out to be a fried transfer switch. They were both very pleasant people that I enjoyed talking with. They kept at it until they were done and checked everything thoroughly before leaving. Absolutely recommend them for any rv trouble you may encounter.

UPDATED REVIEW: Jerry and Tennille just left after successfully and promptly replacing the refrigerator in our fifth wheel. Our original fridge stopped working because the RV was not level for several months of continuous use. First Jerry identified that our Auto-Leveling system was out of level and needed to be recalibrated (my error for not checking it against a quality level). After recalibrating and leveling, he gave the fridge a few days to try to start working. When it would not he offered options for replacement and we chose the best for our situation. As promised they arrived this morning and had the new unit installed by early afternoon. Just like before, totally professional, upbeat, fair pricing and quality work.I can t even begin to describe what a great experience we had with Jerry s mobile RV repair. Like probably every customer calling them our need was urgent. The AC unit on our camper was displaying an error code, and not dependably producing cold air. We had a very narrow window of time between uses to get the repair made, and Jerry and his wife. Tennille worked diligently to find a window of time that worked for them, and for us, they were prompt, professional, explained things clearly, did their work efficiently and gave us an itemized bill that was easy to understand. They re so nice I almost hope we have another problem so I can have them back! Lol. Just kidding. But if we do have another problem, I know exactly who I ll call.

Jerry was very polite & friendly. He was communicative and showed up as promptly as possible after I called him. My RV was plugged into shore power but not receiving power. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue as an overload breaker being tripped in the power inverter/charger and was able to reset it. He explained everything he was doing as he did it which helped better educate my on how my rig works. I will call him again if needed and would highly recommend him!

Jerry and his wife April are amazing. They are so polite and hardworking. They spent all day on our RV to find all of the problems causing our heater issues. I highly recommend them to anyone with an RV.

Excellent service provided by Jerry! He answered my call and came out the same day to solve my problem. My furnace was making a horrible sound and he diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it onsite and I am up and running again! Very professional and knowledgeable; I highly recommend!
