Nathan and his team have been servicing my vehicles since I moved to the area. They've always accomplished an excellent job at a n unbeatable price, not to mention Nathan's friendly demeanor! Don't hesitate to entrust your car to them for any type of maintenance!

Geico set up a tow request after i had a wreck.GEICO got a confirmation from the tow shop that they would be at my location by noon. The phone number that was given out was never answered by me or the insurance company after they were late bu 45 minutes.When geico called a different number they were told that they were not currently available for towing as the driver was out sick and that the computer must have auto responded.Cant really give a full review as i never used them for towing, as i called my buddies from JHook who arrived within 30 minutes.Update response to owners reply.I understand that you couldn't accept the tow due to drivers illness.However, Geico make the request for the tow at 6pm the night before. The tow was scheduled for noon the next day. Not once did you contact myself or the insurance company.The number your company sent to GEICO that was then given to me rang w/o answer at 12:45 and geico called almost immediately after me and got the same issue. We had to call a second number just to find out you had been offline.I still have the confirmation email showing that you were in fact scheduled to make this tow.

Phifer's Auto towed my car over 200 miles on a rainy Saturday morning with very short notice. The gentleman operating the tow truck was courteous and professional and handled my car with care. I was very pleased with the service that I received and would certainly recommend Phifer's Auto to friends and family.

It had been raining for over a week and the clay was deep. A woman showed up, uninvited, getting very stuck in the mud. A policeman called Phifer's Emergency Response and Mr Phifer came over, on a Sunday, giving up family time to handle what looked to me, a dangerous job....He threw himself into his work, getting covered from head to toe in mud and laughing out loud! Ha ha, what a guy! Thank You for getting her out of here, Phifer's Emergency Response

This place is a joke. I needed a 10 min job done and he told me he would do it then after waiting all day called 4 times he kept saying he would call me once he had time and would defiantly work me never called after 2 days. He is a lier and ill never try to do business with him again
